    I have purchased a Sony Powerbank an orderded on 8th of April 2015. However i did not receive the product and amount has already paid. i called so many times, the customer care executives are pathetic they did not know how to talk to the customer. There is no order tracking details on their website. I dont understand what to to. My order number is DGA2862752.

      this is not a genuine watch. i'm not satisfied with this watch. the belt is cross and watch design also very bad. please put genuine pictures of a product. product is duplicate and looks very cheap . i'm very much disappointed with the product.

        Dear sir, I Have placed order on dated 29th April and that day I have payed online but delivery boy said that your order cash on devilry. I call to customer care he advise me you pay as Cash on delivery and your first payment we are refund. So i was paid and I submit my Complaints for this issue and Complain number is QRC577323. Kindly check this issue and refund my amount. Payment details (Date-29.04.2015, Transaction Description : MEDR/ /853908/, My Account no- [protected]) And my second issue is i have received mi power bank is fully fake. It is not work properly .The product is mi power bank 20800 mAH, but its not even 1000 mAh recharging, Tried charging a 35% battry of mobile. So please reples it.

          had ordered Lotto Aviator Sunglasses on 01/05/2015 & also paid via net banking 224 Rs. for the same & i got confirmation email dat they will be delivered to me. I was given order number. AB2668505. On 13/05/2015 i received an sms that i will be receiving those glasses shortly & keep Rs. 224 ready for same order no. I would like to point out that i already made payment of rs. 224 & i told the courier person on phone. He told me that he only received this one package where i had to pay. So i told him to take the package back. Now i would like to know when will the glasses i paid for will get delivered. Sort it out asap & reply me or call me on my mobile no. [protected].

            I had ordered BEats Ear Phone On DAte 14/5/2015 & Also contacted customer care [protected] 3-4 times but no proper response.
            My order no isAB2986396.
            I have ordered a Power bank of 10400 mAh on 08.05.2015 & it was asked to me that it will be delivered within 8-10 days. When i have called on 19.05.2015 for knowing the status of my product, they just ask that sorry for the delay and we have placed a complain & our customer care will be in touch within 5-7 days. And then i got a call on 25.05.2015 from AskMeBazar and they told that the product will be delivered within 7 working days i.e 03.06.2015. But as on date i did not get my product. Since i did not get my product, i called to the customer care no. [protected] and the same thing i just listen from them.If possible kindly cancel the order & refund my of Rs.699/-. I do not want that product anymore.

                  The product is 20800 mAH, but its not even 1000 mAh recharging, Tried charging a 2000 mAH battry of mobile. but couln't complete even 1st recharge. whereas it should recharge at least 9 to 10 times when the product is new.                       Team Askmebazaar, I am surprised to see your pathetic response to customer's e-mail's. Firstly, I placed order for the Samsung 9000mAh power bank & for its follow up I had sent you mail after 15 days of placing order. But no reply. Later, almost one month after date of order placement, I suddenly received the items. Then also OK. In my mail sent to them on 04/05/15, I had requested for taking the powerbank back, as its mentioned capacity is 9000mAh. But when I used it for charging my mobile, having battery of 2300mAh, then after charging around 30% battery of mobile, it gets completely discharged. It is a faulty piece. I requested for return of the same and refund my money asap. But unfortunately, today at 18/05/15, after almost 14 days of my mail, I have not received any reply to my mail.

                          This is the first time i ordered from AskMeBazaar and let me tell you that the experience is very bad... First of all I ordered Sony 10000mAh Power bank on 28.04.2015(Order No. AB2608632) and you have sent me MI power bank on 05.05.2015. For the same I filed a complaint on that day itself and ask you to take the product and refund the money then again I called your customer care on 15th May 2015 and again made a complaint but even after there is no action has been taken from your end till date.. Secondly, the product which I received is faulty... even after charging it fully, it is not working.

                            There are many complaint about askMeBazaar :- 1.I ordered sony 10000 mAh power bank they delivered it after 2 week. 2.That product also not from that comany which i ordered.I ordered sony but they delivered xiomi company product. 3. when complain about the product they are not replacing that product. 4. That wrong product also not working also, if charge that powerbank for 3 hour also it only recharge my mobile for 20% only. Please suggest me what i can do for that product.                                 Twice i have called your customer care and have submitted query from portal. I have ordered my item with order number AB2746140 on 4th May till now i have not received it. when i called your analyst told me it will reach me on or before 14th may. When second time i called on 15th May saying i have not yet received item. They told i will get a call back from back end team they will fix issue regarding my package.                                     Hi Team, I have ordered Sony 10000mah Power bank on 26th April and got the Delivery on 3rd May 2015. The Product was faulty and seemed to be Fake. I immediately lodged the complaint at your helpdesk on 3rd May 2015 itself. In spite of constant follow-ups till date I haven't got the satisfactory response from any of the call associate or the Floor supervisors with whom I interacted over the several calls. In today's competitive world such treatment and lax approach from the Organization representatives is un-acceptable. Need an immediate resolution of the issue so that I can get the refund back on ASAP Basis.                                     Hi Team, I have ordered Sony 10000mah Power bank on 26th April and got the Delivery on 3rd May 2015. The Product was faulty and seemed to be Fake. I immediately lodged the complaint at your helpdesk on 3rd May 2015 itself. In spite of constant follow-ups till date I haven't got the satisfactory response from any of the call associate or the Floor supervisors with whom I interacted over the several calls. In today's competitive world such treatment and lax approach from the Organization representatives is un-acceptable. Need an immediate resolution of the issue so that I can get the refund back on ASAP Basis. Would like to urge all the online shoppers to go through these feedbacks first before going to Purchase anything from askmebazaar.com.

                                      This is the first time i ordered from AskMeBazaar and let me tell you that the experience is very bad... First of all I ordered Reebok Duffle bag with Reebok watch in 299 but its actually price shown around 2899. The product which I received is fake and duplicate product it worth around 100 Rs. for both. I want Take the product back and refund the amount.

                                      Very bad and poor services from Askmebazar.com, if you people are not interested to give proper services then why are you in e-commerce sector. Not able to receive original product which i had ordered of Reebok duffle bag and reebok watch. Customer care officers cut my phone before I ask something else. Please improve your service otherwise shut it.

                                        I Just received a headphone! By cover it was Beats by dr.dre and it looks good but there is completely a fake headphone inside it working nice but is is not Beats!! These fake headphone are only designed like beats!! in the case there are many features written like Solo HD with control talk and in the case it is written that it got a touring case and a cleaning cloth (Monster clean cloth) and there is no any control talk inside it is just designed like a Beats original but it is Fake headphone!! there is no any Monster and Solo HD logo on the headphone which is mentioned in the cover! There is not any Warranty card inside :'(
