I have Order a Kings XI Punjab Jersey on 2/5/2015 and delivered on 14/5/2015 and AskMeBazaar provide me the Fake T-shirt and showing people as Original T-shirts Online When I Called for Refund They saying Our System is down again and again.I have found that the seller who was selling on AskMeBazaar DON'T HAVE AUTHORITY of selling these T-shirt without permission of Owner of Kings XI Punjab.       i purchased reebok bags in 2 quantity bt when it dilievered at that time i pay full payement of 2 bags is rs.600. and after that i saw courier only one bag is in that. then after i complain so many time but even till today i have not get my refund of rs.600... plz pay attention otherwise i complain directly in cunsumer forum.

          I had purchased a Samsung 9000mAh Power Bank, Order NO - AB1266454, Shipping mobile no - [protected] on 26/02/2015 for which I had paid Rs 799 on COD. The same was found to be defective and was returned on 14/03/2015 and was informed that the money will be refunded within a weeks time. But my money has still not been refunded. More than 60 days passed. Made several calls to customer care. Also received call confirming refund within 7 -10 days from their end after posting complaint at consumercomplaint.in. But till date money not refunded into my bank account. I had also submitted the account details to them. On contacting customer care they only tell that the refund will be processed within 7 - 10 days. I think the company is a bogus company and its intention is only to fool customers. Also they have not refunded the money till date and I dont think they intend to do the same. The type of harassment they are doing is really hurting. I dont know whether they will refund or not but I know many a customer will leave their claim on their own money because of the harrasment done by them thinking like they have donated to a poor person. The same is the case of mine. I at last will either have to leave the claim thinking the same or approach some competant authority like consumer court to get my refund.             My name is prashanth i had bought a samsung powerbank worth Rs 350. with order number AB1340627. i got the product after 2 weeks of booking at the end of the month March in 2015.immediately after 2 days i requested for resending the product since the quality was poor charging was happening only for 10% also it was just mentioned that it is from samsung but product was not at all looking like it was from samsung. At the end of march the delhivery courier guy came and took my shipment back and gave me pickup receipt[protected]. after 2 days i called ask me bazaar and raised a concern with id:qrc252539 again after a week raised another concern:qrc385446. everytime i call the executive will say the same answer "refund is initiated it will be done in one week."its already more than a month and money has not yet deposited but they have collected acc numbers long back.

                    Its been 15 days, when i placed my order (Ab2629308) and i haven't received it. I thrice called your customer care department and they simply asked me to wait.

                    Today, when i called your customer care, i got a response that it was dispatched on may 7, 2015. If that is the case, then why it didn't reach at my house. Even ebay takes less time to dispatch an international order.

                    Your careless attitude gave me no choice, but has left me no option, that you cancel order and refund my money, other wise i will go to consumer court and get your whole team sued. Additionally i will also warn everyone in social media sites, to but anything from askmebazaar

                          As per discussion with you at your office (113, PARK STREET, PODDER POINT, 5TH FLOOR, BLOCK-D, and KOLKATA) in the afternoon I am informing all the details regarding the POWER BANK which was delivered from your company to my residential address.
                          On 29th of APRIL, 2015 I have ordered for a SONY POWER BANK of 10000mAH against the cost of 899/-(Rupees eight hundred ninety nine only). ORDER CODE WAS-AB 2631174. From your company they have assured the product will be delivered within 10 days of the booking. On 9 th of May, I made a call to your help desk[protected] regarding the delivery status. From the customer care they have received the complaint and give me a code (QRC 510000). On 14th of May, in morning at around 10.30 the product was delivered. After opening the packet I was surprised to see the product which was delivered. One Samsung power pack of 2600mAH is in the packet. In the meantime I have already paid the courier person 899/- by cash and after delivery within a flick second he has left the place. I (In this context I am informing you the mobile no. of that person is [protected].)
                          After that I have made a call to the courier person but he told me now the deal is between me and your concern. Then I have to call to your customer desk. I have informed all in details to Mousumi Mukherjee. She has given the same code against my complain (QRC 510000). IT ‘S ALSO SURPRISED ME A LOT. She has ensured me that the company will refund the money and she has taken all the details of my bank account.
                          After few minutes I made a call to your customer service because I have a suspicion regarding ASK ME BAZAR. (BECAUSE OF THE SAME CODE NO.) I have asked the official address of your company but she has refused to render the same. Then I have consulted with my CO-WORKERS of KOLKATA TV. One of them has helped me to find out the official address of your company.
                          After that I met with you at your office. After an half hour conversation you have given a contact number MR.SOURAJIT SARKHEL ([protected]) and you have told me this person is proper one regarding this issue. But MR. SARKHEL informed me that there is no link with ask me bazar and your company. He has sent me a number of SASHI KUMAR ([protected]).
                          Now the questions are arises from here:-
                          1) How many times I have to call from person to person regarding this issue?
                          2) Who will pay the phone bill?
                          3) Is there any link at all with your company and ask me bazar? (If it is, please clarify.)
                          4) Why the first and the second complain code is same?


                          5) Please inform the Designation of SOURAJIT SARKHEL.
                          6) If Mr.Sarkhel is holding a portfolio then why he tried to escape from this issue?
                          7) What was the problem lies to render your official address of KOLKATA?

                          Hope I will get the answer. I am also waiting how you will tackle this issue when the on line marketing is booming throughout INDIA.
                          My first priority to replace the POWER BANK otherwise refunds the money without any further delay.

                            For AakMeBazaar.com I have placed an order 2 months back for a product "Samsung 2600mAh Power Bank". Then I logged complaint to return it and to get my money back. Just on the second day of complaint, Askmebazaar's courier person came to my location and picked up product but till the time I have not received my money back, instead I have spend more than of 150 rupees in calling.

                                Hi, I purchased a product (Mi power bank 10400 MaH) product Id AB870795, which was delivered to me on 27th Jan 2015, but that product was fake and i asked askmebazzar to return/replace the product on their helpline number[protected], but no one respond to call/mail. After so many calls/mails someone has picked the product on 16th March 2015 and I was told that I will get refund with in 7-10 working days, But even after two months I didn't get my refund. Kindly take the necessary action to resolve the problem.                                         I saw a promo to get Sony Power bank 10000mAh @ Rupees - 697.00. I got confirmation by mail for the same. Packet was received on the address stated. Description written on packet was correct but when I unwrapped the packet I received non working Xiomi power bank. It was a gift sent to some one which embarrassed me in front of 8-10 people. I called up to logged a complaint on your customer care on the same day they told me servers are not working. Second day they were not ready to accept there fault and I was been told that the product will be taken back in next 2-3 days and money will be refunded in another 2-3 days Stating that this is the policy. Then I believe sending wrong materials and doing fraud is again policy of your Company. I used you services for the first time and got so embarrassed. In my entire life I will never use your services again nor will recommend to anyone else. Fault is yours why should I suffer for that.

But when i call to customer care at [protected] asking for my order they says we have no order of this number & its a std number & long call waiting. so what can i do for that ?
