Dear Sir, after making so many efforts and making numerous calls to askmebazaar call centers regarding over delay of consignment No. to give proper reason about the over delay of the consignment. I sent a mail on 24 Aug 15, but they didnt even acknowledge my mail and after that also i made at least 15 calls to know the status of my consignment and they all the replied me that i ll get the call from the back end team. But till now i did not get even a single call from askmebazaar.com back end team.. i am sure that they are involved in something like scam business.. I request you to intervine into the matter and check the status why they intentionally ignoring me. sir, i attached the same mail which i sent [protected]@askmebazaar.com on 24 Aug 15, pls refer also is appended below. Dear Sir, 1. Reference is made to my order No. AB4467009 dated 05 Aug 15, paid online placed through your online site. The above mentioned item is to be reached by latest BY 18 Aug 15 as per you existing policies but due to your extremely wretched working environment the item has not been received till date which shows there is pathetic conditions and horrible manpower working beneath your company and which also leads a dramatic experience with askmebazaat. 2. I have made several calls to your customer service executives, they should shame at their part as they are not able to provide the sufficient and satisfactory information to the users. They are capable to provide me the data which is already known to me. Their knowledge level is totally outdated and inundated. 3. On 08 Aug 15, i requested to provide the AWB number to track the consignment at my level as the consignment was likely to be gifted on birthday occasion by 19 Aug 15, but your incapability appears again and it has not been delivered till date. The surprisingly act again and again appears by your end as i had been provided with the wrong AWB number ( UNIASKP145398 through Gojavas). On the same day I made a call that the AWB number is wrongly provided and it needs to be updated immediately and the same has not been updated yet. Honestly speaking your whole system is full with paradigms and it needs a tremendous improvement. You people are totally en-capable to run the business flawless and smoothly due to which customer are unnecessarily bonded to suffer. As per my experience, askmebazaaar needs at least one complete month(excluded Saturday, Sunday and all holidays) or more than that to deliver the item on the address. 4. Further you are requested to find out the item, deliver it and provided me the completed reason on top priority. The culprits must be awarded with a punishment also. 5. I hope such serious and true & fair steps will be initiated at your end on fast track basis and issue will be resolved by latest of this week only, otherwise i will proceed for the legal actions against to your company by 30 Aug 15. You are also requested to acknowledge the mail by today itself and update me what are steps are being taken.(Do not, i repeat do not provide me any kind of QRC Numbers). 6. Thanking you. Respected Honorable consumer court,
Sir, with due respect i would like bring few strong points about the super negligence behaviour of askmebazaar company as they didnt respond either my mails not my several calls. As per the instructions given by the askmebazaar customer caare executive, i have also sent three mails on http://support.askmebazaar.com, but there also i didnt get any update. I am sure sir, they are doing such activities intentionally.
The complaint has been raised here on 05 Sep 15 and after that a sent 3 mails and 16 calls to them, but they did not even think on the issue, which is indeed a disobey of court and which is a severe punishable offence.
When i called there on customer caare, they also surprised with that after making so many calls, why i m not getting revert from the back end team. With a great hope i wish you to intervene into the matter and ask them for show cause notice and not to use their scam business in the secular country like India. Thanks sir.

    Sir, I have booked 2 CFL bulbs on ASKMEBAZAAR on 1/4/2015 on online payment and I had paid online payment but my product was delivered me on Cash On delivery and I had also paid the amount to courier. I have subsequently lodged complaint on ASKMEBAZAAR but no response to given me by them and till date no refund is credit in my saving account. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.       I have orderd a pair of Adidas sports shoes of 1199/- but the company ASk me Bazar delivered me a poor quality of shoes worth rupees of 499/- and the shoe is not of my size also.         Ordered a product one month back and still not delivered. This site is just fraud and robbing money. Raised complaint but all employees dont work on it just gives false commitments and so stupid that they do not want to listen anything from you.. they will just keep stuck their scripts and nothing else.. SO pathetic.. Robbed my money.. Not even cancelling the order and refunding your money back.. NEVER EVER BUY anything from this site.

Complained and reverse pickup was done on 25.08.2015.I was supposed to get refund but not got. Called up 1015 times not most incompetent set of workers. Cheater organization, worst service. Fraud company cheating people. I need my refund at the earliest please help.

              Hi, I have ordered a LG refrigerator from askmebazaar.com on June 2 2015 for rupees 13545. And amount was paid through debit card while purchasing the refrigerator. But I have cancelled my order due to unavailable of the product which was said by askmebazaar customer care on next day. They were requesting me to take another model of refrigerator but I have not taken and cancelled my order. And I requested to refund the money to my given bank details but I not received my money yet. They are not refunding the money and saying that they don't have any record of buying for me.                 Order for carpet on 26th August 2015. Order no. AB4808875. Recd order on 31st August 2015. To my surprise instead of carpet there were 4 bed-sheets. I called up d customer care & informed them. They just kept on apologizing. I think people working in this company are illiterate. Instead of sending me the correct product they said they will refund my money. There customer care no. [protected] They are trying to use customers money for few days it seems. It was my first experience with Askmebazaar & it turned out to be bitter one.

                    I have done the online transaction of buying Luminous Ceiling fan on[protected] for Rs.813/- after discount and same amt has been got debited from HDFC credit - id no : ASKME60419. But at the final stage, the site say that order has not been completed. When i called up the helpline no.. customer care said to call after one hour. When i called today, one of the person says, customer need to said mail for confirmation of order. A very rude floor superior - Mr.Ashutosh Patin, who don't know how to talk to customer and rudely said, that the online process is that customer need to send mail to there helpline, without which the processing will not happen. Very new for me as online purchase is concern.

                          I had purchased few products from Askmebazaar.com which were completely different from what they showing at online. I purchased 1 remote helicopter which is different as shown while purchasing. Again I purchased one 41 bits socket tool kit which is failed on first use only. completely cheap and worst quality which cannot be useful for a single use. I suggest you to keep standard and genuine products only.

                            Placed order on 14th august, received one on 31 aug, which was a wrong product. the other one still not received .then placed another order again, that too wrong product delieverd..it was a dog food.. i didnt know they were so irresponsible i would have ordered from other place which delievers on time..called up two three times they seem to be hopeless and helpless. disgusted. i had even cancelled one order which they delievered...order id AB4764900, 4764483, 4603958

                              I have purchased a Memory Card (SAMSUNG) from Ask me Bazar vide order No ABF2394780. On 31st August 2015 Noon, said company delivered the aforesaid memory Card to me. But after removal of the packet I found that said card was broken and not response to my mobile. Immediately I tried to communicate with Customer Care but none of them responded me .                                   I ordered Headphone on July-15. Still now I didn't receive the product.. Daily I want to call and ask this guys, but no respond from customer care service. they will make my call in hold and finally daily a same story. "I apologies for in convince caused sir. within 4 hours our team will call and the shipment will be deliver for you " If a courier man come by walk also, he can deliver my material in a month of time. Highly worst of online Shopping website. If you guys unable to deliver a good mean don't make a advertisement. you guys make your time waste and other time waste.
