    I ordered a Sony 10000mAH Power Bank on 4th May 2015, order number- AB2741904, which got delivered on 14th May 2015. After opening the packet, I realized that I was provided with a Xiaomi 10400mAH Power Bank instead of Sony 10000mAH Power Bank which is in poor condition. This is among the worst and troublesome experiences ever. I have raised a complaint and I have been told that this faulty product will be picked in 7 days within which I should also get a refund. I urge those intending to buy any product through this site, not to fall pray to such offers from www.askmebazaar.com. They are cheaters of highest order and no one should buy anything from them.

        I have ordered two woodland purse with them(Order Number: AB2625582). But when I have received my order and checked the order I was shocked. The products I received was duplicate. I registered complaint with them(Complaint number: QRC540070). But whenever I call to know the status of my complaint their executive reply by saying that "System Under Up gradation". I have also registered complaint with the police and forward Its copy if it to company. Let see what happens now.

              I HAVE BROUGHT SAMSUNG POWER BANK 2000 mah IN ONLINE ON[protected]. AFTER GETTING THE PRODUCT THE PRODUCT WAS NOT GOOD AND IT WAS ALREADY USED BY SOME OTHER PEOPLE. SO IT WAS VERY VERY WORST PRODUCT. I ALSO MAKE SO MANY CALLS TO ASK ME BAZAR COSTOMER CARE BUT NO RESPONSE FROM 20 DAYS. SO DEAR CUSTOMER PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS ONLINE SHOPING OF ASK ME BAZAR.
              dont trust this company
              they told we refund ur money but they dont still today

                Hello Sir/Madam, I have booked a Order from Askmebazaar.com (Order ID AB2537199) on 24th April' 2015. It Should be received within 10-12 days but today its 15th April' 2015 I have not received the shipment yet. I had called the your customer care executives but they always tell the system is under upgrade, sometime ask to register complaints and also told that your executives will call in... I haven't received any call from your executives yet. I asked them to trace the shipment but they are unable to trace that too...the customer care people now have started to put my call on hold ...this is an absolute bad service from ask me and i will make sure no other people in my contact ever again purchase anything from this site...

                  Hello Sir/Madam, I have booked a Order from Askmebazaar.com (Order ID AB2601404) on 28th April' 2015. It Should be received on 8th April' 2015 but today its 15th April' 2015 I have not received the shipment yet. I had called the your customer care executives but they always told to register complaints and also told that your executives will call in 7 days. I haven't received any call from your executives yet. I asked them to trace the shipment but they are unable to trace that too. I told them to give the call to senior supervisors team but they put on hold and didn't picked up again because the executives can't cut the call as per the rules and as I will be get charged for the call, I will cut it myself. You have neither being able to trace the shipment nor you are giving the proper details to the clients. Your customer care executives also not being able to give the proper responses then either send the shipment details and give the proper time for shipment to be received or kindly return my money back and shut down the askmebazaar portal so that the person can rely on the other best online shopping portals other than askmebazaar.

                    Well, I ordered one Power bank from AskMeBazaar with the Order# AB2109184. It was combo of 3 and defected. Once I opened the Order I requested for the refund. I raised the issue and E-mailed them about the refund but there was no response at first points. Then I posted here and then I got the call back from the AskMeBazaar and I returned the product. Since then I am deliberately calling and E-mailing to their support to get the refund but there is no confirmation over it. Thousands times I have E-mailed them and thread is going on without no response. I have sent them my bank details which were asked at the time of product return but still amount did not credit. If really this forum works then please review this post and help me to get my money back from this fraud company else I have to go in consumer court. Thank You! Regards, Deepak Kr Tandewal

                      My order no. AB1680679 for 1 unit of VOX Portable Mini Refrigerator For Home & Car -12v Dc And Ac Operation Item Price: Rs2699 ; DISCOUNT Rs0; Shipping Charge FREE; Total Rs2699.00, On cash on Delivery basis, your delivery man collected Rs. 2699.00 and delivered ordered product. After opening the product, I checked and found that you delivered defective product. I informed immediately to you and you arranged pickup of this product on 03.04.2015 with assurance of refund of paid amount with in a week. On your demand I provided my bank a/c no. and IFSC code to your executive on phone no. [protected]. Course of your false promises starts now: 1.On 12.04.2015 I checked my bank account no.[protected] of ICICI Bank and found no refund was made. Called immediately your no. to inform you that Amount of INR 2699 was not refunded. your executive expressed sorry and communicated that by mistake your refund request was not generated. He informed of creation of Refund request no. QRC237409 and assured that this will take 10 days to refund. 2. I may check my A/c after 10 days on 22.04.2015.but no refund was made. 3. I called back on your no.your executive explained 10 day means minus Saturday Sunday = 24.04.2015 4. On 25.04.2015 I checked but no refund was made to my given a/c. Called your no. Ms.Puja attended the call and explained "we are sorry there was some trouble in the system and now refund will be made before 01.05.2015. 5. When no refund appeared in my a/c statement, I called On 01.05.2015, your executive (Mr.Sachin) informed there is no complaint of refund is lodged against order no AB1680679. But confirmed of stock return and communicated he is creating refund complaint no.QRC494207/07.05.2015 and refund will be made in next 1 week. 6.Yesterday again I checked and called your CC no.your 1 female executive given so many excuses for not refunding this amount by now, On my insistence she transferred my call to Mr. Sapan, who introduced as manager and assured with so many sorry and excuses that it will take 1more week to refund this amount, by 21st May 15 this amount will be refunded to my a/c. This means after 50 days I will get my refund.Which costs me mental harassment + loss of interest on Rs2699/= If you are consuming more than 50 days to refund Rs2699/= against defective product delivered on COD basis, In return of how much mentally harassment tendered by you, don't expect me to do more shopping through you or refer your name to my circle or my friends.                         Poor experience. I doubt I'd use this site for further orders.
                        I ordered a Sony 10000mAH Power Bank, order number- AB2842429 Instead I was provided with a Xiaomi Power Bank which is in poor condition and seemingly is a "used" product. So many time i called on Help Line No:[protected] they said u will get that order in 10 days from the order date.Today is 12 days over but not get that order.                                 I bought two power banks from askmebazar.com recently, one of SONY (10000mah) (order no AB2760157)and another of SAMSUNG (9000mah) (order no - AB2760523). They were claiming to be the cheapest in the market. While they delivered the product after a week but to my surprise when I received the products there look quality was of those Chinese products and what they claimed to be of 10000mah cannot even charged my 1800mah battery once. Samsung product lasted only for 15 minutes after showing complete charged. Both power banks are not up to the capacity of even 10% of what was claimed to be. Both Power banks are literally junk and don't store small amount of power. Askmebazar is using the name of big companies like SONY and SAMSUNG and sell fake Chinese products instead. Even when I complaint for return and refund after an auto generated main no further communication has been initiated till date. It's really disappointing for a company to do such a cheap tricks with their customers. Please help me with return and refund the product and also SONY and SAMSUNG should take action against this as it will break the trust of customers.                                   Hi, I purchased a product (Samsung 9000mah Power Bank) product Id AB2526191, which was delivered to me on 28th Apr 2015, .same day i requested for resending the product since the quality was poor charging was happening only for 10% also it was just mentioned that it is from samsung but product was not at all looking like it was from samsung. At the end of April the courier guy came and took my shipment back and gave me pickup receipt. after 5 days i called ask me bazaar and raised a concern with again after a week raised another concern. every time i call the executive will say the same answer "refund is initiated it will be done in one week."its already more than a 15 days and money has not yet deposited but they have collected A/c numbers long back.

                                  still i am awaiting for my refund. Dont buy anything from it.My simple suggestion to all the online buyers.I have bought Samsung 9000mah Power Bank) product Id AB2526191 . First thing it was not the same Samsung 9000mah Power Bank uploaded on their website.Its completely different.


                                  Second it .FAKE PRODUCT.Looking into other reviews im sure I wont get any refunds.Good bye askme and askmebazaar(choorbazaar)

                                    have bought 2 samsung power bank which is defective and not working at all for which a complaint was already placed before and associate who took the complaint assure that someone shortly come and collect the defective product and amount will be refunded. since long there is no response from askmebazar. now when i called to askmebazaar again for the same thing, they informed me that they do not have any complaint for given before (literally shocking). i again placed a complaint and associate give me complaint no on asking not by himself which was again shocking for me. instead of askmebazaar, if i will talk about amazon and snapdeal etc, they work very fast take the product same day and refund money same day as well. where-in askmebazaar is giving the institution like i have lost my money and cheated.                                       Sir/Madam, I have ordered Sony 10000 MAH Power Bank order no.: AB2593358 on dated: 28/04/2015. But i received wrong order on dated 30/04/2015 as MI Power Bank which is lower value & quality which i don’t want. I would like to inform you that i shop 1st times with ask me it was not at all satisfactory. So ia call for customer care on dated 30/04/2015 he is ask me your product is replaced and refund your amount in your bank account but till now no receive any product with us I have very bed experience with ask me bazar and i will share it with my all friends, family and colleagues. in my opinion ask me is not at all trustworthy.                                         I received the order of MI power bank on 1st checked the product it was completely damage and it an duplicate MI power bank. I called the call center the executives are so lazy that there are not listening to me. Every time i called them they ask for the bank details and say that my complaint was logged today i called them the executive Ahmed receive the call i asked for the status he hang up my call after calling back there are not responding back to me.
