I paid Rs.499 on April 6th for a table fan, through transaction ID: 382308 for Order ID: AB2153904. material NOT RECEIVED . so called customer care. they had no idea. then called the customer care on 20th April. they registered complaint # QRC363175. Said they will find out from courier and update me. but no one called me. so, i called again today. the customer care has no idea about the status. so i asked for a refund, they said, they cannot give refund because material is already delivered to courier. i asked for courier number and their contact numbers. they said they have no idea and some other team is handling couriers. then i asked to be connected to that team.they said they dont have their contact details.This is with out any doubt the most incompetent cheating group acting as ecommerce website in india. i have very good experience with Flipkart, Amazon, Rediff, snapdeal, sulekha etc. but this website-askmebazzar is nothing but cheating company. Government should act on this company. i am approchaing consumer court.

you said 48 hours, now even after 120 hours, no update, no delivery, you are lying. am unable to even reach your customer care. i think its " customer dont care", very soon, customers wont care about you and your company will close, you would go all over india to attend cases in consumer court. all the poor affected customers, cheated by you, will form a group, write a petition for winding up your company. i will start the action being a lawyer myself.

      Hi, I ordered Samsung GT S5570 (GB/T[protected]V Li-ion Battery) online with Askmebazaar.com on 16th April 2015 with order no - AB2282440 But ON 24th April 2015 they have delivered me a WRONG PRODUCT, they have delivered me Samsung (GB/T[protected].8 V Li-ion Battery) which is not the one i ordered online and it is not fitting my phone to i have paid 299 Rs. For this product. Kindly rectify it and send me the CORRECT BATTERY which i ordered and take back the WRONG one which has been delivered to me. OR ELSE RETURN MY CASH Kindly do the needful as soon as possible Never expected this kind of service

              I Ordered on[protected] vide order No. AB1927030, AB1927418, AB1927585, AB1927732, AB1927898, AB1928104, AB1928189 & AB1932433 Because all item rates are low(Except one item Samsung 2600 MAH Power Bank at market rate, But this item received with damaged packing and non working so item returned back but Refund is still awaited) all the orders are confirmed by the seller in the evening of 30-3-15. On 4-4-15 at 12.00 pm a sms is received that order AB1927898 has incomplete address, Contact within 24 hrs otherwise your order will be cancelled. While 1 Item(Samsung 2600 MAH Power Bank) is received same day at 4.oo pm on same address. I called to ask me bazaar in the evening and confirm about my address. also I send a email with photo of item/address page received as a proof of address and requested for not cancellation my orders. But today I received 6 sms for cancellation my 6 orders, I call to AMB twelve times for request / reason, but they given me different reason (Your Item in logistic or Your item is shipped) which was not correct, and try to be fool me. Call charges more than rs.200/- is spent by me due to No toll free No. And customer care representative spend more time, only one order no.AB1927898 is confirmed and will be delivered soon. One thing more during call every time representative try that I should cancel my order, But this order is still awaited on[protected].So I can say the AMB is cheating to the online shopper. Each call is recorded by me as a proof of fraud, I STILL AWITING order No.AB1927898 & refund of AB1928104 (Power Bank)

              Sir After complaint on your site askme bazaar representative is contacted me after four days and he cancelled my balance order No.AB1927898 and promise that they will refund money OF BOTH ORDERS 2 ND order AB1928104 (Power Bank) MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED EVEN THEY CANCELLED MY LAST ORDER (TOTAL 7 ORDER CANCELLED PREVIOUSLY) THIS SOLUTION IS NOT SATISFACTORY AND REFUND IS STILL AWAITED

                    Hi, I have placed an Order: AB2002478 on 02-Apr-2015 for a Panasonic Mixer grinder and paid full price 2495 using my credit card. Yes, i did that mistake myself by trusting AskmeBazaar, So far i have written numerouse emails and made so many calls to their helpless customer care .. lost additional money in calling them so many time. But still no luck, i have not received my product . I need my money back .they have been fooling everyone here. I want someone from law school please file a lawsuit and i am sure thousands have been duped by this website so far. and all these people will testify what they have been through. refund my money as you have no product.

                      dear sir, afew minutes back i sent a complaint that my orders dt. 16th and 20th. are not received. after that i saw your forum wherein i find that the products supplied or defective and money is not received back for returned items. so please cancel my orders. even if they are received, i will return them back. i had a suspicion from the begining but did not verify your credentials. luckily i have not yer received the items and not paid. i dont want to deal with disreputed website online dealers who are trying to foist their defective good to innocent customers.

                        On 4th April 2015 There was a reverse pick up of my product which was a damaged product and not in order and after 20 days you people are making fool of me by registering every complaint whenever i call. You are 1 such a bundle company i wonder why Ranveer kapoor agreed to model for you. You , you making a fool even after 20 days. Now i am thinking of taking recourse to Consumer court to set you bundle company right. My product cost INR 224 AND I HAVE MADE CALL TO YOU OF INR 500. Its not 224/- its the dealing which i want to show you how to deal if you want to survive in the market. But the way you dealing giant like flipkart and snapdeal will eat you. Your company is going to be shut down soon. SO consumer court is the option to set you right and recover damages plus compensation. my complaint no. is qrc 396333 and previous complaint no. is qrc 226544. Now ball is in your court.                                   Aapki taraf se abhi tak koi bhi positive response nahin mila hai. kitna samay lagega.baat
                                  500 ya 600 rupey ki nahin hai, baat viswas ki hai. jo ki aap logon pe
                                  nahin kiya ja sakta. agar aapko galat jankari ke saath duplicate/ya
                                  dusri company ka hi product dena hai to, ye company jyada dino tak kaise
                                  chalege. galti jiski bhi ho naam aapka kharab ho raha hai.

                                    I ordered a Sony Power Bank (Order no: AB2353194) through online shopping through askmebazaar.com on 20 April 2015 and even made a online payment which somehow failed but the transaction was made from my bank Account and as per the mentioned details I called on the CC on [protected] and even wrote a mail regarding my issue and registered my complaint over there with the CC complaint no -Qrc370481 . Since the time they had not yet notified me whether they are working on my issue or not nor even a single notification mail or text I had received yet from their side. I would like to request you to please refund my amount back if you can't process a request .

                                    I am not getting what kind of feedback you are talking about to share with concerned seller. The issue is regarding the unsuccessful transaction that happened while purchasing a product and its a simple request against that Order ID: AB2353194 regarding the refund o[censored]nnecessary deduction that was made.

                                      Your attention is invited to my order AB2216109, confirmation of which was received as below from you on April 12, 2015 As you would observe my order is for “Hair Brush Massage System” instead of which you have delivered an electric immersion rod !!! I consider this a Fraud committed by you and I wish to take this up in right earnest with the law enforcing agencies. You cannot accept payment for one item and deliver any item as per your whims and wishes. This is a criminal act by you, for which you are liable for all consequences. I have made several complaints of this FRAUD with your customer care on phone [protected] and as expected of a company like yours, no suitable response has been received Mr. Sobti of Kaks Electronics was also of no help... Please take note that if the wrongly supplied item is not replaced with the one I ordered (Hair Brush Massage System ) I propose taking immediate and appropriate action as available to me under the Law.                                         I have taken the wrist watch from askmebazaar.com . The watch was not working properly, i have registered the complaint on same day.. but it has been discarded many times from the customer side, , i have also returned the watch by there pick up agents but the amount has not been refunded back yet... it's more then 25 days...my order no of watch is AB2122493
