    I bought MI power bank 20800mAh last week.I put charge the power bank for 10 hrs.when I was using for first time I didn't get one half charge.after 30% charging of my mobile the power bank switched off.I called customer care they didn't respond me the proper way.I didn't get satisfy from your service n your product.I need replacement for my order or else I need refund for my product.I need immediate action to be taken.please respond me asap

      I have ordered a Samsung 2600 Mah power bank. But when I received my product it was a duplicate power bank callede universal power bank. I call the Customer care and complaint about it to return back it and refund my money.They take back the product. Now I'm waiting for my refund. For these I have called them 5-6 times so that I have lost near 30₹ for calling the Customer care...worst Customer care service, My order id- AB2696298 Complaint Number -QRC495736

        TO, THE CONSUMER GRIEVANCE CELL, ASK ME BAZAR NEW DELHI Sir . On 29th of APRIL, 2015 I have ordered for a SONY POWER BANK of 10000mAH against the cost of 899/-(Rupees eight hundred ninety nine only).ORDER CODE WAS-AB 2631174.From your company they have assured the product will be delivered within 10 days of the booking. On 9 th of May, I made a call to your help desk[protected] regarding the delivery status. From the customer care they have received the complaint and give me a code (QRC 510000). On 14th of May, in morning at around 10.30 the product was delivered. After opening the packet I was surprised to see the product which was delivered. One Samsung power pack of 2600mAH is in the packet. In the meantime I have already paid the courier person 899/- by cash and after delivery within a flick second he has left the place. I (In this context I am informing you the mobile no. of that person is [protected].) After that I have made a call to the courier person but he told me now the deal is between me and your concern. Then I have to call to your customer desk. I have informed all in details to Mousumi Mukherjee. She has given the same code against my complain (QRC 510000). IT ‘S ALSO SURPRISED ME A LOT. She has ensured me that the company will refund the money and she has taken all the details of my bank account. After few minutes I made a call to your customer service because I have a suspicion regarding ASK ME BAZAR. (BECAUSE OF THE SAME CODE NO.)I have asked the official address of your company but she has refused to render the same. Then I have consulted with my CO-WORKERS of KOLKATA TV. One of them has helped me to find out the official address of your company. After that I have visited your office of KOLKATA. After an half hour conversation a phone number has given of MR.SOURAJIT SARKHEL. (CONTACT NUMBER OF MR.SOURAJIT SARKHEL -[protected]) and told me this person is proper one regarding this issue. But MR. SARKHEL informed me that there is no link with ask me bazar and your company. He has sent me a number of SASHI KUMAR ([protected]). Now THE SCENARIO HAS CHANGE A BIT. I HAD A TALK WITH MR. SARKHEL. the questions are arises from here:- 1) How many times I have to call from person to person regarding this issue? 2) Who will pay the phone bill? WHERE YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY TOLLL FREE NUMBER. 3) Why the first and the second complain code is same? 4) What was the problem lies to render your official address of KOLKATA? Hope I will get the answer. I am also waiting how you will tackle this issue when the on line marketing is booming throughout INDIA. My first priority to replace the POWER BANK otherwise refunds the money without any further delay. AND DON'T INSIST US TO DELIVER THE FAULTY PRODUCT BEFORE GETTING THE MONEY BACK. BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY EXAMPLES ARE THERE ON YOUR COMPLAINT CELL THAT AFTER RETURNING BACK THE PRODUCT YOU ARE NOT EAGER TO RETURN BACK THE MONEY.           I have ordered "Reebok Core Watch" on 12th of Jan 2015 worth Rs. 399 from AskMeBazaar. The order was on cod(Cash On Delivery). I have given the same amount to the delivery person. The product delivered was wrong whose complaint I have already registered on AskMeBazaar and the reverse pick was also done on 29th of Jan 2015. I have called so many times on your AskMeBazaar coustmer care no. and from AskMeBazaar, I am continuously getting an assurance that refund will be done soon. But still not get refund, which is almost 4 months. I have spend lots of time and money on calling to AskMeBazaar customer care. Now its really unbearable, Please do some procedure, AskMeBazaar is a fraud Company, They cheat customer by sending wrong products and earning money from customer care calls which is not toll free. And they did not make any email conversation after product sent customer, So that customer has no proof.           After 2 days of this post I got a call from ASK ME BAZAAR, they told me that refund was already done on 4th of may but still I did not get any balance in my bank account and then they asked me my bank transaction details for the same date. Why should we give our personal account transaction details for that day. These is ridiculous and after a long discussion they again assured me that with in 7 - 10 working days, the issue will be resolved...
          I don't understand when their 7-10 working days will be over, every time I'm getting the same response form ASK ME BAZAAR.
          Yet not get any response from ASK ME BAZAAR .
          ASK ME BAZAAR are not standing on their commitments, now its too much... water is going over the head..
          I have never seen any company like ASK ME BAZAAR...

          I recommend other buyers not to buy any thing from ASK ME BAZAAR...
          AskMeBazaar The Fake company completed his 1 year for not refunding amount ...
          3cheers for these SHAME LESS COMPANY "AskMeBazaar"...
          And also for the Brand Ambassador

          and

          This site is also not taking any interest.

This is not expected from one of the leading e-comm sites in India. However, they have promised a to refund the amount in my bank account. Still awaiting response from their end.

                      I placed an order for Mi Xiomi 10400 Mah Power Bank on 1-May 2015 Order# (DGA2677538), on 6th May product was delivered. later that night when i checked the product i realized the product shipped is not the genuine Mi Xiomi 10400 Mah Power Bank and didn't have the mentioned power capacity.. later on the same night (post midnight, i.e 7th early morning) I called your call center and raised this issue and i was informed that your agent has taken the refund request # QRC486611 and for this reverse pickup will be done in next couple of days followed with the refund of payment in 10-12 days, for this he took my bank account details as well. It's already 7 days and reverse pick up is not arranged, hence i called again on 13th and was told that reverse pick up is typically takes 7-8 days and with this logic it should happen in next couple of days. Post pick up it will take another 10-12 days for refund processing. Since there is no communication mode after that i sent this email to their email support [protected]@askmebazaar.com as additional measure to document my complain, however surprised that i haven't received even the acknowledgement of that email...and there is no other means other than calling call center number it's frustrating to deal with such situation. Since nothing happened till today, i called again and told by the call center agent that it will take another 2-3 working days... This create a serious doubt in my mind that i will get my money back... and felt cheated. Hence force to post this complain here hoping for immediate resolution.

                        Dear Sir, This is the wrost site I ever exprencied. I order two product i.e. one Reebok watch and other is Sony make power bank. But after passing 12 days I didn't receive the product. For every time when I call it cost around ten to twelve Ruppes. Who is going to pay the bill of every time calling??????. What the hell is this????? There is no order tracking link, and whenever I call I get same answer i.e. you will receive the product by today evening and all non sense stuff. These product were urgent to me. But Ask me bazar let me down with their services. One lady executive directly said that cancel the order. I have used other online website also but have never face such type of problem. If i convey them that this product is urgent and I want delivery by this time, then on that date I used to get the product. But with this, it was great headache to me. I will never recommend this site to any one.God knows why Kangana Ranwat accepted to be brand ammesdor for this worst site.

                          I am really frustrating with your service, its not worth to buy. You dont even provide transparency on product dispatch status, I have spent so much in calling your support to know the status or cancel the order but they didn't provide any transparency till now. So sad!!!

                            This is second time i am posting my complain.. Askmebazaar is really a fraud website first the gave me a defective product and then collect the product from me by promising that you will get your refund in 10 days.. whenever i call customer care they speak same thing sir you will get your refund in 7 days ... i have called them 60 times and always talked to them minimum 5 minutes so i totally wasted my balance 60*5=300 for the refund of 599 rs. and now they are saying that we have refunded you the money on 7th may but i have not received any refund for the proof i am attaching the bank statement in which you can see that not a single entry has been made on 7th may 2015... . my order number is AB1264740. and complain numbers are QRC176948 BO1812263 QRC445796 Government should take strict action against this website this is really a fraud website... Friends if you have bought some thing and opted for cash on delivery then please don't accept any product from this fraud website...

On 9 th of May, I made a call to your help desk[protected] regarding the delivery status. From the customer care they have received the complaint and give me a code (QRC 510000). On 14th of May, in morning at around 10.30 the product was delivered. After opening the packet I was surprised to see the product which was delivered. One Samsung power pack of 2600mAH is in the packet. In the meantime I have already paid the courier person 899/- by cash and after delivery within a flick second he has left the place. I (In this context I am informing you the mobile no. of that person is [protected].) After that I have made a call to the courier person but he told me now the deal is between me and your concern. Then I have to call to your customer desk. I have informed all in details to Mousumi Mukherjee. She has given the same code against my complain (QRC 510000). IT ‘S ALSO SURPRISED ME A LOT. She has ensured me that the company will refund the money and she has taken all the details of my bank account. After few minutes I made a call to your customer service because I have a suspicion regarding ASK ME BAZAR. (BECAUSE OF THE SAME CODE NO.)I have asked the official address of your company but she has refused to render the same. Then I have consulted with my CO-WORKERS of KOLKATA TV. One of them has helped me to find out the official address of your company. After that I have visited your office of KOLKATA. After an half hour conversation a phone number has given of MR.SOURAJIT SARKHEL. (CONTACT NUMBER OF MR.SOURAJIT SARKHEL -[protected]) and told me this person is proper one regarding this issue. But MR. SARKHEL informed me that there is no link with ask me bazar and your company. He has sent me a number of SASHI KUMAR ([protected]). Now the questions are arises from here:- 1) How many times I have to call from person to person regarding this issue? 2) Who will pay the phone bill? WHERE YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY TOLLL FREE NUMBER. 3) Is there any link at all with your company and ask me bazar? (If it is, please clarify.) 4) Why the first and the second complain code is same? 5) Please inform the Designation of SOURAJIT SARKHEL. 6) If Mr.Sarkhel is holding a portfolio then why he tried to escape from this issue? 7) What was the problem lies to render your official address of KOLKATA? Hope I will get the answer. I am also waiting how you will tackle this issue when the on line marketing is booming throughout INDIA. My first priority to replace the POWER BANK otherwise refunds the money without any further delay.                                   I had ordered fastrack laptop bags on the ask me bazaar and there is no option of checking or tracking the order, when I call the company minimum 10 rupees is lost, very high call charges, When I called to the company they promised me to deliver the product within 10 days, I ordered my product on 4th of may and now today is 15th of may and I am unable to get any product, when I call again the company they did not give any important information, when I do query from e-mail there is no Reply, and when I message them from the Facebook, they Reply me that you should only use your e-mail for the query, I am very really disappointed and very disappointed Very very very very poor service of askme bazaar. Now what I do to help please! I enclose you a query page from my side but there is no reply from the other side. They not contact me.

                                      Placed an order on April 21st and today is 05/15/2015 still haven't received my product and every time I call to the customer service, they promise that it will be delivered in next 1-2 days and never ever they have their floor supervisor or the managers available becoz all the time they are busy getting [censored] . Worst Worst Worst experience... Really annoying.
