My order no. AB1680679 for 1 unit of VOX Portable Mini Refrigerator For Home & Car -12v Dc And Ac Operation
Item Price: Rs2699 ; DISCOUNT Rs0; Shipping Charge FREE; Total Rs2699.00, On cash on Delivery basis, your delivery man collected Rs. 2699.00 and delivered ordered product.
After opening the product, I checked and found that you delivered defective product. I informed immediately to you and
you arranged pickup of this product on 03.04.2015 with assurance of refund of paid amount with in a week.
On your demand I provided my bank a/c no. and IFSC code to your executive on phone no. [protected].
Course of your false promises starts now:
1.On 12.04.2015 I checked my bank account no.[protected] of ICICI Bank and found no refund was made.
Called immediately your no. to inform you that Amount of INR 2699 was not refunded. your executive expressed sorry and communicated that by mistake your refund request was not generated. He informed of creation of Refund request no. QRC237409 and assured that this will take 10 days to refund.
2. I may check my A/c after 10 days on 22.04.2015.but no refund was made.
3. I called back on your no.your executive explained 10 day means minus Saturday Sunday = 24.04.2015
4. On 25.04.2015 I checked but no refund was made to my given a/c. Called your no. Ms.Puja attended the call and explained "we are sorry there was some trouble in the system and now refund will be made before 01.05.2015.
5. When no refund appeared in my a/c statement, I called On 01.05.2015, your executive (Mr.Sachin) informed there is no complaint of refund is lodged against order no AB1680679. But confirmed of stock return and communicated he is creating refund complaint no.QRC494207/07.05.2015 and refund will be made in next 1 week.
6.Yesterday again I checked and called your CC no.your 1 female executive given so many excuses for not refunding this amount by now, On my insistence she transferred my call to Mr. Sapan, who introduced as manager and assured with so many sorry and excuses that it will take 1more week to refund this amount, by 21st May 15 this amount will be refunded to my a/c.
This means after 50 days I will get my refund.Which costs me mental harassment + loss of interest on Rs2699/=
If you are consuming more than 50 days to refund Rs2699/= against defective product delivered on COD basis, In return of how much mentally harassment tendered by you, don't expect me to do more shopping through you or refer your name to my circle or my friends.

They give [censored] product and they never refund I call them lots of time but they do not refund I bought 16 may 2015 same day I replaced but they don't do anything...
