NON RECEIPT OF ORDERED ITEM- ORDER NO.AB3417433

Sir, Having seen the ad in the site, I placed order for 01 set of LED bulb for Rs 299 on 6 Jun 15 against the above Order number and the money was also deducted from my account. When I paid the amount at the time of placing the order I had received the message that my item would be supplied from Lexicon store against Order no. AB3417433. Where as, till now, I have not received the item. Kindly look into this to deliver my item in time. When contacted the complaint cell, I was informed that my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned person. Till date, i.e. 01 Aug 15, I have not received the item. Please initiate action to refund my amount. Or else, I would be forced to launch a campaign against these bogus companies recommended by Askme bazar.

    More then 10 trail mail I have sent, but did not get any single reply from ask me bazaar. It was very bitter shopping experience with this company. When I call to customer care who wasted my time and did not ready to transfer the call to senior person for any resolution.
    According to their executive they have closed my complaint regarding the issue.

          With reference to my order for power bank 10400 Order ID: DGA3205855, the product was delivered on 2nd June 2015 5.30 pm. and the payment has been made.
          On opening the parcel I feel so sorry to note that the case has been totally crushed in to pieces. it has been mishandled, dropped and crushed on transfer. when I tried to charge the devise for the first time, after 7 hours it showed fully charged and the four lights were seen. but on disconnection only one light glowed and the devise retained 25% of power. when tried to charge my mobile it took more than 2 hours to charge 20% and the devise exhausted.
          We ordered for the golden colour but got one in silver colour and that without a product manual.
          I am fully dissatisfied with the product. therefore you are asked to repay the amount or arrange replacement of the defective devise with a perfectly working brand new product. the pictures of the broken pieces are appended.

            Hi AskMebazaar.com team, Two times I had placed order for a Microwave using my credit card and Rs.5000 Voucher that I won in Askmebazaar contest on facebook but both time order was cancelled and still even the refunds have not been processed on amex credit card. First order number is AB3221751 refund of 80 on the credit card is still pending for 4 months and for order AB[protected] Voucher and 899 is still pending. I am going to highlight on all social media and consumer court if problem is not resolved and also file a complaint with amex. Please refund this money and issue me a 5000 voucher again and ensure that this time the product ordered is delivered as this is really pathetic service.                         I placed an order AB3733771 - Kids cycle and paid through online.

                        Order dated 24.06.2015 till date 04.08.2015 and given Blue Dart courier way bill.No. [protected] and saying that the product is dispatched. But the product list also not given to blue dart courier and how the product despatched.

                        But every day every person saying more explanations but no result.

                        I ordered for giving present but i feel shamed of it and everyone where chatted like anything about the orders placed. Worst service and bad experience with your organisation. Not even a single person cared about the customer service.

                        I want solution with settlement (causing health spoiled) for not getting the product within the time.

                            Sir, my the order no ab3886256 contains kitchen pro electric roti maker atta maker & casserole combo. Yester day i have received the product 0n 23 july. Electric roti maker atta makeer seems to be local item, and it is not working and indicator is also not working. Casserole combo is also not mentioned in your web site. Very poor quality road side items. I want to return item. I want my refund. Two times i spoke to customer care executive. They said they will take the product and will provide refund and more over they collected the bank details also.

                                I ahve placed an order with Askme bazaar with prepayment done. The payment was taken but no product has been delivered yet. My mobile no used for this transaction is [protected]. I am highly disappointed that ask me bazaar hasn't given the product yet. Its been more than three months now. One of their executives called me up after complaint on social portal and assured me that I will get the product but that never happened. First opf all they dont give you the product, but they never give the product. when u call up they say sorry and prmise to deliver the product but Don't deliver it. They are cheating big time. I request everyone to avoid using askme and safeguard their money, they are in the market only to CHEAT Customers

                                        I have ordered a ceiling fan on 27.04.2015 for Rs 1800 vide order no. DGA2597153 and the payment been made in advance through net banking. The same has not been delivered by the seller and order got cancelled after 15 days. Till now i am asking for refund of the same but got lame excuses i.e You will get call, Your refund is in process, You will get refund in 8 Days.
