Hello this is Jennifer. I have ordered milton cookware set on 23rd april for an amount of 349 on my credit card. I got this product on 21st of april with cash on delivery so I cancelled the order and returned the product and called customer care for the refund everytime I call they say it would be refunded in 7 business days its been 2 months now I haven't got a refund on my credit card kindly consider this as a serious an important notice to you all refund the amount asap or else I will have to take a strict action against askme bazaar Thanks and regards, Jennifer Charlie [protected] [protected] Order no.           My self Bappa Roy.I ordered a 10400 mAh mi powerbank.last day(03.06.15) i received the product.The delivery boy was very bussy to go.so I had to pay the the money with out checking the product.But when I open the kit I saw one plastic covered(its covered the powerbank)totally broken.I dont know whats happen but my powerbank did not work from the firstday.kindly refund my money or send a good power bank which is usable

              I ordered a sony powerbank having capacity 10000mah at price of 679Rs.(Order No. "DGA2516292") & dispatched with wrong product. I registered complaint against wrong product on very same date 27th Apr'15 & returned product on 01/May/15 & askmebazaar helpline executives responded that i'll get my refund back within 10-12 working days, its already over a month past away but i didn't get my money back into my account. Meanwhile i call a lot of times to askmebazaar representatives for followup for refund, they all replied all the times in a same manner " sorry for inconvenience & now i am forwarding your request to our backend team, they will call you for sure within 48hours" But i even not got a single call from askmebazaar regarding my complaint. I'd wasted about 250-300 Rs. on calling askmebazzar helpline no.[protected] @ 1.5Rs/Minutes. They already bypassed their defined TAT duration for refund of wrong product as well as wasted a lot of time & money on calling askmebazaar representatives. Request to please take some necessary & strict actions on askmebazaar to stop torching the customers & get their & mine refund back along with these extra charges & time i wasted on calling them.                   In respect of my order No DGA3147015 one Reebok Aviator sun glasses was supplied to me through your dealer M/s.Qubeplex, Gaziabad, which was in broken condition. In this regard I wish to inform you that the glass material was badly packed without a cover, by means of a card board that even not fully covering the entire portion of the glasses, which is the main reason for the broken state. Hence I have requested you thru email help. three times. But so far I have not received any reply from you. Please inform me how I can get a replacement of the broken sun glasses supplied to me, immediately.

                          I purchased xiomi power bank last month it does not working so i given complaint on 21st May 2015, Compliant number is QRC621591, that time they told we will collect in 7 working days but they collected on June 3rd 2015 i have given all the bank details please transfer my money to my account.. I called more than 10 times for customer care there is no good response i lost more than 100Rs by calling customer care Really you people are selling not original geunine products only product brand name is there all the products are fake.. I purchased different products from your company all are fake only, , 2 months back i purchased samsung power bank but it is also not original it is also fake.. So please stop selling of fake products with brand name.. Really a bad online shopping website

                              All Please treat this mail as a official complaint from my side which I will further escalate to consume forum. I ordered Rayban Sunglasses via Order No. AB3187398 on 24th May. I got the confirmation of order delivery same day & post my conversation with your respective team member on 25th he confirmed same will be shipped in 10 working days. In all my conversation I kept asking only one question i.e.(The product that you have shown on the website is genuine & the will be delivered & the answer was YES every time I called). & today after a long wait of 10 days I received my requested order where in I found that both the sunglasses that I ordered were FAKE & one of them is broken. I have been using products ordered online thru Flipkart & other service providers & response has been amazing. This was my first experience with you all & trust it was SAD. Its all about giving good & genuine service but you guys are just not up-to the mark. Please have this order picked from my House & return my money immediately. You all can also connect with me @[protected]... have this chapter closed ASAP.

                                Hi I have ordered Mi Power bank 10400mAh (Order no.- DGA3199479) on May 25, 2015 through Cash on Delivery and paid the amount of Rs. 489. But I am facing serious problem with the service of the product. It's not working at all, the power back up is nil, there are some serious quality issues. Looks like a fake or a replica product.                                   Had ordered car mp3 player with order no AB1483890. But when i had tried to install this product, i found that the product i had received is a damaged one. I had posted on this site about this incident and i got a call the other day that they will refund the amount and take away the product in two working days and told me to provide with the bank details for crediting the amount. I have provided my bank details and it has been a week, neither i have received my refund nor they have collected back the product. Pls refund my amount otherwise i will have to post this in other social media platforms.

                                        I had ordered 1pc Sony 1000 mAh Power Bank from AskmeBazaar online vide Order No. AB2925217 on COD for Rs. 749/=. I received the product after 12-15 days and was shocked to find a used Xiaomi 10400 mAh Power Bank. Even after charging it full it would charge by phone (2500 mAh battery) only 20%. I called up AskmeBazaar customer care and they said the return policy is only for 48 hours and adviced me to email my complaint to [protected]@askmebazaar.com but not received any reply till date. Cant understand why these traders are cheating innocent people to make money. You take the price for your product but deliver the right thing. Lost my faith in AskmeBazaar.com
