Hi, I had ordered a Nokia Bluetooth wireless on COD for 1.5k. After a month or so i was called by DTDC guys about arrival of my product. Box looked so small so i opened it to check before signing. It turns out its a 20rs some ear phone scrapy than the ones you get in road side. But courier guys demanded cash as they had delivered to correct person and took cash from me. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A MISTAKE BUT A INTENTIONAL FRAUD CASE. I am not worried about my money but things like these need to be stopped. Whole of e marketing is being questioned here. Hence please register a complaint against askme bazzar .com on fraud and cheating.     i had placed order for sony power bank. but they sent me mi power bank.not only that the power bank was duplicate. they sent the product with out bill, cable and chrger. i asked them over customer care they asked apology and told we book complaint and bye back ur product and replace the amount. this was happend in 3 may 2015. no one called me for buy back. i asked them over phone they asked apology and replied with in two days we would resolve ur qurrey. every third day i ask them every one replied same answer. still today 4/6/2015 the product not taken back.minimum i called 10 times.

      I had ordered Sony 10000Mamps power bank. when i receive the courier, on the cover it was mentioned as Sony power bank. But when I opened the cover, inside it was not sony Power bank instead there was Xioami which is 3 times cheaper than Sony.I tried many times to customer care, I have not receive any updates. Always get auto message like 'your call is so important, out executive will get back you shortly' . I have send mail 3 times, no reply from askmebazar..com. I believe they are cheaters, and I fount many reviews like this.i Plan to register a complaint against them...

        1.I place an order on 13th may 2015 with order id AB2981053 from askmebazzar.com .After one week when i called customer care, i get to know that my order was cancelled, due to no place exist in my pin code .Even they did not intimate me that my order was cancelled .In Bangalore they are saying that place doesn't exist as per the pin code .I gave them my company address, i like to know how it is wrong for them . 2.On that day i replace the order with id VL3073480, they told me that your delivery date is 28th of may .In between 18 and 24th i called 3-4 times to confirm my delivery .On 27th they told me that your product is send via courier and it will deliver tomorrow .Today's date is 6th of June, still i didn't receive my product .

          I had bought a power bank xiomi 10000mah for rs 699 from this said online site with order id AB1434754 on march 8..i had received the product in a couple of days but it was a defect piece..i tried contacting and it took them 2 months to pick the product bk. the reverse product was done on may 4 .i tried calling them on issue with the reimbursement of money bk into my account.they assure it would be done in 12 working days which means by may 20...i have made more than 32 calls to their customer service ..they still tell they have contacted the concerned people and will contact me in a couple of days...am really fed up with hearing this...i am a student money does matter a lot ...i ve sent them mails after mails regarding the bank account details and i still havent recieved any...today is june 4..a product which i could not even use once and its been almost 4 months...

                  This is a cautionary tale for everyone, and I will try to give this post as much exposure as I possibly could ..
                  Order was placed of a Samsung 9000Mah portable charger, shipment arrived today on 20/6/15 .
                  The box was ripped open and the product was showing signs o[censored]sage, Like scratches on its outer casings .
                  Box contained only the battery pack and a small USB cable, NO warranty card inside from Samsung .
                  Nevertheless I tested it and initial findings were that there was something rattling inside, which I am sure can't be a manufacturing defect from Samsung.
                  Moving on as per the usage I would say it is somewhere in the range of 400-500 Mah and I am sure if I were to open it up I would find exactly that much valued cells .
                  In conclusion this company is selling some kind of degraded and copied items packed inside the boxes of other big brands .
                  I expect someone from the government takes action against this illegal and highly wrong company practising such SCAMS
                  Its been 2 hours since I have got the product n reading others posts here I don't find any good will come from me. Contacting them . So I leave this here for others to know .

                      I have purchased Samsung power bank 9000mah just now vide order no.AB3254400 for which I have paid cash. The product delivered to me was not satisfactory. I have ordered white colour and in cash shipment also noted is white however black colour has been sent. The price also not in a packed condition just wrapped and many scratches are there. When I complained to your customer care the person just disconnected my phone. I an shocked to see this response. I want to return the same. Please tell me the procedure.

                            I purchased samsung 9000mah powerbank from askmebazaar having order No. "AB2548647" at 419Rs . I received that product on 30th Apr'15 & i started using this product from next day. After using this what i found is the product is not capable of charging my samsung mobile battery one time even after charging continuously for 12 Hours.(i.e. even after having capacity of 9000mah as described on it. Its got empty within 15-20 Mins.) thereafter i tried to register complaint on askmebazaar helpline to return that product they denied me with the answer that after 48 Hours of dispatch we can't file any complaint. when askmebazaar is offering branded product at the discounted price, they need to take complaints also if they are dispatching garbage to our doorsteps. Request either replace that defective product with Ok product or refund same amount in my account because no customer want defective product when we are paying for Goods we can utilize.                                 I have placed the order no. AB3068948 on 18th may. I have not received any communication on the delivery on the same. I have even written an email to customer care on 1st June to get an update. Still no response. The call center team keeps telling me that they will escalate this and get the team to call me back in 48 hours. But no action is taken yet.                                 Till today, i have not received any communication from askme for order no. AB3068948... its been more than 40 days i have bought the product, which is yet to be delivered.

                                Moreover i called the callcenter last week and spoke to floor manager, named Arvind. As usual he commited that someone will definetly call me in 48 hours. Again till now no one has reached out to me.

                                I called up again today and spoke to another floor manager, named Suma. She has finally agreed to request (QRC[protected] for refund of my amount. Has commited that i will get a call by 29th june monday evening.

                                Hoping against hope.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased revamp combo product dated on 25th Feb 2015, 13:26. by paying Rs.399 only. (Mail of confirmation and transaction proof attached below). But on 26th Feb 2015 at 1:58 on my mobile no.([protected]) I received message from your end that " Your Order AB 1256171 from Revamp International at askmebazaar is cancelled. We will initiate the refund in 3-5 working days for prepaid order." But I received refund of Rs.121 only in my credit card on 12th March 2015. After that I have taken follow up with your customer care no[protected] nearly 10 times (total 55 min. spent on phone calls) but unfortunately no solution till now given. (Proof attached of telephone calls) In short as I purchased the above product through credit card statement by paying Rs.399. But I received refund of Rs. 121 only in my credit card on 12th March 2015. I want remaining amount to be credited back in my account without any further delay.                                       I ordered a Provogue Aviator style sunglasses from Askmebazaar.com, order no AB2882979, but when the product is delivered to me its a cheap wayfarer sunglass of no brand and might be of price of rs 10 only and I Paid 225 Rs for that sunglasses and got product of rs 10. I suggest please do not buy products from askmebaazar.com, they are fraud and delivers cheap products under big brand names and eats your money.

                                      Please make sure that I will get my correct product that I ordered. And stop making fool of your customers. Or else not for 225 Rs but for keep me waiting for product delivery and result is 10 rs sunglasses, for that I will approach consumer court.
