Dear team
I ordered a PUMA LAPTOP BAG (Order no: AB563941) through online shopping through Askmebazaar.comon 10 Dec 2014.
They send the courier to some other place. The consignment number of courier service is[protected]delhivery.com).

I informed askmebazaar about this. They initiated pickup from wrong delivery in feb 2015. Then I requested for refund but they tell it has been initiated.


Still after 4 months I got no refund.

Dear Support Team,
I got a call from your support member on 27th apr 2015.
He stated that I will get refund within 7-8 working days.
But My dear Friend Still I have not got any refund even after 10 working days.

Please look into this issue seriously and check the status of refund and update me as soon as possible.

    I ordered an RR Gucci Women's Watch in askme bazaar (Order number AB2310082)...worth of Rs 249 on 18 April 2015 and i received on 23 April 2015. But I received the imitation of that this is not my ordered watch. It was completely false one. I registered a complaint on the same day by calling to [protected] and the complaint number is QRC 392579. I registered complaint but there was no resolution. But the executives also not responding well. Please give me resolution. DELIVERY ADDRESS

        I had purchased a Mi brand 10400 mAh powerbank and was surprised to find that the same was a Duplicate. I had received the product on and about 03.04.2015 and raised/ filed a complaint with your customercare on and about 05.04.2015 and i was given complaint No. QRC 172849. Despicte filing a compliant i did not receive any calls from ur end and also no one came to pick up the product. After many calls your person came and picked up the product, on and about 10.04.15. Bu it is sad to say that i have still not got my REFUND. And for the same i have tried to call and contact you'll several times and at last yesterday i was given another complaimnt no QRC 379293. Need to know when i will get my refund. And if not let me knw so that i can approach the necessary forum for the same. I will wait till another 7 days and file a compliant with the consumer forum.

          Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring your kind notice that, one week back I happenned to see an ad on yahoo.co.in on askmebazar stating that "Samsung 2600mAH Power Bank" is avaialble for just Rs.299/-, I felt the offer was good and filed the necessary information on website, but, website asked my bank details for the payment, as a precaution I have not given my bank details, but, still Askmebazaar sent me a courier vide docket no.17533482 & generated order no. AB2104447. on 21.04.2015, I received a call me courier boy, his mobile no.+91-[protected] & asking me collect courier. I paid Rs.299/- and collected courier, but, infront of courier person I have opened the parcel and happenned to see that I have received fake product & very upset. yesterday I thought of giving try to fake product on which "Sony" is mentioned, askmebazaar also spoiling the best brand "Sony".

          I came to the that product is fake and not working, hence I called today i. e. 24.04.2014 @ 0-[protected] @ 6:43am, the line made disconnected by askme bazaar, again I called @ 6:45am & tried to file complaint against fake product delivery, but askme bazaar are not willing register my complaint. hence I herewith giving this complaint at consumer complaints, today I will file police complaint against askme bazaar.com and also file complaint with "Sony" the original company for immitating their name on the product. Kindly request your to take strict actions on askmebazaar, as I have seen plenty of complaints against askmebazaar on cosumer complaints. even ### also have some consciences, these askmebazaar cheaper than ###. Please funish askmebazaar so that, they should cheat people.

            This is the most pathetic experience I ever had with the online shopping. Really disgusting. I ordered one watch from ask me bazaar by online trxn (trxn ID 379176). When I got the product I paid cash on delivery. The so called fake customer care assured me that the amount will be refunded by 4-5 days, but since the last 10 days it did not happen. Each time they raise a new complaint. I also have 2 of them. (QRC339754, QRC362551). Apart from this the product was damaged and is not functioning. Nevertheless I have put the watch in the garbage bag and accepted my loss, but still hoping to get the extra amount refunded. I know this is not going to happen, but still a few hopes remaining. Looking at the posts here, did anyone of you guys got the refunded amount form this fraud Askmebazaar ? Or can anyone suggest me the bigger steps against this company ? It seems that I an setting up false expectations. These guys don't even reply to a complaint or this consumer forum complaint system is also fake ... Again .. I raised another complaint for the same.                     I have ordered a product from your site and received it after a month of ordering and the product received was also not according to as i order, there was a size issue in that. After that i requested you to exchange it, but then also they responded after a month of requesting.After that the main issue begins that is no other product is received by me till now . It is inform you that when we open the order, it was found that I have received the Shoes of Addidas company instead of my order for NIKE shoes. As per the details pest on delivered order also it is indicated NIKE shoes, whereas inside the box we found addidas shoes. Further, delivered shoes also looks like duplicate shoes.                           i have complained so many times, i think government should also take some strict action against such fraud companies
                          Askmebazar people are completely fraud, every time we post a complaint online through some social media site, they just call with a "sorry" and fake promise of getting the money transferred to our account directly.

                          But where is the money, someone please ask these frauds and why don't to give back the consumers money. I don't understand why government allows such fraud to do business. They sell fake products, and once you return the goods they keep money.

                          I think you guys should work hard to earn money stop stealing money. If still you guys have some shame left send me my money back

                                    I had spoke minimum i think 20-23 people in ask me bazaar customer care regarding my refund which i think i should get in the month of march'15 only but due to there neglency still the time i havn't got any rewert for refund from their end. Always hearing a same copied line that within 02 days you will get call from our backend senior team and after that with 7 days money will be credited into your account but its been i think its been over 02 months i am facing this problem with this company. Just let me know in very simple way will i be getting my money back or for whole life i have to just trace this call centre peoples. The product which i had order was costing me around inr 400/- and i think i had spend over inr 200 on just calling them. I am really very frustrated with the same stories that you will get tomorrow n the day after that n all which is no more acceptable now. If i am not receiving my money in my account within this month then directly i will lodge a fir against this fraud company, who steals money of their customers with no payback guarantee. Kindly take my complain on priority basis or else i have lodge the fir against this bull company.

                                        i ordered a puma branded laptop bag of rs400 from askmebazaar.com. The product i got was duplicate and totally different from the one i saw on askmebazaar.com. This is scam and these website show a different product and send a totally different one.
