I am surprised to see your pathetic response to customer's e-mail's.
Firstly, I placed order for the Samsung 9000mAh power bank & for its follow up I had sent you mail after 15 days of placing order. But no reply.
Later, almost one month after date of order placement, I suddenly received the items. Then also OK.
In my mail sent to them on 04/05/15, I had requested for taking the powerbank back, as its mentioned capacity is 9000mAh. But when I used it for charging my mobile, having battery of 2300mAh, then after charging around 30% battery of mobile, it gets completely discharged. It is a faulty piece. I requested for return of the same and refund my money asap.
But unfortunately, today at 18/05/15, after almost 14 days of my mail, I have not received any reply to my mail.
