My experience with AskMeBazaar is PATHETIC and I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to buy products from this portal. I have ordered Sony Power Bank and they delivered the product after 10days, on Friday. I was in hurry to leave and had kept the parcel at home and returned back on Monday and opened the parcel. To my surprise, I found Mi power bank instead of Sony. I called AskMe immediately and another BLOW they gave me. Any problem with the product should be notified within 48 hours and not beyond that. They directed me to their T&C page and made me read their return policy which mentioned that the issues have to be reported within 48 hours.
Now... after 10 days, the product stopped working and I had again called them to know how do I get a replacement. I have received another BLOW.. They cool 'ly said, they cannot do anything. The warranty information of the product is available in the parcel but, nothing is found. Hence, I do not get it replaced is what I finally had to hear from them.
Net.. Net, they gave me a LEMON for paying 679 bucks. My STRONG RECOMMENDATION is NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM ASKMEBAZAAR. They are all [censored]ers. They are lucky as they are doing business in India.
