Hi, i purchased a product from ask me bazaar . I placed my oder on 10-3-15 and got my product after 25 days and i recived the product( mi power bank 10400 was my product ) but found it damaged its power was completly drained and at the very moment i call the customer care and raised a complaint .they told me like they will refund me and the product will be taken back but till now i haven't get the money nor the response i called the customer...

I ordered a mi 10400 mah power bank on 4th April 2015 and it got delivered very late that is in 20 days and that too is a fake. I checked online for authentic mi products and the condition of the delivered good matches exactly with the fraud categorized on the online forums. It is supposed to have a battery storage of 10400 mah which should suffice to charge my phone having battery of 3000mah 3 times at least but it doesn't even charge it...
