Hi, I ordered a Mi powerbank 10400mAH and it was delivered on 13th March is doesn't even charge one normal Nokia Lumia 625 only once.
My Order no- AB1513622 My complaint No. QRC310239 regarding money refund. The powerbank was picked up by Bluedart courier person on 03/25. The refund of Rs.699 is pending since then. I was told to get the refund in 5 working days. I have called the customer care twice and reminded them for refund. Till date, the refund is not made.
Every time the same response is given that it will be refunded in 5 working days.
It is a cheating from Askmebazaar.com. I am seeing similar complaints from many online buyers. Can we get this addressed and refunded at the earliest.

But regret to say that I have received two faulty pieces from you, and also I had shown that faulty pieces to the couier person which was send by you, and it is black. I have lodged complaint 3 time to your helpline number.and through http://bit.ly/Akoshaappsms. I request you either you send me new good piece of 2 samsung powerbank mah 9000 or refund me full amount in cash through your representative. As per discussion with your representative on phone no[protected], he told me that you will refund my cash Rs 1198/- within 7 days, so, pl send your representative with cash of Rs. 1198/- so that I will handover this both faulty pieces to your representative.               i buy Samsung power bank from ask me bazaar and they send me damage piece when i return it they said will refund you money after week and i have a complaint no : Qrc236926 which they given to me and now they said it's no longer valid . i have all details and i called 6 to 8 times now they refused to refund my money . i spend 100 rs on calling also . Please help me out to get my money back .

Received the confirmation message on 5-4-15 as order is ready to ship.                     I had purchased a Mi Power bank worth 400/- and had refunded the product due to various issues and after that I have not received my refund of fund for the same...and have logged complaints 3 times and the complaint numbers are as (1) QRC[protected] QRC[protected] QRC 368321 and after logging these complaints the only answer given by the employees is you will get refund within 7 days and it's been a month and above for which I am logging complaint and the worst thing is that when I call to know the refund status the employee log a new complaint every time and ask to wait...IS THIS THE SERVICE PROVIDED AND IN HOW MUCH TIME WILL I GET MY REFUND BACK OR YOU GUYS WILL LOG A COMPLAINT AGAIN...PLEASE DO REFUND MY MONEY BACK OR ELSE WILL HAVE TO ESCALATE THE MATTER...

                      Askmebazar has recently printed a T shirt which has Sant Sri Asaram Bapu Ji on it and is writing on it and is going to float that in the market. If this happens then an FIR against the Owners will be made with legal against the higher authorities. This for sure that the will be facing the consequences if they do not act according. This is not just written words, but take this as a strict warning.

                            I purchased online Power Bank (MI company make) on 26 March 2015. Order no. DGA1740194. This produce I got on 04th April 2015. I checked the product, found the case was broken, also found the non functioning of product, so i raised the compliant on 5th April 2015, Complaint No. Was QRC276158., Said that your money will get back within 10 - 12 working days. After 10 days I called to service centre, service gay informed me that your complaint closed by our team without given any reason, He raised new complaint ( Complaint No :- QRC339231 dated 15 April 2015) and again said that your money will refund within 10 -12 days. I wrote the mail to AskmeBazaar help desk, but no replay getting from them...

                              I have received the order (AB 1888391 )but the product which i received is different from the one shown while placing the order.Also the product quality is very bad, it is easily visible that product is not genuine( lose connection at USB port and burrs on edges). Also i ordered the silver coloured power bank but received a golden color. Since I am not satisfied with this product .Also i refund the product so that my money will be refunded as per their customer care representative. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible, already 20days has been passed. Pick product receipt is enclosed.

                                  This is the most pathetic experience I ever had with the online shopping. Really disgusting. I ordered one watch from ask me bazaar by online trxn (trxn ID 379176). When I got the product I paid cash on delivery. The so called fake customer care assured me that the amount will be refunded by 4-5 days, but since the last 10 days it did not happen. Each time they raise a new complaint. I also have 2 of them. (QRC339754, QRC362551). Apart from this the product was damaged and is not functioning. Nevertheless I have put the watch in the garbage bag and accepted my loss, but still hoping to get the extra amount refunded. I know this is not going to happen, but still a few hopes remaining. Looking at the posts here, did anyone of you guys got the refunded amount form this fraud Askmebazaar ? Or can anyone suggest me the bigger steps against this company ?

                                      I had buyed A Nike Shoe Which were Not Gunine So I told to reverse Pick My Shoe Aftr some Days They Rang Me And Confirmed My Account Details And assured that It Will Be Refunded Within April 3...till Now I Didnt Get My Amount If i Call them They Will Say Either Still Its In Process Or They Will Take A Complain And Tell They Will Call Back Within 7working Days and Sort The Problem.But they Never Call Back and Aftr Asking For Why They Didnt Call Back They Will Take Another Complaint I'm Sick Of This People i Think Its There Statrgy Not To Return the Money Please Take Action On This Company And Help Me to Get My Money Back My Order No Is AB1232591
