Dear sir, I had ordered for Mi Xiomi 10400 Mah Powerbank from askmebazaar.com and got the product on 7th May 2015 but, the product was not in a working condition (Order No. AB2687508) and immediately i registered a complaint on 8th May and asked them to take back the product and refund my amount(Cancel registration no. QRC499390) but, its been 10 days already but no response from their end. Please take back the product and refund my amount.

    This is the first time i ordered from AskMeBazaar and let me tell you that the experience is very bad... First of all I ordered 2 Sony 10000mAh Power bank and you have sent me 2 MI one..for the same I filed a query on 6th May but haven't got any call back then again I called your customer care on 11th May, 12th May, 14th May and 16th may but even after continuous followups and complaint no action has been taken from your end till date.. Do these guys follow any SLA? Secondly, the product which I received is faulty... even after charging it fully, it got drained in 10 minutes.. what kind of power bank is this?       Hello, I have ordered one SanDisk 16GB Class 4 MicroSDHC Memory Card on 27th April 2015.But till date I have not not received the product.I spoke to their customer care many times, but they are reluctant to give the status of shipment and gave me same reply every time that my complaint will be resolved in next 7 days.But that never happened. I have tried to contact them via Social media but I have not received any response yet. They also do not have any tracking facility or order status checking facility in their website. By far this is the worst online store I have ever come across and sure there cannot be a worst online store than AskMeBazaar. I am pretty sure other users too have faced similar problem with this scam site. I have also requested them to initiate the refund process since they have failed to deliver the product. but they are reluctant to do so. So I request everyone not to purchase anything from this site. So Be careful while making purchase from this fraudulent site.

I Still Not Receive my Parcel, I Complaint on[protected] in askme bazar customer care he/she told me that my complaint register and now you get call from askmer bazar between monday to Friday and as soon as possible i get my parcel but still not get call or not get my parcel which i order from askme bazar . really poor service, now i really avoid to order from this website because of poor service.

          I had bought the Sun Glasses from AskMeBazar. When I have received the item, that was not the same what they have shown on their web site so I have requested to return it. After many follow ups they have arranged the reverse pick-up. Reverse pickup has been done of the item (Sun Glasses). I am waiting for my money from more then 25 days. I had called to call center 3 times, spoke to their senior person as well. They assured me you will get your money on 14th May 15. Every time they give 2 to 3 days time line or some date to give the money back but till now I have not received it. They have taken my bank details about one month ago.

            I Purchased a Samsung 9000mAH Power Bank. It was supplied from Fabulous deals, Sector 41, Gurgaon. I charged it overnight and tried to charge my mobile. My 1800mAH mobile battery is getting charged only for 5-7 min and the power bank is losing all its charge. I talked to customer care about the same where they are saying that now its more than 48 hrs and will not change the battery. The duplicate battery was strategically supplied on Friday evening, So that the product cannot be checked on weekend. Please do the needful to get my money back. Thanks Mahendra [protected]@gmail.com

                Dear Sir/Madam I ordered 3 products online from askmebazaar.com on 6-MAY-2015. And they also send is confirmation mail that your order is successfully placed.The order no. is as follows- 1) AB2786685 2) AB2786697 3) AB2786704 But no one is deliver till 18-MAY-2015. Even I tried to call their customer support but there representative give deadline of 11-May-2015. I also send mail but no reply from them. So I request you to please lodge my complaint against this fraud company. This company is fraud. They make consumer fool and waste their time and money.

                  Hi, I ordered one skull candy ear phone after being lured by the online advertisement which showed it at very cheap price. After placing the order(AB2550283), i received a confirmation in a mail for same. Since, its 23 days and have not heard anything back from them. I have made 4 calls, first 2 inquiry calls and then complaint calls. Initially I was told that, my product will be delivered to me in 2 days as it has been dispatched on the same day but again after making a call to them after a week i received same answer that my product has been dispatched today only and i will receive it in 2 days. After not receiving my item, Irritated i made a complain to them. Now if i call to them then all i hear is rubbish that your complain has been registered and we will get back to soon. No complaint nbr. was either provided. No one tells about when i will get my delivery, all i hear is that our back end team will get back to you soon and we cann't provide any further information. There is no way to escalate this, so i decided to register a complain here after reviewing Askmebazaar on internet which shocked me. It now amuses me; how they are surviving even after so any flaws. Now i feel, i should have taken my friends advice of not choosing askmebazaar, who himself was a victim of this website(he ordered one hard disk but received a power bank of lesser price and even after returning back he didn't received his money back. Being fed up with customer care, he stopped chasing these people.).

                      Hi Team, My father and I have ordered 2 products, 1 T-Shirt and a Roti Maker from askmebazaar.com one month back. I have already paid money through online. Earlier T-Shirt delivery was confirmed but after a week they mailed me saying that my ordered has been canceled and my money will be return to my account, but after a month still I didn't receive any money or any informing mail. The roti maker ordered was confirmed one month back, but still not a single message/mail I have received. I have called askmebazaar 5-6 times, but didn't find any solution, have been duped!! Please let me know, how many more times I have supposed to call them, to find a real solution. Hoping for a necessary action from you, otherwise many more people will be the victim of Askmebazaar.                           I ordered product of 599 rs on 17 feb 2015 but product was not delivered in 15 days.So, I called them and asked about this issue.So, they said that my order had been cancelled.So, I requested for return.Since march month to 15 may 2015 I called to customer care many times but everytime they said that my refund will be initiated as soon aqs possible.But till today I don't get my refund money.I call them 13 to 15 times.But everytime they saId different words.

                            Sir I was booked order about Sony Power Bank 10000 mAh, order no. AB -2822571, Rs 679/.COD but wrong item damage Samsung 9000 mAh has delivered in that pocket on date 17/5/15 instead of Sony power bank so kindly return it and refund my money.If possible then kindly send me Sony 10000 mAh power Bank.

                                    I order 15 days ago samsung power backup from askme bazaar on line shopping product ...they send me a differnd product and even it was not funtional... i complaint many time to help dest but evry body reply tou will receive the refund by evening and always transfer line to here to there ...n still i didnt get any update and refund ... I complaint many time and called to them ..but nobody answared satisfactory ... Even when i asked to send a notice to gead office and ask the address support executive update me wrong address... dear all plz dont ever online shopping with askme bazaar ..they will cheat you only and you will waste your money... i am suffering from last couple of week but not responding from askme bazaar support team

                                    Plz dont go with askme bazaar cheat and fraud company

                                      Never Order anything from AskMeBazaar they never deliver on time they tell it will take 10 days but after 10 days they tell it will take another 6 to 7 days time and it goes on like this ... And beware don't pay them ONlINE pay them only after you get the Items in hand and in good condition. This is a very hopeless company. BEWARE OF AskMeBazzar.com

                                        sir I received this product on 12 May 2015 but when I came to know about it I called up ask bazar consultants but they r not logging my complain they r saying return policy is only applicable for 48 hours.but as a buyer its difficult vry difficult to check this equipment to this extent .but it's shame to read similar incidents happening and ask bazar is continuing same thing it's a shame for such big organisation Navrit Singh Sidhu Order no ; AB2828502
