Hi, I ordered R/C helicopter on Aug 19, 2015 from ask me bazaar from Gauda Tradars, 358A/1, Teliwara, Shahdara, New Delhi, IND- 110032. As it was delivered yesterday on Aug 29 with NO instruction manual, NO battery and Not at all satisfied with product. Even the most R/C helicopter is not all working (manufactur defect).

    Hi, my self Jitender and i'm first time order to ask me bazar.com only for this combo pack Cellesta M1 Combo of MP3 Player & 8 GB Micro SD Card when i order to purchase this item. i confirm after then deliver dispatch pack next 15 days, then i open the box for check my MP3 player and 8GB micro card. But only received mp3 player its very cheap and bad look i refund to company but executive say call to customer care . and i come to blue dart company so pls give me Rs.326/- i pay, its fake company . & i regular try to call customer care but not response, company Not given me 8GB micro card . i mail to many time this company but not response .       I bought a power bank from ask me bazar (samsung 9000ah), I could not use it for 3 times correctly. I will suggest anyone not to buy any electronic goods from askmebazzar.com, I am ready to give more details about my purchase and now they are using my mobile number to send messages... I called to their number and told them to stop, but still messages are coming, can anyone suggest how to stop these messages to my mobiles? Thanks, Joby Abraham.

          HI, My name is Shirin Kumar, I made a ordered with Askmebazzar.com for Elegator Shoes, on 16th August 2015, with the Order Number ABF2395224, and the Product Got Delivered to me on 19th August 2015, After Receiving the product due to some reason I went out of the town, Then when I came back on 25th August, I opened the Product and try to use the Shoes and found that both the Shoes are for Left Foot. Then I called to Askmebazaar.com, then they raised my complaint and asked me that they will refund my money back with in 2-3 days, and the product will get back from your Home, Now after 4 days, they again called me that they will not refund any amount nor they can't do anything, as per policy, So I checked on the Site I didn't find the policy where it is, and when some one is going to buy a product even at that nothing is mentioned like that on the page, Now the Product is useless and nothing to use and waste of my money, and the Product quality is also very cheap, and in the Picture they shows high quality and when I received its very Cheap, they are making fool to people. and the Seller who is selling the Product is Elegator Sales (MangolPuri Kalan Rohini Sector 2 delhi) Now I want to refund my money back. Request you to please take action against these type of fraud company,

            I have ordered 12v 7AH Exide battery with extra discount using coupon code, booked on 27th Aug and tomorrow they refunded money without any reason even they not informed me about refund through SMS or Email. there is no login link in the main page of asmebazaar.com. i can say it is worst online shopping portal in india with lots of complaints, many complaints are about refund and bad products, they are cheating customers, please avoid buying in asmebazaar.com, only buy in notable shopping portals with good reviews.

              I placed an order of combo colors the one which showed up online was ( 2 blues and a black color shirts). The product that I received was ( 2 blues and a yellow) Completely different then what it showed up online This website is cheating customers and the shirts were of XL size that I requested but then the size is Short and it won't fit as well

                Hi, I had booked a product name KAKS Electronics Bulbs through online payment option but production deliver to me with COD (Cash On Delivery) as I had paid two times. I had booked KAKS Electronics Bulbs on the date of 16/04/15 with online payment option through Credit Card with orders no AB2270418 through AskmeBazzar.com. Product delivered to me with Cash on delivery option, when I was asked AskmeBazar call center agent on the time of deliver by dialing no [protected] on date 18/04 time 03:45 he said he will raised complaint for refund money with complaint id- QRC 354288/ QRC[protected] Reference no[protected] and I will get my online paid money Rs220 within 05 to 07 working days because I need to pay to the delivery boy as per COD Rs195. So my concern is from then to till date I have raised several other complaints by dialing above mention helpline no but the response which I got was complaint has been closed with no refund money of Rs 220 and sometimes the bank account no is incorrect due to associates mention their own account number. I had spend in between more than Rs500 by doing several call to Helpdesk for raise complaint and Electric Bulbs are not working as these bulbs are not lighting. So my request is to you is please suggest how I will refund my total money back for order no AB2270418. Hope I will get a positive response. Thanks, Rajeeb Kumar

                Now the call center agents are doing mentally harass by giving Miss calls and asking same question again and again on my register mobile number.

                Please suggest when can I expect the resolution of my complaint? However I am thinking to go for a written complaint against ASKMEBAZAR.COM.

                  Order Summary; Order Id: AB4527358 i have placed three shirts on 9 August, 2015 and received 18th Aug. i have checked shirts all top branded names(Levis, woodland etc) but very poor quality once wear need to use floor cleaning and moreover i try to replace after 2days called customer care he said within 24hrs need raise complaint otherwise no replacement, other top companies are giving 15days...so guys be care full before placing askmebazaar.com

                    I bought a powerbank from Askmebaazar and it was not the one that i have ordered . So i returned the order and the company did not refund my money in the last 5 months after a repetitive follow ups. I called up their call center and emailed several times but no response at all. Please advice the next on this.

                      It was my mistake that I have purchased 10400mah power bank but it doesn't even charge the mobile to 10%.the supplier contact no is not valid.I have complained in this regard on call, they denied and asked to complain on mail. I mailed but didn't receive any reply. I called back and asked them to connect to higher authority . They put me on hold for a while and then said there is no one available. I wonder is this a Govt office?not at all advisable to purchase any product. Very pathetic service.extremely poor experience. Very unhappy. I will like to mention ebay has a excellent service with very gud return policy. I wish I could give ask me bazaar zero star but unfortunately I have to give them one

                        Hi.. Im dr. Mohammed raeez. I had ordered a Combo T shirt via Askmebazaar on 13th of August with order no AB 4580142. I had already paid the amount online. And they offered me to deliver the product within 10 working days anf hence i stayed in the town only to receive the product. But despite of the agreement, the product has not been delivered till date. And qhen i called the help centre [protected] no they are irresponsibly telling they cant tell when its goin to b delivered. And i dont kno for how long i should stay out here to receive the product. Now im planning to reject the order and i want to refund my amount which has already been paid as i can't tolerate the DISHONESTY OF ASKMEBAZAAR ANY MORE... By.. A disappointed customer who got cheated by askmebazaar

                          I received damaged product order no AB4652237(this is my recent compliant) Is totally waste of money. they delivered broken product which is not working. i called twice customer care and given compliant twice. every time customer care agents will tell with in 24 hours we will send agent to get the product back and refund your money. But its never happened. I highly disappointed. I kindly request you to please refund my money ASAP.

                                I have placed prepaid order No.AB4056369 dt 13.7.2015 for worth of Rs.279/- for which amount paid through Net Banking. On the next day it has been informed by the company that the orders has been cancelled. Even though number of times contacted with the Askmebazaar persons no one taken any action to refund the amount as on 27.8.2015. when I have contacted them they are simply answering me "it will take 5 to 7 days" Even after 45 days lapsed on today, they have not refunded my amount.

                                  I have ordered (AB4227520) on July (Digital MP3 Player with LCD Display amp LED Torch) with Cash on dilivery payment option-Rupee 300 charged. Product delivered, but Product Not Working so Askme pickup the product on 03/08/2015 and asked me to refund my money with in 3 to 5 days but today on 31 August i am received no money, their executive make me fool every time. i mail them a lot but result is zero.                                     i booked order which was placed on 12 Aug -2015 (AB4563517) on time of booking its self i pay amount from card still it was not received by me when i call the customer care he/she told that order in process it will reach with 10-12 working day but same product i order for my friend on same day after my booking on the time he select COD option so he received on[protected]. So i want reason why delay of my order whether its is my mistake i pay amount on before booking time. So u r company give the important those u select COD option there received product fast and who pay amount on the time of booking he will get product after 10-12 working days this is process o[censored] company such vaster service i never see in my life.

                                    ask me bazaar is the vaster and waster company. after 20 days also not even send the product to customer and telling the stores that courier boy visited u r home no one available in home and cancel the product with out intimating the customer and u r money will be refund with in 10days. This company having good knowledge about the tell stores to customer.

                                      My order id is AB4476082 and i placed order on 6th aug still i have not received my order. I contact to them on helpline no 3 or more time then they answered me you will get your order in next 5 to 7 working days. Now i contact to helpline no [protected] then they told me that my order get cancelled. They doesn't inform me that my order is get cancelled and i was waiting for my order. This is not a way that they are behaving with customer. So please take strict action on ask me bazaar.
