Dear Concern i ordered a 300psi 12v Car Electric Air Compressor Tyre pump for bike car by online by order no.AB2259588 at Rs 379 from askme bazaar which is not in working condition, so i complaint it on the second day of delivery, on 28th april a person come to me to collect the product, i gave that damaged product to him and he gave me a receiving butaskme bazaar have not refunded me my amount till date. I contacted many many times to call center but they always say that your money will be refunded to you in 1-2 days, they all are well trained by askmebazaar to frustrate the customers...this is frustrating for me and a ridiculous act by askme bazaar. Now your are the only hope for me against these type of fradulent companies. Kindly requested you to direct askmebazzar to refund my money immediately. Thanking you.

    Dear Concern i ordered a sony headphone on 25th April by online by order no.AB2544100 at Rs 449 and it comes to me on 30th April in the afternoon . But when i opened it i found that one earpiece was broken after that i complaint to them but on response after three week. one day a person come to me to collect the damage product. i gave that damaged product to him and he give me a receiving but now till date we have no information of my refund. I am 10 times mail helpline & 20 time call center but not respond.

          Sir I ordered sony powerbank 10000mah but i received wrong product from your company that is samsung powerbank 9000 mah that a fake one. Sir my order no. is AB 2852772. Sir i made so many complaints to your company via phone regarding wrong product and told them to refund my money but everytime your executives give me the new complaint no.. My recent complaint no. is QRC 28715387. Sir your executives says that our executive will come to your house within 1-2 working days but this was not done at all. Sir I received the product on 24 th may 2015 and i complained on 25 th may 2015. But the action is still not taken. Sir I request you to take action as soon as possible. Your action will be highly appreciated. Please send your executive to my house to take the product and refund my money as soon as possible.

            I ordered Power Bank on 23rd Jan 2015 with having order id AB895292. I have made online payment, but when product received it was COD so I paid CASH amount, Rs.399. Before collecting the item I called customer care and they said to pay and it will be refunded. Since then no refund after so much follow ups, almost 20 calls and mails in 4 months. Some complain numbers: QRC116825, QRC86674, QRC85560. If you are not providing good service whats the use of your business, where is the customer satisfaction. I really got disappointed with your service.

                Myself soumik nandy, I placed an order of polo wristwatch (order no -AB3158097)on 22nd may .The order was suppose to reach my address (Bl-217, salt lake, Kolkata-91, sector-2)by 10 days but unfortunately that didn't happen.I placed an complaint over phone (ask me contact number -[protected])but the workers present there could not help me much, they said that more 7 days will take to get the product.Among them specifically a person talked to me in a very unhealthy manner, on asking his name he said his name is Ranjit Bhattacharya.My complain no is Qrc27908087.Today after seven days when I again called at ask me call centre that same person Mr Bhattacharya kept on saying that"I have placed your order to my concerned dept they will call you ", well he was simply unable to give me a straight answer of when will I get my product .                       Order Number - AB2654372 Order - Powerbank 10400 mAh Date of Order - 30th April 2015 The payment was made online on[protected], Transaction Id - INB/[protected]/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTION/ for the amount of Rs. 449.00 My order was placed online and payment made through my Net Banking (This is how i have always done shopping online). To my shock I did not receive any link where i can check the order status and details of order. I just received an sms from Askme stating the order was received and will be dispatched. No news for 7-8 days I called back the Customer Care where a rep informed me that it takes 10 days for an order to be delivered. After the 10 days i called the customer care department many times to find out if the order was dispatched, they did not have any info on the courier details. That is very hard to believe because any e_commerce site runs on transparency and all of them provide customers with dispatch details and courier details. The reps told me that they will take a complaint and will ask the supervisor to call me back with all the details. I waited I did not receive any call back no email nothing. I wrote to their email id as well I did not receive anything from here as well. I called the customer care department again on 22nd May 2015 and to my shock the representative, Sujata Mitra told me that the Powerbank was sent and they did not receive any response at my address and was returned back. She said the money will be transferred to my account within 4-5 days. I explained to her that I was at home for the last 10 days as I had an accident and the product did not come to my address. She said to wait for 3-4 days for the payment to get credited to my account. Till date no payment was credited to my account nor did the product reach me.

                        dear sir i got delivery of a sunglass today ie. 8/6/ 2015 ..as i opened the product.it was quite differnts from th one i oredered.my order ID is AB3303855.i want my money back and return the product.i orderd it on 31/5.the outer case is broken.the product is differnt.its a om stylish wayfarer sunglass producct, i called th service center many times bt they pick up and cut hte call.im also getting the messages on my mbl that the wil pick that product today but no one seem to come till now.

                              I ordered Ray Ban Sunglass at 98% discount cost Rs.125/- plus tax Rs.25/- and postal personal taken Rs.25/- total = Rs.175/- but i have received a REEBOK watch worth Rs.100/- (even less than that) when i sent email no response from and even when i tried no attending the phone.

                                I had placed the order 07.05.2015 and paid through online but till date they are not send my order each and every time they said that our backup team will contact you within 48 hours but till I didn't received and call from the backup team of askmebazzar. Recommended not to buy any items from askmebazzar I had also approach to State Consumer Forum regarding this issue. I thought I also file a police complain against the owner of Askmebazzar for cheating people

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, This is Akshay Kumar Das Adhikari. I ordered Reebok sunglass online ( order no. AB1653772) on 18.03.2015. It was delivered. I found one side of the glass is broken. I mailed you thrice earlier, but got no response. After 2-3 months, I got a call and was asked to return the product. I returned through the courier sent by them. Then one day i got a call that please tell me your account information so that they refund me. I asked for substutute, but they said that is not possible. Then i said send me a cheque /draft. I can not divulge my account information to any body over phone. i also requested them that you contact me by email so thar I will have some proof of these whole thing. Till date no communication from their side, I have not got back my moey (INR699/-) Regards Akshay

                                      I have placed an order No. AB3310772 of Samsung Power Bank. on 1st June 2015. At the time of delivery on 8th June I found the product breaked. At the time delivery I asked to the delivery boy of courier company to open the product in presence of him, he answer me that it is not his duty and demanded the money before opening the package. After delivery when i open the packet i found the power bank broken and useless. So I request to take the product back and give back my payment.

I called up the customer care so many times and the standard answer I got was that it is getting delivered in next two days now today we are standing at[protected] and today I was informed that the product is out of stock and it will be delivered in next week or after that which is really very sad .one should be honest enough when giving out information to customers’ the question is who is responsible for the precious time which was lost because of some irresponsible soul who does not value the time of customer and the credibility of the askmebazzar. I would have got the same product from some other reliable e-store within no time. I hope this email will be taken up seriously by askmebazzar as the reputation and value for time matters most in today’s world. Regards Ravi Koul [protected]
