Hi,
I ordered one skull candy ear phone after being lured by the online advertisement which showed it at very cheap price.
After placing the order(AB2550283), i received a confirmation in a mail for same. Since, its 23 days and have not heard anything back from them. I have made 4 calls, first 2 inquiry calls and then complaint calls. Initially I was told that, my product will be delivered to me in 2 days as it has been dispatched on the same day but again after making a call to them after a week i received same answer that my product has been dispatched today only and i will receive it in 2 days.
After not receiving my item, Irritated i made a complain to them. Now if i call to them then all i hear is rubbish that your complain has been registered and we will get back to soon. No complaint nbr. was either provided. No one tells about when i will get my delivery, all i hear is that our back end team will get back to you soon and we cann't provide any further information. There is no way to escalate this, so i decided to register a complain here after reviewing Askmebazaar on internet which shocked me.
It now amuses me; how they are surviving even after so any flaws. Now i feel, i should have taken my friends advice of not choosing askmebazaar, who himself was a victim of this website(he ordered one hard disk but received a power bank of lesser price and even after returning back he didn't received his money back. Being fed up with customer care, he stopped chasing these people.).
