I got the product samsung 2600mah power bank on 12th may..i open it..but there is no any usb cable or wire...how can i charge my phone without it nd how can i charge power bank..i want to return it.plz give my money back..very disappointing...

I bought MI power bank 20800mAh last week.I put charge the power bank for 10 hrs.when I was using for first time I didn't get one half charge.after 30% charging of my mobile the power bank switched off.I called customer care they didn't respond me the proper way.I didn't get satisfy from your service n your product.I need replacement for my order or else I need refund for my product.I need immediate action to be taken.please respond me asap...

I have ordered a Samsung 2600 Mah power bank. But when I received my product it was a duplicate power bank callede universal power bank.
