I was order Sony Power bank, but they or deliver to me some china make power bank. After i receive the product i was inform to them, they told will taken back and amount will be refund. They taken a product @ 20.5.2015. Today 09.06.2015 still i'm not receiving the refund. I was called the customer care they told you have to wait the weekend

    I have ordered a Xiaomi Mi power bank of 20800 mah capacity from askmebazaar.com After going through the reviews regarding the service and product quality and a little bit of search on youtube, I came to know that Xiaomi has not yet manufactured of released any power bank of 20800 mah capacity. The one listed on the site is a fake one. The latest power bank from Xiaomi is of 16000 mah capacity. So I request askmebazaar.com to cancel my order no. AB3395908 mentioned above as I'm not interested in buying fake products. Kindly resolve my issue. Thanks.

        I have placed order for Aviator Ray-Ban Sunglasses on 1 Jun 2015, after nine days I still didn't get my order delivered so I called on askme costumer care and I let to know that my order has been canceled and they even didn't inform me about it not a SMS or mail. I think it's a fake website. I already paid for it ! Is this your service?

          Order No. AB2790914. The powerbank delivered is a kind of duplicate one and do not work properly. It is not working even like of 400 MaH powerbank though i purchased 10400 MAh. Complained many a times over phone/online and through email but no response received. The company has indulged in cheating/fraud kind of criminal act apart from economic offence of cheating money from its customers.

            dear sir/madam, I kaushik khandelwal resident of Hyderabad had purchased a skull candy earphone of worth rupees 300, And the product which I received was not a genuine one so I asked for a refund for my money. The product has been picked up and i have even been given the acknowledgement for it and have been promised to receive my amount in the next 10 days. But its been more than a month I have been calling to its customer service for around 10-15 times and all the time i had been said that the money will get deposited in next 3-4 days but so has never happened.                 My order no is AB2223744 and my contact no is : [protected] . My Complaint No. is QRC 469675. Why i cant understand how many days ASK ME BAZAAR people take to send a pickup boy to collect the cancelled product.This not fair every time i keep on calling them through phone but every time they are saying that no madam we will send within a couple of days.Every time because of them my mobile balance becomes nill.Ur product cost 499/- but extra 200 rs. i spent to enquire and follow up for the complaint which i have raised. By trusting them i am saying ok every time but it was repeating when will the person come for pickup and when i will get my cash credited into my account. Now i cant wait if their person wont come by tomorrow i will take further action upon the shopping site...If i said to my friends it will effect their shopping portal image...Then no one will trust you again blindly. They have already taken my account details also but first they have to come for picking up that cancelled product know.Otherwise I am happy if they will provide me their vijayawada address so that i will go and return that product..I want my cash back immediately. Kindly Refund...

                Complaint has not been solved.I am still waiting for the person to pickup that product.Atleast they haven't called me also.Is this right!!!
                Still my complaint has not been resolved.Still I am waiting for the person for reverse pickup.On 19th June I got call from Quality Department they also said that within 2 days Our person will come for reverse pickup but no one came what I have to do.Please do needful at earliest.

                  Over one month we are not getting pick up of material...

                    AMB is selling FAKE Sony battery banks I had recently ordered 2 Sony 10000 mAh battery banks from AskMeBazaar.Com. Order # AB2824711 BOTH ARE FAKE & ONE IS BROKEN TOO I could make out the same from the fit & finish of the product which was reconfirmed when I saw the cover which had 2 different mAh’s mentioned & even the model no on the bank was different as compared to the one on the cover. Picture has pics of box having 2 different mAhs. I had complained the same to your call center two weeks back & they said the same would be picked up & money will be refunded: Complaint # QRC604874 Till now no one has picked up the same.

                              I ordered "Sony 10000 mAh Power Bank" through askmebazaar.com. Order delivered on 06-May-2015. Instead of Sony brand I got another company's product. After this I talk to customer care executive and raised my complaint. According to their executive product would be picked back within 2-3 days and after picking money will be refund to account.I already submitted my all account details, but there is no response from their end. I am continueously following up them by call/mails but they are making false committments everytime, and everytime they provided me the wrong details. I am totally fed up by the services/commitments provided by askmebazar.com. As I remember last executives are Arti singh, Shivendra, to whom I entertained from their customer care services, yet they ensured me about callBack and product . Please help me and get me out of this problem.I will be really thankful to you guys. Order Number: DGA2621604

Further, few more point I would like you people to focus on: 1. There was no Bill with the Box. 2. No required details as Model no./S.no. of RayBan is mentioned that clearly shows that its FAKE. 3.                                   Order Number - AB2654899 Order- Digital EPS-7299 Weighing Scale Date of Oder - 30th April 2015 Payment made on[protected], Transaction Id- INB/[protected]/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTION/ for the amount of 499.00 My order was placed online and payment made through my Net Banking (This is how i have always done shopping online) To my shock I did not receive any link where i can check the order status and details of orders. I just received an sms from Askme stating the order was received and will be dispatched. No news for 7-8 days I called back the Customer Care where a rep informed me that it takes 10 days for an order to be delivered. After the 10 days i called the customer care department many times to find out that the order was dispatched and they did not have any info on the courier details. That is very hard to believe coz any e_commerce site runs on transparency and all of them provide customers with dispatch details. The reps told me that they will take a complaint and will ask the supervisor to call me back. I waited I did not receive any call back no email nothing. I wrote to this email id a well I did not receive anything from here as well. I called the customer care department again on 22nd May 2015 and to my shock the representative, Sujata Mitra told me that the Weighing Machine was showing as Dispatched and received by me on 12th May 2015. This is shocking as i have not received anything, I asked for the courier details or Proof of Delivery she said she cant provide anything and will just follow the system. I was understandably irate to this to which she responded saying customer using profanity and disconnected. I did use profanity at hearing this, and am extremely apologetic for the same. I called back and got through Mousumi in the customer care department, she checked the system and told me the same thing again, I asked for a supervisor, I was put on hold and told that there are no supervisors or managers available. I will receive a call back in 1 hour. Again it never happened. I just wanted few details about a product i ordered and had paid for the same online, This is a fraudulent activity whereas the company doesnt provide the customers with any kind of dispatch details and says that the product has been dispatched. They are not able to provide me with any details or Proof of Delivery.

The picture on the website states it is a "Qubeplex Reebok Classic Sunglasses" with a pouch and old price is Rs.4999. (you can see this on the image attached) But what I received a very poor quality, out of shape sunglass with rust marks on the frames packed in a cardboard roll in a pathetic condition on 1st of June.(see images attached) I have raised the compaint to Ask me bazaar on the same day (June 1st) for returns and refund. I got a autoreply mail on the same day that this is noted and will be reverted soon. Till today after so many reminders - no one bothers to reply on this complaint. This proves to be a irresponsible cheating act from Ask me bazaar. No one has the courtesy to revert the actual status of this and what is the process going on.

                                        Hi, I purchased 2 Mi power banks of total value 748/- o 27 April 2015 and after opening the items i found them not working. i logged the complaint vide number QRC458423 dt 2nd May. still neither one has picked the faulty items nor i received my payment back. i made them 3-4 times calls and 4-5 times email. their assurance doesn't complies.
