    Hi AskMeBazaar Team Myself Hitesh I ordered Reebok core watch on 22 April 2015 and order number is AB2511687. but i got wrong product at the time of delivery. i raise complaint for wrong product complaint number was QRC403106 your team was accepted to pay money refund within 10 to 12 business days from the day of reverse pickup for my Reebok core watch but still one and half month completed but still amount was not credit in my account. i called to your team but still no one take care for corrective action but they are telling refund money within 2days, and also called on last Friday your balance refunded to the bank, balance will be credit till Monday. Still money didn't refund to my account. Your team gave me wrong information so many times. Same Robotic Dialogue had been heared for the last 13 calls. please refund my money and also give any compensation for delay...

    Ordered a Samsung combo set of power bank charger head phone.

    Mi power bank is faulty

      Dear Sir, I had ordered 1 no. Sony 10000 MAH Power Bank (black colour) online from askmebazaar.com on dated 01.04.2015 vide order no.AB1928108 for amount 679/-. The product has been received by me on 11.04.2015 through BLUE DART.I am surprised and disappointed on opening the parcel & found that the power bank is not working properly or malfunctioning. The power bank is not of the original Sony as shown on site askmebazaar.com but it was fake and green in colour. Though the bill also mention it as of Sony 10000 MAH Power Bank with Color Black. I have paid Rs/- 679/- for the same and the bill mention the store name as My Limo Trading.After that I have regd. a complain no QRC 324493 on contact no of the site [protected] on dated 13.04.15. & QRC 440148 ON dt. 30.04.15. Now want to returned my money back.

          I was purchased two items from your ask me bazaar but one item is perfectly all right another one is fully damaged as well as the item is not in working condition and the glass boxes already opened and again sealed with cello tape and in side packing also fully opened and no sealed at USB port side.             Dear Sir/Madam, i ordered a power bank from ask me bazzar online cash on delivery for Rs.369/-, when i received the product it was fake and also the packing of it was in damage condition, i demanded the refund instead of this fake product on the next day and they took the product from after a week on 02/04/2015. The first complaint no. was QRC206242 the complaint took my bank details before i returned the product and was said to me that i will get a call from them which i never received and nothing happen, i called them again and again but nothing happen after 20 days so i called them again and they gave me new complain no. QRC422995 which was again suppose to solve but it doesn't happen, in this process also my balance has been deducted but still nothing happened till now Kindly request you sir/Madam to provide me my hard earn money Thanks and Regards, Dattaraj Khot

              Hi I had bought a Mi Powerbank from askmebazaar.com website. It was faulty(not working) and hence I had returned the product immediately. The return was picked up on 16th March, 2015 and I was told that the refund would come in 7 days. The refund was not given and I logged a complaint at their customer care number. Every time I call them for follow up, they tell me that I have to wait for 7 days for refund. It has been almost 50 days, but still my grievance is not resolved.                 Hi team, i have purchased MI Powerbank 10400 MAh with reference to order number : AB2287630. But unfortunately i have received the product which is in bad condition and it does not have the powerbackup not more than 10 mins. I already have an MI 10400 mAh powerbank which is having good battery back. And this product which i ordered through askmebazaar is not the one which i expected. only 5% of my phone is charged. then powerbank got emptied. again i charged my powerbank for another 4-5 hours and once again my phone is charged 5%only.                     A few days ago I ordered a Reebok glares & watch combo through askmebazar.com. I was very upset to find that this is certainly not the quality that I have come to expect. The product is damaged dirty packed inside and seems as already been used. While this is not the first time for me dealing with them, earlier too I had the same experience on purchase of a watch. I am definitely not happy about it, however, will also not stand for spending my hard-earned money on an item, only to have it defective, but not even be the same item that I thought I was purchasing. The quality of this product is nowhere near to what is been shown on their website. I am now very much sure that http://www.askmebazaar.com/ is a fraud vendor, who is cheating customers by sending them already old and fake products.

I have complaint to customer care number [protected] and they have registered my complaint and told me they will refund my money to my bank account & our customer care will contact you shortly.But not a single called from askmebazar. Today I am trying to call [protected] on the number but the customer care not response properly. It's a very bad to no one take a responsibility to there sold out product.                         Sir/Ma'am I had ordered a Sony 10000 mAh Power Bank from your website and it was delivered today. However, I received a fake xiaomi mi(a copy of the original xiaomi mi 10400mAh power bank). This is very shameful for a company of your repute. When you describe a product in a certain way, you should make sure that is what your suppliers deliver to your customers. Rest assured, I will make sure no one I know ever orders something from your website. The least you could do is replace the product or refund my money. Thanks

                        AB2605547 is my order ID.
                        Not only is the product fake, it barely works. The power bank discharges in under 30 minutes and barely adds 3-4% to my phone. Kindly replace the product with an original one that works, or refund my money at the earliest.

The product has been dispatched / received at my address on 29.04.2015 but I was out of station and could not check the consignment. On 4th May 2015 when I returned back, I am surprised and disappointed on opening the parcel. The power bank is not of Sony but of Chinese make xiaomi.com mi . Though the bill also mention it as of Sony 10000 MAH Power Bank with Color Black. I have paid Rs/- 679/- for the same and the bill mention the store name as My Limo Trading.                               Hi. I have Ordered a Skull candy headset on 23rd April 2015. It has been delivered on 30th April 2015.Yesterday my headset is not working on one side.now its not working both sides.What can i do for it? within 5 days it is not working.I want to refund my money or replace any other Quality headset.

                                  i have ordered a sony power bank 10000 mah before a month. my order number is AB2786304. i had call on ask me bazar but they replied me there is delivery problem you will get your order in few days. After few days i called them again they replied as same. They give also complain number every time wich as QRC26908600. please solve my problem...

                                    I got a Headset worth Rs.299 on 4/5/2015 from Askmebazar... actually very disappointed with the product, , is not the one the product you people displayed in the preview..it does not have UIC code for warranty claim.And another problem is headset is not working properly on one side.., i want genuine product or else cashback.. hope Askmebazaar take this complaint and will give the remedy.!...

                                    I bought a Skullcandy Inkd Earphone from 'AskMeBazaar' dated 10 June 2015 for Rs 299 and received a weak later. Order no.- AB3489824.Its not even a month I am using the earphone and it has already stopped working.The earphones do not have a code for warranty claim . I want a genuine product or else a cash back.I hope you will solve my problem

                                      My name is jinitjinit BRAHMBHATT and I m from Hyderabad. I placed order for Sony headset for Rs 449 bby seeing dealdeal on 24 April wuwith order JD ab2534068. So far I raised complaint with third class customer Carr on email, phone and Twitter but all are third class people who says tthey will forward it to concern department. All are saying wait for 6 to 8 days, now some say bit got dispatch but they don't have dispatch details. I asked them to either refund or deliver product but they say can't refund as its already sent. I ask dispatch status for which they says concern department will contact to give it. They all are sitting on customer money and don't deliver product. they are recovering expense of taking Rabbit as brand ambassador bby cheating ccuscustcustomcustomer. .
