    I placed an order ab10199997 hoping to save 50rs compared to flipkart and amazon and realized my mistake after 10 days. Every time i called the customer care he kept asking me to wait for 10 working days to dispatch. After 10 days when i called he coolly said the order was cancelled.

    I spent 100 rs in calling the customer care. I don't understand the business model of this company how they will survive and win customers in the long run. If they can handle why they take orders and spend crores in advertisements. No tracking information for your orders, keep praying after placing the order.

    Please don't waste your time in ordering /waiting and receiving some sub standard product if at all you receive your order. Buy from amazon or flipkart even if the savings is less. I am keeping fingers crossed for my refund now.

    I got my money back within 6 hours of complaining. Please improve your delivery service rather than concentrating on expensive ads. Customer once lost will never come back again.

          I had placed an order of Milton steel flask at askmebazaar.com with order ID no. AB9901921 on 21.02.2016. but depsite many requests made at buyeer support of askmebazaar telephonically as well as sending mails, the product has not been delivered to me even after a lapse of 23 days nor did i got the refund back in my mobikwik wallet through which i had made payment. The customer care is very pathetic. every time they note complaint and give complaint number but this complaint goes nowhere and you have to explain afresh to new customer rep on every fresh call made. Please get my refund from askmebazaar as i have not received the product ordered till date, and i also urge others to not to make any shopping at askmebazaar.

            I have purchase two order (AB9411129, AB9411425 )from askmebazaar.com. I have return my both packets to askmebazaar according to return policy of company.
            I have not the receipt for packet (AB9411129) because courier man give me only one receipt for packet AB9411425 only.
            I have talked to courier company on phone, he is agreed that he picked the both packet and given only one receipt.

              Dear all, Don't trust in askmebazaar.com, This is fraud company also provide faulty products. No use of buying product from this cheap company, No use of raised ticket, i'm sharing my Sorrow which i have gotten from askmebazaar.com, I have (Order Id: AB9419269) my product (Pro Connect 10400 mAh Power Bank) on 2th feb 2016 and i have rechieved duplicate Power bank in 5th feb 2016. Which was used as well as duplicate. I have raised ticket (#54907) on same day. But it' been complited 1.5 month but i didn't get reply from askmebazaar.com and when i tried to call they said will update you via ticket so i request you all this is fruad company don't trust any more. now i don't have any way of Repent.

                      I purchased a phillips home theatre. Worth rs 16, 651 on[protected] did the layment online. As per NDD i was supposed to get it by 11 march but ... Today is 12 march... The customer care service people are liers and dnt respect the customer ... They said they are raising a complaint but did not and everytime i called they now said i will raise a complaint now... A very bad first experience... They say shipping takes place after 10pm at night...

                          I have booked Samsung Galaxy J7 Mobile on 10.03.2015 Order No.NDD2773652.

                          I have already paid online Rs, 13375/- by credit card .

                          As per your terms the product will be delivered very Next day after booking confirmation.

                          Now after 48 hrs still i have not received my product neither any mail confirmation or courier details.

                          I am in continuous follow with your customer care from last 24 hrs but still the problem not resolved.

                          I have already raised complaint twice but still have not received any complaint No.

                          I have very bad experience with Ask Mi Bazaar .Com .your services are very bad . This is happening with me second time where i booked the product and never get without any problem.

                          You need to think on it or otherwise i need to move some other online sites like SNAP DEAL & FLIPKART where services are excellent along wit product quality.


                          Please delivery my product or share the shipment details Immediately & If it is not possible kindly refund my money to me with penalty of 13375 * 2 = 26750 immediately .

                                        8th March- Order was cancelled without any prior intimation

                                        till now - no update on refund
