I ordered a power bank from askmebazar.com on 6th of April and paid the bill at that time only. My order ID is AB2139204. I was supposed to get my order till 15th April but I didn't receive. Since then, I have called several times for the information and every time they say tht it will be delivered within two working dress. Even when I said that I am going to raise a complaint against you in Consumer forum, they didn't take it seriously. Kindly, resolve this for me.

And since all then I have called so many times only to hear a sorry and to wait for a confirmation call from your department. I have even provided my bank details with them.       I had purchased a power bank from this unfit website. I found it to be faulty one. I complained them, inspite of that they are taking nearly one and half month. Till now they have called three times and taken my bank details but have not refunded my money.

They are giving fake products on the name of big companies. It was ordered on 3rd April, It does not work properly. Selling fake products. Please give the response as soon as possible.

                This is one of worst online shopping sites I have ordered a Samsung 9000 mah powerbank. It was not charging my phone(2200 mah) for even a single time (after fully charged).I have returned it to them after raising a refund complaint Problems: 1.Delivered in 22 days. 2.defective item. 3.Not giving refund even after complaining on their customer care number and sending severel mails. 4. No response on mail and complaints. 5. Paid customer care made atleast 10 calls to these bunch of crooks. 6.They have given me a samsung 9000 mah powerbank but i doubt the originality of product.                 I have the same experience with ask me bazar, on 2nd of may i purchased mi power bank, but they send me damage product, i call their customer care and also mail them to return this but still i didnt get any response from then here is my order id and and complain ids

                    I bought a Sony 10000 mah power bank but i was delivered duplicate xiaomi power bank and when i complained about it then i was told that there is no replacement policy and the money would be returned after 21 days. Askmebazaar is deliberately providing attractive schemes on its site and when it comes to there delivery they deliver different products and when the consumer asks for his previous ordered product he is told that there is no replacement policy and money would be returned after 21 days only.This is a pure case of fraud and cheating its online customers.

                      i bought power bank in the ask me bazaar site but the power bank is not working, from the first day for that i make a call to the customer support for the issue they have taken my details, till now i am not get any response from the customer service, most importantly i buy the power bank for only 300 rupees, for making calls I spent nearly 100 rupees this is not fair at all, I am the middle class man, please give the response as soon as possible.

                        From these order id i booked a samsung power bank and after i received i not same as shown in their website, they cheat people, after i registered a complain they deny to pay my money back. And they cheat many people also. One of the worst online shopping experience in my life. I suggest people not to shop from asmebazaar they bluffed people and send you the wrong product and never pay you back.

                            29th May 2015, placed an order of MI 5200 MAH Power Bank, through askmebazaar.com. Before placing the order have called their call center and confirmed that product is available. A lady tele-caller has confirmed that they will be delivering the right product, and all sellers or dealers are recognized / certified. She also mentioned that if iam not happy with the product same will be exchanged.

                            processed the order through online by paying using credit card. Amount paid was Rs.549.00. order number AB3270421.

                            On 3rd June 2015, have received the package, when i open in the evening found that "JBL power bank" in it. product packing is fully crushed, no user manual or any other documents were provided.

                            on 4th May 2015, called call center and raised a complaint about receiving the wrong product. the executive has informed me that a request has been raised for refund and refund number is been given as "QRC 28257378".

                            it is been told that with in a week time some one is going to call me to let me know the date on which they will be collecting the product which was wrongly delivered to me. ten days after collecting the product they are going to refund the money.

                            the total process is looks like not believable. Firstly they said there is no refund policy only will be exchanged. when reported a wrong product delivery they said refund of money on collecting the product back.

                            At the second time have recorded the conversation with the call center person were he had told about the refund process. he confirmed that they will be sending a SMS confirmation about the refund, as of now have not received that SMS.

                            Product photos, SMS received on ordering and document received with the product is been attached.

                              Hello, I bought one Samsung Power bank which has combo of 3 from the AskmeBazzar's website. The Order# is AB2109184. I wrote multiple times on [protected]@askmebazzar.com and tried calling to the Customer care number. However I am yet to get response from any of the medium. There is no reply for the E-mail which I sent. Once my call connected to the phone support team and representative said that he is unable to locate my Order in his system and hanged up the call. Since then I am not able to get any reply. Power bank which they sent is local and not working properly. It's heating up on charging and also heating my phone during the phone charging. Earpiece is definitely as piece of and not compatible any of the 6 phone I tried. Charger which I got is seems that they sent me from the Roadside market and not working. All in all I'm totally fed up with this online store and products. Please see if anything can be done in this and help me accordingly. Thank you! Regards, Deepak Kr

                                        non refund I had ordered xiomi power bank from http://www.askmebazaar.com/ order id AB1334378 on march 5th week. product was defective hence i had returned them.delivery boy took the product on 20th o march and i had registered a complained them regarding refund the amount complain no is qrc204788 they told within 7 days amount will refunded and for same the same reason again i had registered on complained 27/03/2015 and keep on calling they are telling fake story that they are initiating the amount from 1st week of april 2015 till now i did not receive the amount. many customer's having same issue check reviews online about them. and block their company as soon as possible. and their product also duplicate. just think about it that if xiomi have only partnership with flipkart.com than how they will get the product to sell online. they are fraud do needful. which was raised on 17th april 2015 no one giving any response
