      I placed orders of total 8 2600mah Samsung powerbanks, prepaid for Rs. 2800 using credit card. It was ordered on 21 April and delivered on 22 April by Next Day Delivery Seller. Even after calling customer care repeatedly, they cannot find the order id in their systems. I have raised the issue repeatedly but have received no reply from their end. This is an extremely serious issue. They have been extremely unhelpful. There was no paper bill along with the order either, which I found surprising

          I had ordered 2 no. Black Color Sony 10000 MAH Power Bank through your web site. The product has been dispatched / received by me today i.e. On 30.04.2015. But I am surprised and disappointed on opening the parcel. The power bank is not of Sony but of Chinese make xiaomi.com mi of some camel type color. Though the bill also mention it as of Sony 10000 MAH Power Bank with Color Black. I have paid Rs/- 1358/- for the same and the bill mention the store name as My Limo Trading. My Order Details Order No. AB2544371 Dated. 25.04.2015 Please see this issues & Change the order as soon as possible.

            FIRST OF ALL ASKME BAZAAR.COM ACCEPTS CARD PAYMENTS. TRANSACTION SHOWS FAILED BUT BANKS ARE CHARGED WITH MONEY. THEY RECEIVE IT THOUGH THE WEBSITE SHOWS " FAILED TRANSACTION" THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT WOULD TAKE 4 HOURS TO LET YOU KNOW IF THE TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL SO IF YOU PAY ONLINE. BE PATIENT AND WAIT FOR FOUR HOURS TO CONFIRM. IF YOUR TRANSACTION IS SUCCESS THEN" THANK GOD" IF NOT THEN WAIT FOR 45 DAYS FOR REVERSAL THROUGH BANKS.               Same thing has happened to me...Askmebazaar is a complete fake website which delivers fake, damaged products and take your money. frauds. Never ever buy from them...

                    i have ordered for 2 reebok wrish(jm watch)t watch for men .. my order number AB2530866. and i payment Rs 230 to the courior vender . bt its online prrice is 223 including shipping address.. bt when after recived the goods inside the packet there is only one watch . and which watch i recived this is not good in quality as per inform your website (askmebazzar).                       The company had been delivering damaged products and after making a complaint for 3 months the have still not refunded money even after giving the bank details, the products were taken back by the company executive, however the call center executive says that they will arrange the refund if i tell them my bank details over phone. after numerous calls they have still not refunded the amount.

                        Hi, I would like to bring to your kind attention regarding the inconvenience that I am facing to get refund of the product that I ordered & returned to Askmebazar.com. I have filed a complaint for a damaged goods the same day i received the product (06th April'15). I had waited for almost 10 days calling their customer service every alternate day just to know when the reverse pick up and refund will be made. Reverse pick up was done on 14th April'15 and I was told that I have to wait for 7 working days from the day reverse pick up is done to get the refund. I have been calling their customer help line number almost every alternate or 2 days to check the status of my refund and every time I call they say that I need to wait for more 7-10 business days (however as per my per their terms & conditions displayed on their site the refund has to be made within 7 working days from the day the compliant is made), "Askmebazar- product order number: order AB1766167" QRC37629 spoke with Gopi- supervisor. QRC390803 latest complaint number - senior manager/supervisor "Anandhu 26th April'15" and follow up call was made on the same complaint to Mahesh (30th April'15). After every conversation false comments are stored on their system like customer was informed to wait 7-10 business day where in I have never accepted for this. Things are going out of hand now and lot of inconvenience has been caused in terms of time, calling charges (20rs-30rs every time i call their customer service number). I would request the best actions to be taken on this issue. Regards, Jigar

                          The complaint is regarding the money refund for a product which sent back to the company.I returned the product nearby 16th of march, 2015 and my pickup receipt number is[protected] and product number is AB1323361. Despite calling to its customer care number which is [protected], my problem was solved in a time period of two months now they have processed the amount refund but still i did not got the refund back on my account and for the refund of the amount i called them several times and agents were misguiding me regarding the refunds due to which it was not processed and in the process of calling them i spent More than hundred rupees for the genuine refund of Rs 299.On March 21, 2015 I was assured by an agent that i will receive the amount within few days but it was then processed after a month on 21st of april and on 28th of april when i re called them they again assured me that i will receive the amount. I had been misguided by customer care agents and this online site has not refunded my money even after 2 months and i had agent more than hundred rupees on calling them.

                            I ordered a power bank CP-F10L 10000MAH on 24/4/2015.I recived the order on 30/4/2015. when I opened the package, there was a used fake sony cpf2l. There was no hologram of sony with no user manual or any white paper. moreover it is made of cheap pastic which cannot charge at all. It is fake, not a product of sony.                               I bought a Men Sun glass online from AskMeBazaar.com on 30th March, 2015 with Order ID- AB1932294 (seller- Anmol Traders). When I received the product, I found it defected/broken and opted to return the item. I have handed over the defective item and also got the pickup receipt[protected]. Even I have complained to customer care, but still did not received the refund amount. They keep on saying that they will give the amount within 2 days, but no hope.                                   xiaomi power bank is ot working properly, i collected this yesterday evening.when i open the packet then cover was totally broke.and after charging 6 hours when i put my mobile on charging through this bank den with in 1 hour this power bank got full discharge and moble could charge only 20 %..today after charging same problem ocurred.its internal fitting is also loose.there was no warranty card with this.product quality is so cheap and worst. its not make charging properly.i don't know how such type of froud company running their business by selling cheap and duplicate product please suggest what to do.

                                      I was ordered a samsung 2600 MH power bank which on[protected], bearing order no. AB1538501 and i was received such product and because such product was used and duplicate so i was lodged a complaint in ask me bazaar and returned the product on[protected] via company's courier service provider delhivery.PickuP receipt no. is[protected] but i have not received my amount against such order. Several time i have called to company's representative but they just assured me about my refund. So please help me out

                                        Dear Sir/Madam I ordered POWERBANK of xiaomi(MI) brand from askmebazar on 23 feb it was delivered to me on march6 2015 but the product was fake and not working i complainted after few minutes of delivery on their one and only mobile number ([protected]) and on 23 march my pickup was done and from then till now not even my single penny is returned i am fed up with their customer service there is one way to contact them and in last 2 months i have contacted them more than 50 times every time their ans is that in next week you will positively get your refund and they are making fool of many of consumers like me.
