I had booked a order AB2228948 and received the order confirmation from Askme.com.
Later after one week, i received a SMS for a cancellation of order. On checking with supplier, i had been asked to wait for a week, as that may be cancelled due to stock finished.
On a final call from me to [protected], Mr. Shamim, i received a answer that order is cancelled due to duplicate order, wherever i had only booked a single and first order on Askmebazaar.com and now that order can be only booked with amended price, which is almost Rs. 1000 or plus extra as on date.
Is any one from Askmebazaar.com will address this complaint as Mr. Shamim refused to register my complaint as well.
I had the audio recording with Mr. Shamim, Askmebazzar.com over phone regarding this complaint.
Let me know, shall i go to consumer court for the same.
