    Hi, i purchased a product from ask me bazaar . I placed my oder on 10-3-15 and got my product after 25 days and i recived the product( mi power bank 10400 was my product ) but found it damaged its power was completly drained and at the very moment i call the customer care and raised a complaint .they told me like they will refund me and the product will be taken back but till now i haven't get the money nor the response i called the customer care service several times but all they say is like my issue will be resolved .its been 2 months now and i am not able to use the product. and my money is gone. oder id : AB1467284

      I ordered three products from askmebazaar.com one product on 24th March 2015 ( Reebok T-Shirt), Another two products on April 20th 2015 ( Men Bracelet &amp; Nike White Colour Shoes ).. All were Cash on Delivery Orders. Reebok T-Shirt I never received &amp; got an email saying that my order has been cancelled. About Men Bracelet again I received same email regarding cancellation of order. Wondering why my orders have been cancelled I enquired, so I was told this may be due to lack of available inventory. So why does this website accepts order if they do not have sufficient inventory? Most important part is regarding third product I ordered which was Nike White Color Shoes. I received this order, I paid cash of Rs.1199/- to delivery man. When I opened, it was all together different product. It was black color pair of Nike shoes with different design then what I ordered on seeing at website. Moreover packaging of product was completely tampered with I did not received orginal Nike Box, which raises a question on genuineness of product. I sent email to [protected]@askmebazaar.com on April 25th 2015 about this, to which I did not received any reply. I received a call however from a delhi based number. They were asking me my bank account details over telephone call to transfer the refund amount. I did not gave my details as I was not comfortable in sharing my bank details over a phone call, without having any proof that call is genuinly from askmebazaar. I told the executive on call that I seek a reply on sent email from official askmebazaar email id. In that email I should be asked for my bank details so that I can share on email with much comfort. Over the same call I asked the executive to transfer the call to her senior as she was unable to answer my queries &amp; giving a resolution for it. Senior came on call, he told me he is a floor manager at Askmebazaar. Upon hearing my query he told me that he will ask email department to give you reply on that email &amp; also assured me a call back with 10 minutes. But I never received his call not an email reply to the mail I sent on [protected]@askmebazaar.com ( there was absolutely no HELP!) On 28th April I again sent email on same askmebazaar email ID mentioning the whole issue along with the names of the personnel whom I have spoken to, but even then again I did not received any reply. Today i.e April 30th I decided to call &amp; seek a resolution. This call was received by SONALI, I explained her whole issue. She told me that if you have emailed then you will get reply from there. I told her that I did not received reply since last 5 days thats why I have called. I also asked her to transfer the call to senior, She directly told me that she don't have an authority to transfer the call to senior ( probably she did not transfered because she did not wanted to) She was very rude while speaking throughout the call. I faced an extremely poor service from Askmebazar not just once or twice but three times continuosly. I need my money back immediately. Arpan Sojatiya [protected] / [protected]

        I recently purchased a power bank Samsung Model SA 01 Order No. AB2199594. After I received the product I charged the product for the whole day but I didn't charged for more than 10% so I charged for next two days but the result was same unfortunately. After seeking to know more about this product I came to know that this product is totally fake and unworthy and there were many reviews regarding this product who purchased it that its a fake product. Even I contacted to the Askmebazaar customer care but totally not helpful for me. Please take action regarding this issue or else this site can become a national issue for misleading and cheating people. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.           I had ordered some accessories from this site. Being first time buyer I didn't go for advanced payment which I generally do. And guess what it's been a month and there is no clue of my product delivery. I call them and they keep on telling it has been dispatched and will be reaching in next 2-3 days.They do not have any tracking number. Did a big mistake by wasting my time on this site. But, I thank myself for not paying in advance.

            I ordered Sony 10000mAh Power Bank on 23.04.2015 and my order number is AB2512368. Yesterday(28.04.2015) my order was placed. In pack it is writen as Sony and the product I received is MI 10400mAh Power Bank. My complaint number is QRC421882. Please refund my amount. Unknowingly I order in askmebazaar. Hereafter I wont do my mistake again. I request askmebazaar to refund my amount as early as possible and collect your product from my home.

              PLEASE DO NOT PREFER AT ALL TO BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM ASK ME BAZAAR.IT IS A VERY BIG FRAUD COMPANY. THEY SIMPLY CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS. THERE ARE 100'S OF COMPLAINS. I HAVE PURCHASED A 10, 400mah MI POWER BANK WITH ORDER NO. AB1360141 WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 14 MAR 2015. IT WAS NOT ABLE TO CHARGE MY PHONE AND I WENT TO A MI SERVICE CENTER AND CAME TO KNOW THAT IT WAS A DUPLICATE POWER BANK. WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE PROBLEM TO THE ASK ME BAZAAR WITH COMPLAINT NO. QRC191007, THEY COLLECTED MY AC NO AND SAID AMOUNT WOULD BE REFUNDED FIRST AND THEN AFTER THE ITEM WOULD BE PICKED UP FROM ME. BUT THE ITEM WAS COLLECT FROM ME FIRST WITH PICKUP RECEIPT NO.[protected] ON 21 MAR 2015. AT THE SAME TIME I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SAID ITEM WILL BE PICKED UP FIRST AND THEN THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED. TILL DATE I DID NOT GET MY REFUND. I HAVE AGAIN RAISED ANOTHER COMPLAINT WITH COMPLAIN NO. QRC274054 AND TALKED AT LEAST 6 TIMES BUT DID NOT GET ANY RESULT. EVERY ONE SAYS IT WILL TAKE ONE OR TWO DAYS BUT IS OF NO USE. I HAVE WASTED MORE THAN 200/- ON MY PHONE BILLS. I HAVE RECORDED ALL THE CALLS AND HAVE ALL THE CORRESPONDING DATES AND DETAILS. IAM PLABNING TO GO FOR CONSUMER COURT TO ANSWER ALL THESE FRAUD COMPANIES.

                  I ordered a mi 10400 mah power bank on 4th April 2015 and it got delivered very late that is in 20 days and that too is a fake. I checked online for authentic mi products and the condition of the delivered good matches exactly with the fraud categorized on the online forums. It is supposed to have a battery storage of 10400 mah which should suffice to charge my phone having battery of 3000mah 3 times at least but it doesn't even charge it half way also.                         Askmebazaar is India's No.1 Fraud Company.Serious action must me taken towards this company. this fraud company using our actor Ranbir Kapoor for their company promotion. MY PROBLEM: i ordered product last months but didnt get and askmebazaar saying it got cancel then i asked who cancel then they saying different wrong reasons which is not logical..different different executive say different issue of cancellation of my product. Askmebazaar is Big cheater company in India. later they r saying seller cancelled ur product and then i contact directly to seller(owner lootkart) n they told we didnt cancel and lootkart staff told askmebazaar lier as we not cancel. they even told me that if askmebazaar provide me invoice then we will provide u same product. its all upto the hand of Askmebazaar. Now, Courier office asked for same amount and confirming that product is on "CASH ON DELIVERY" terms. While asking with CUSTOMER CARE of ASKMEBAZAAR, they have also asked me to pay for product before delivery. WHY I SHOULD PAY AGAIN..?? Why been asked again on PREPAID PRODUCTS..??...

                            I have given 2 orders for 5 nos. each Power Bank as per Order nos. AB2310138 and AB2310246 and they delivered only 1 no against each order. We have raised complain nos with ASKMEBAZAAR as below: QRC-396713 and QRC-396722 but no feedback from them. It is a fraud company as they always take orders and do not deliver. I need delivery of balance quantities. Government should ban this company as it is using people funds for 20 to 30 days against Order and does not delivery the goods bought online.

                              I had buy a Milton Tawa set Order No AB1862189 on April 6'th worth Rs. 599 but i received local product(Name:Delhee) in damaged condition(Tawa handles not available). I asked many times to customer care they are told we take return this product and refund amount with in 7 working days but still product not take return and refund .Already shared Account Details.Please do the needful otherwise I will go for Some legal action.                                   I have ordered POWER BANK vide Order No. DGA2516635 & paid amount of Rs.1449/- through CREDIT CARD on[protected]. Now, Courier office asked for same amount and confirming that product is on "CASH ON DELIVERY" terms. While asking with CUSTOMER CARE of ASKMEBAZAAR, they have also asked me to pay for product before delivery. WHY I SHOULD PAY AGAIN..?? Why been asked again on PREPAID PRODUCTS..??
