Hi, Can any body take care of customer complaint. most pathetic service and fake product was delivered by you. How you can cheat customer like this. My refund is still awaited and i need refund asap else i will go to consumer court. I am much tried these kind of response received by you.     Attached is the image of the courier which i ahve recieved ..order no.27976754... And i have recieved broken pcs of sunglasses from the courier guy and the parcel was also open at the time of receiving... He took money from and given me parcel and didnt given me back my money too. Kindly resolve the issue Asap.

      Dear sir, I a regular online customer of various online shopping websites.For a change I have tried askmebazar website on 27th April 2015 for e-shopping.I am sorry to say that it is by mistake to choose this website as It has given 3rd class services till now.I have purchased a merchandise of Rs.400 and paid through my credit card.To my surprise i hvae not received the product at all.Regarding this when I have contacted toll free no [protected], the customer care executive apologized and said my queries would be sorted out within 48 hours.I have waited for 2, 3 days again I called...I got the same answers.In this process I have spent Rs.80 to 90 as number is not Toll free. Till now no one from Askmeebazar has contacted me and my money is not refunded. By this mail I again request you to refund my Rs400.otherwise I will Lodge Police complaint against your website in Cyber crime cell department and will contact consumer court people. my mobile numbers are [protected] [protected] regards Pravesh Meshram

        Hi, Please help me, I have ordered a Sunglasses from "ASKMEBAZAAR.COM", my order number is "AB3571415" and date of order is 14/06/2015. I have conformation bill, transaction id, SMS from "ASKMEBAZAAR.COM". I have call the customer care of "ASKMEBAZAAR.COM", but they say that your order id is not valid, since last one week i am calling them but the answer from the customer care associate is same. I have mailed them for help, but they did not reply the mail. I have also message them on Facebook but they did not replay. Could you please look into this matter with some solution.             Hi team, i am raising a secong ticket for this issue. already a request has been placed 50 days back. As i have purchased MI Powerbank 10400 MAh with reference to order number : AB2287630. But unfortunately i have received the product which is in bad condition and it does not have the powerbackup not more than 10 mins. I already have an MI 10400 mAh powerbank which is having good battery back. And this product which i ordered through askmebazaar is not the one which i expected. only 5% of my phone is charged. then powerbank got emptied. again i charged my powerbank for another 4-5 hours and once again my phone is charged 5%only. The item is very worst and it is a fake product. i do not understand why you are delay in collecting the item back. Good products services good, bad one always delays.               I had ordered an MI powerbank for 699.-.on 24th May 2015. Order number: AB3179504. I had done online payment using my credit card. But still they took cash on delivery on 4th June 2015. I was not present at home at the time of delivery so my Dad had to pay as he was unaware that I did online payment.So I paid double in all. I asked for refund and till date I didn't get it. Also after charging my cell for just 6% the powerbank got drained completely(powerbank was fully charged). I called the customer care after 48 hours of receiving the product and he refused to take the complaint stating that company doesn't replace the product after 48 hours. Please take back the product as it is of no use. And refund my Rs. 1398/- Attached is the proof of payment

              Its more than 10 working days but I havent got the refund back.

                    I have ordered 1 Reebok T-Shirt on 28th April. The Confirmed order number is AB2605726 and Transcation ID is 432842. I have called customer care several times, but they even dont know about the status of the product delivery. I have also registered many complaints but no person contacted to me and no one has contacted, Product is not delivered till now. Every time I call customer care says you will get your product with 24/48/72 hours.                               Hi I ordered Nike shoes order number AB3484267 and they gave me a shoes which has defect and clearly not Nike it is some local barnd and stiched also. I called the customore care they said they can accept return so they are going to refund the money, but now I have another msg to return the product and then they will refund. Seriously what is going in and how to ttrust you guys what if I don't get my refund are you doing this watedly to deliver false product and then take it back and not refund the money. Plus I again checked the site the Nike product is still there why can't they replace it with correct product..?

                                  Hi I ordered for sony headphones MDR- XB400 with order no AB2302805 on 17/4/2015 and received on 4th may with order COD of Rs 499.I found that it is a not genuine product and then complained to customer care regarding this issue and they assure me that product will pickup and money will refund in my account and also they have taken my bank account details and giving a complaint number-QRC440295 on 4th may they reverse picked the product on 6th may the by delhivery docket no[protected] was delivered to then on 14th may from then only hearing same story almost every call we make with new complaints 8th new compliant QRC498627 then another on June QRC29172845 then goes on and on same story with 24 hour you will receive a call still awaiting refund for past one half month have called them many times regarding my money refund but the customer care agent saying that your money will refund as soon as possible please wait and our finance department will call you within 24 hour.Nobody is calling me or they are not refunding my money they are totally cheating people. my mobile number [protected]
