I placed order for Sony 10000mAh Power Bank (order ID: AB3038275)on 18th may and was delivered to me on 28th May, 2015. Since It has Sony Brand, I had full confidence on its quality. I opened the packet on 2nd June fully charged it before use, but when I connected it to my mobile having 3000 mAh capacity, it could charge from 16% to 47% only and the battery completely drained. I called to your customare care on 3rd June and they informed me that I should have complained within 48 hours of receiving and hence my request for replacement/return can not be entertained.I am a regular online purchaser from different sites and for the first time I faced this type of awkward rules. Rs.899/- which I paid is not a big deal, but the way Askmebazar deals with cutomer hurt me.Please help me to replace/return the defective power bank at the earliest. In this regard I had registered a complaint though your website on 4th June but have not received any information till now. Hope to receive +ve answer from you soon

I placed order for Sony 20000mAh Power Bank (order ID: AB3246076). Since It has Sony Brand, I had full confidence on its quality.     I have ordered for a Sony 10000 aAh powerbank with order number AB2303368 on Apr 17th 2015, but to my surprise I was delivered a MI powerbank, Which I have asked for a return pickup and refund my amount back. They did a return pickup on May 6th 2015 with receipt id ASR126946, but no refund has been made to me till date. I have followed up with them over mail and phone many times to which I am being informed that it will be refunded in 7-10 days but that never happened.

        i have ordered power bank order no AB1293375 on Feb 2015. I have received fault product and when I called back costumer care they are not talking properly. However at last they agreed for refund and they picked product from me on 29.04.2015. I have called them more than 2 5 times and everything they are placing my call on hold. Product value is 900 and call cost incurred for me 100. Its been 4 months I am tracking for my refund and I have not received single rupee. Please help on this.         I don't want common console statements. I am receiving these type of concerned department statements from ages.

        Tell me clearly if you have intention to pay my money back or not.

        If you say no, i will think i lost my money and a thief called askmebazaar has robbed me.

              I ordered the sony power bank in askmebazaar website, but I received MI power bank, so that I returned the product and also I given my account details to them, they said that the money will be refund in your account within 12 working days, it is already happened 20 days but still I have no received the refund amount Ordered no: AB2652018 RETURNING RECEIPT:[protected] Also whenever I spoke to customer care no response properly.

                Dear Team, The captioned product was purchased on 28/05/2015(Order date). I was feeling to purchase it but when I was trying to use it in first time it was not working found following problems 1) Both USB port given are not of proper size 2) Unable to charge power bank 3) unable to charge mobile through power bank Request Pls get back your product in exchange of money I was paid or exchange new product which will work as expected.                     My experience with AskMeBazaar is PATHETIC and I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to buy products from this portal. I have ordered Sony Power Bank and they delivered the product after 10days, on Friday. I was in hurry to leave and had kept the parcel at home and returned back on Monday and opened the parcel. To my surprise, I found Mi power bank instead of Sony. I called AskMe immediately and another BLOW they gave me. Any problem with the product should be notified within 48 hours and not beyond that. They directed me to their T&C page and made me read their return policy which mentioned that the issues have to be reported within 48 hours. Now... after 10 days, the product stopped working and I had again called them to know how do I get a replacement. I have received another BLOW.. They cool 'ly said, they cannot do anything. The warranty information of the product is available in the parcel but, nothing is found. Hence, I do not get it replaced is what I finally had to hear from them. Net.. Net, they gave me a LEMON for paying 679 bucks. My STRONG RECOMMENDATION is NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM ASKMEBAZAAR. They are all [censored]ers. They are lucky as they are doing business in India.

                    Dear Mr Concern i had a same problem for the same product which i had ordered and at the least you have got the product but my experience is very bad as i never received any calls form the courier person and after the delay of 20 days i called the customer care no and they gave me foolish reply saying that the courier person have visited your place and he have called you and you did not respond to the call and they came back and the product has come back to our office and we can not send the same product back to you so please re book the order said by the customer care executive and by the time i started raising my voice she disconnected the call and the same was again done by another executive she also disconnected the call when i raised the voice and finally i never got any response from them. so i would suggest all of the online buyers please do not buy anything ask me bazaar. and the worst part is i got and offer to work in the company as an area manager ( south ) for corperate sales. and just because of this bad experience i denied that job offer...

                          i have ordered a sunglass from askmebazzar.com on 31\05\2015.as it got delivered the product was not as i had ordered.i got th product on 4\6\2015.the product cover was damaged and sunglass was not as it was shown on site.it was quite different than i ordered..if it possible i would like to replace the product.

                                I ordered this product 30.04.2015.
                                And received the shipment in 09.05.2015.
                                After receiving the product i complaint 11.05.2015.
                                They arrange the reverse pickup in 23.05.2015.
                                Product deliver the askmebazzar in 26.05.2015.
                                Till date i am not receive the refund.
                                I have complained regarding my order no. AB2651886 and complaint no. QRC534170
                                dated:-11.05.2015 Monday.


                                Till date my refund not received i was talking many times customer care executive they inform me that refund is under process and process start from 11.06.15. but the time taken 15 days and till date refund is in under process not received in my account.

                                    My orders nos: AB2953020 & AB 2953464 ordered on 12.5.15, has not yet reached me. there is no response from the seller (askmebazaar.com). i do not know whether they are cheating ecom site. I telephone three times these people's customer service they promised to send immediately but have not sent the items.

                                      in order no AB3220200 without inform me, when I am not present in office that time you delivery came for delivery the materials and demand Rs. 175 for the materials delivery charge, but in order is Rs. 150 ( Item rate is Rs. 125 & Shipping Charge Rs. 25) and also inform you delivery boy the materials delivery after 04.06.15 but they are not delivery the materials & why taken Rs. 25 extra please conform me.

                                      After received your ( AskMeBazaar ) telephone call on 06.06.15, but till date not delivery the materials & not send any message when material will delivery.
                                      Till I have not received the materials & you delivery system is too much bad. Why are you open this type of net marking ? you are not delivery any materials proper time, then close all branch. What is the progress in my order (Order No - AB3220200).

                                        I have ordered samsung 9000mah power bank in Mar. 2015 at askmebazar online shopping on COD basis My order No. is AB1801883. I had received Power Bank dated 3rd April 2015. I had paid Rs.599/- for it. but when I opened the pack I was shocked that content may be damaged. so i checked it and find that content has not proper working. then I write a complent and mail it to [protected]@askmebazar.com for retrurn the content and refund me, they accept it and send their courier person to reverse pick up, the courier person came dated 14th April 2015 for reverse pick up. one week lather I had called at askmebazar call center[protected] the lady person taken my Bank detail to refund process. as per their policy they refund me in 10 to 12 working days but till I haven't got
