        My order ID is AB2623562, which has received today by a totally damaged product (Samsung Power Bank). I have made the complaint on the spot by calling their customer care number [protected] and they have registered my complaint and told me they will refund my money to my bank account (which I have already given) and also told me there is no provision to replace the product rather than refunding the money back. I want a confirmation mail from them regarding the complaint and have to process my refund to the below account as early as possible to avoid any escalations etc. They can take back the product as it is.           I ordered 3 Samsung S4 (Special Offer was displayed on my facebook wall) Handsets on 28th April 2015. I received a message from askmebazaar that your order confirmed by Seller ( Om sai trading Company). I dont receive my Order Yet. Today i call the customer care regarding delivery, they asked your order was cancelled by Seller. I called the seller, he asked i dont publish this add, even i cant deal with Mobile handsets and he refer me to Company's Operational worker (Naveen [protected]) . Naveen asked me we cant deliver because he only deals with Other products. But i have all proofs company's fake representation. of I call many times to ASkmebazaar helpline to clarify about this matter but they not responding to me correctly. Seniors Telecallers refused to pick calls. Askmebazaar if you have no solution to my problem i am going to take legal support.

            Dear sir, I had bought a Sam sung mobile charger with headset from Ask me bazaar on 30-4-15(ordered on 23/4/15 order no:AB2022657), On 3/5/15 when I was charging my handset suddenly the adaptor burned and due to short circuit it had become not useful, the helpline section also told us that it will not be replaced and will not help to replace it.They also told me that if damage was not complainted within 48 hrs they are not responsible for the former.I was disappointed from this kind of service. Please do something regarding this immediately, hoping to get your help Soon.

                Dear Team, This is with reference to the order number AB2272779, this is with immense frustration I am to intimate you that I had ordered for 2 Sony 10000Mah power bank from ask me bazaar .com for the first time after being got referred from some of my friends. The amount paid was Rs.1378. But to my surprise I had received a cheaper product Xiomi(Chinese brand) costing of Rs.679.I am really annoyed that for the first time I had just started using through askmebazaar.com. I really feel cheated and surely I would like to inform you that if my issues are not addressed within next 24hrs I will have to knock the door of consumer forum .Apart from this I also would never choice ask me bazaar ever again.And I would also put on social networking site along with the copy of the same. Further to add my woes customercare SHivani Gupta & Akash Sinha had misbehaved with me saying problems wont be addressed on time and i have to wait for another two weeks . They are very rude and abusing for the same and disconnecting the calls .Please take strict actions against them as well Please address the issues immediately please.Check the photo copy attached.                     I had ordered 1 no. Sony 10000 MAH Power Bank through your web site. The product has been dispatched /received at my address on 29.04.2015 but I was out of station and could not check the consignment. On today when I returned back, I am surprised and disappointed on opening the parcel. The power bank isnot of Sony but of Chinese make xiaomi.com mi . Though the bill also mention it as of Sony 10000 MAH Power Bank with Color Black. I have paid Rs/- 679/- for the same and the bill mention the store name as My Limo Trading. My Order Details Order No. AB 2500779 Dated.23.04.2015. Please see this issues & Change the the power bank with Sony brand as I ordered and paid for the same.Immediate action is expected as this is cheating with the customer . Incase of non return of material I will be forced to go to respected forum for replacement of the same Please I have not opened the seal of the product .I think it is regular practice of the company to show some brand and supply other brand.

                      Guys don't buy anything from askmebazaar they guys are totally fraud, they send me broken duplicate watch of reebok, they send duplicate puma bag, and their services is like horrible, usually they ships in 1.5 months after they do not get return any product whether its broken or else. They guys are simply cheaters, they send make products and making fool to everyone. I must raise consumer complaint in consumer court for this. Guys please do not buy anything, you'll find 99% of their reviews as negative.

                        Hi, I have received AB2230270 (MI 10000mah Powerbank) last week and found that the piece delivered is faulty and duplicate.. I have informed the customer care on the same day and I was told that there will be a refund of the money and will pick the product. I have given the account details including the IFSC code. They told backend team will call for the collection.. Till now I have not got any reply. I have seen multiple ppl complaining in your FB page telling the same thing. I am not going to leave it like this. Will file a case on cheating the same also. Thanks, VJ

                          I have an very BAD experience with ASKME 3RD CLASS WORST ONLINE BAZAAR... i order for a combo pack witch is worth 499 rs. x 6 =2994 rs ( 1 reebok bag, sun glass, mens wallet ) after waiting for 12 days my order is com ( an i cancel 3 set of combo but they send me 6 combo ) i pay 1497 rs with the courier man b4 i open the package ( courier guy says if pay only i can open the pack) after i open the bag fornt of courier man thear is a only one copy fast track bag no sun glass no wallets just singel bag for that i pay 1497 rs !!! WTF... i call the num [protected] the customer care guys don't know any thing ... long conversation he say compeny refund the money with in 30 working days in my acc... I WILL NEVER BUY ANY THING FORM ASKME 3RD CLASS BAZAAR AN I SAY THIS TO MY FRINDS AN FAMLIY TO...

                          how cheaters they r !! I Ordered ( no.DGA3197141), to askmebazaar. power bank on 25 may 2015, but no any further massage from them . i could not call on their toll free no...because only ring kept ringing on...after so many efforts, when i called, i was infomed that my order had been cancelled showing reason in my area they could not supply.I live in baroda city and i know they can provide me product...But let me inform u that when i ordered the prise of power bank-650 rs after that they inceased the prize and cancelled my order.Also they did not inform me abt cancellation .after waiting when i called, they informed me abt cancellation...what abt commitment? and confirmation ? SHORTCUTS R ALWAYS DANGEROUS. they r cheating us... but they can not get success in this way...Dear ... i wil get power bank from any other way..but what abt TRUST...? pl. do something...

                                  Since one week i am following with this your poor customer service representative miss Shreya. I informed her to cancel & refund the whole amt back to me, she confirmed me this we get done asap, and every time whenever i called her she and her manager given me false updates, and hold me on my call, and said i will call u on 10 15 min but till date no a single call i received from this guy nor even this org. its high time now, customer can not wait so long time. i dont have any faith on this org, also your manager dont have proper language to speak, how to handle cust, using very rough words. i think he is illiterate, need to given proper training to this manager and team. without my permission he cut my call. i have already raised the complaint to consumer forum.

                                  I need refund of whole my amt today on top most priority also share me the co VP CEO contact no and e mail id to raise this issue,
                                  to improve the service.

                                  I had purchased a Samsung power bank from ask me bazar vide ID DGA3351113 but the product is defective because as per specification published 9000 MAH but even it is not charged Small Samsung Galaxy mobile completely. After tele-conversation I had returned to the Company vide Pickup Receipt No.[protected] and it has clearly mentioned that the process of refund will start after 3 to 4 days after pickup but the amount has not been refunded sofar.                                     Hi team I ordered a pair of sunglasses which doesn't suits me and i call customer care fir return but even after 5 days there is still not any response from there side. I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses and before ordering Them also i called customer care to check that if Cod is available and i made it clear that ill buy only one after trying But both orders are sent individually and i have to pay for it before trying . Now i want to return it abd no response on it . Highly unsatisfactory behaviour.

                                      Order no AB2289167 Digital Power bank Mi 20800 mAh The above product was delivered after ten days of my order on 27th april, 2015. When i checked the item it was not at all working. Further there was no other information of the product or manual. The same day I sent a mail to their customer service department to take back the item and return the money. I also sent reminder mails on 29th and 1st May. no response from them. When I called their customer care number on 3rd May I was told they can not help since they have no access to mails and only take voice complaints. He said he can not help. I am awaiting their response.

(90% discounted product the actual cost is 4999 something displayed ).. actually very disappointed with the product, , is not the one the product u ppl displayed in the preview.., nw i got a another problem the headset is not working properly on one side.., i wanna gud product or else cashback.. hope Askmebazaar take this complaint and ll give the remedy.!
