NON RECEIPT OF ORDERED ITEM- ORDER NO.AB3417433
Sir, Having seen the ad in the site, I placed order for 01 set of LED bulb for Rs 299 on 6 Jun 15 against the above Order number and the money was also deducted from my account. When I paid the amount at the time of placing the order I had received the message that my item would be supplied from Lexicon store against Order no. AB3417433. Where as, till now, I have not received the item. Kindly look into this to deliver my item in time. When contacted the complaint cell, I was informed that my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned person. Till date, i.e. 01 Aug 15, I have not received the item. Please initiate action to refund my amount. Or else, I would be forced to launch a campaign against these bogus companies recommended by Askme bazar.
