    i purchase sony power bank in ask me bazaar online shopping but i got duplicate power bank and its not working minimum.that is why i registered a complain to ask me bazaar i want refund mny . but customer care of ask me bazaar are not responding from this i need your help please?????????

      Hello askme,
      I have order a wrist watch whose id is AB1979603 which was shipped on 22nd April, 2015 with shipment awb[protected].The delivery guy just received money and wnet away.As soon as I opened the box, I noticed that the watch dial was borken.I noticed this at the time of taking the box but the guy was so hurry, took the money and went away.The watch dial was broken.I have lost faith on askme and I decided to return back that broken watch.I have placed the order almost 15 days back, it came very late and it was broken.I don't feel buying the products on your website and I will not encourage anyone of my friends and family members to refer to your site for online shopping.

      Hence please take back your broken watch and return my money.

        I had Ordered Sony 10000mah Power Bank CP-F10L(SLV) from ASK ME BAZAAR on 07th April, 2015 bearing Order No AB2166771, after talking with the representative from ask me bazaar they just repeatedly said that the material will be delivered after 2 days. on 22nd April, 2015 i suddenly received the sms from the ASK ME BAZAAR that the order was cancelled without giving the reason. This site is fake please don't buy stuff from them. They just advertise the material with attractive price but they wont be delivering the material.

        Regreting the inconvinience does not solve the problem. Your company should take all the necessary action on such a seller how does not update the quantity from time to time. Due to which the shipping is not done in time and the buyer should be informed at least after 3-4 working days about the status of the order. In your website there is no such way that you inform the buyer the status. Its the buyer how always have to communicate with you for the order update.

        please who are buying from ASKMEBAZAAR Beware!!!

          Dear Sir/Mam, I have ordered Reebok Blue casual Shoes Size: 8 on 7th of April with the ORDER NO.(AB2160338) and had done payment through credit card but at that time amount is deducted from my account and I received massage of transaction failure. So I make call on Ask Me Bazaar costumer care number regarding the refund of amount and also provided my bank details and he had filed my complain ( Complain No: QRP286003) and assure me that with in 10 working days I will get back my amount in my account. But in the same day I got order confirmation against ORDER NO.(AB2160338) on my mobile. In between again I have order the same product Reebok Blue casual Shoes Size: 8 on 7th of April with the ORDER NO.(AB2160825) and had done payment through credit card and this time I received massage of transaction successful and order confirm as you can see in the Attached mail below. So I again call on customer care number and told them that I have done the complaint regarding the refund of my failed transaction amount and I have got the order confirmation massage for the same product with the 2 different order numbers. He told me that you dont worry your first order is cancelled and you will get your second order only.But On 11th April 2015 I have received 2 No of shoes against both the 2 orders and that shipment is again wrong as per the order.I received Black colour shoes against the ORDER NO.(AB2160338) instead of blue colour and in other shipment I received Blue colour shoes but the size is different as per the ORDER NO.(AB2160825)So, I am very disappointed with the ASKME BAZAAR services.I am doing Online shopping from different groups but I had never faced this kind of problem.                 I had bye'd a shoe which were found to be duplicate

                Regarding order# AB3855160, I have placed and order and somehow the transaction failed, then the page asked me to contact[protected] and when I contacted the customer care executive asked me to call back after four hour as their system will get the order details after four hours.

                Very annoying, if the transaction has failed because of issue at their end they had to refund it automatically.

                    This is regarding Order# AB 1899453. The order was placed on 03/30/2015. I got a SMS from your side on 04/08/2015 mentioning that the Order# AB1899453 was cancelled. I then called your helpline and spoke to a lady who placed a fresh order for me : VI2017061. Then on 04/09/2015 – the order# AB1899453 was delivered to me. On opening the package, I found something broken in the charger. I also tried charging and use the Powerbank, however this did not work at all. I called your helpline on 04/10/2015 to complain for both the faulty items and asked for a refund. I was given the complaint # QRC302967. They also took all the bank details and promised a refund to my bank account within 7 days. I called again on 04/18/2015 to check on status and was told that someone would call me within 24hours to confirm the bank details. When I did not get any call from your end, I called again on 04/20/2015 and was told that someone had closed the earlier complaint on 04/19/2015. I was then given a fresh complaint# QRC364919 and told that someone would call me within 24-48 hours. I received a call 04/21/2015 to let me know that the refund was “in process” and I should get the money in another 7-10working days. I then received yet another call to let me know that since your records showed this order# AB1899453 as cancelled, you needed a copy of the invoice to be able to process the refund. I have submitted a copy of the invoice by email on 04/21/2015 and am now awating a callback and my refund.

                    I escalated this to multiple senior executives in askme.com and they helped me get my credit. Basically, the helpline and the backoffice was unable to do anything and each time they called, they kept giving me 7-10biz days timeline for credit, kept closing my existing complaint and opening new ones and this went on for over 15days.

                    I am getting multiple missed calls from ASKE ME SUNANA number [protected]. As soon as I pick up, they disconnect or just disconnect after 1-2 rings. This is now tantamounting to harrassment.
                    I called your helpline again today to check for status since I had sent the email to your [protected]@askmebazaar.com on 04/21/2015 with the invoice copy and they gave me a third complaint number : QRC38115 and conveniently claimed they are unable to pull up the previous complaints registered. While I have been promised a callback in 24hours, wonder how much longer its going to take to get my refund.

                            I had ordered two (MI Powerbank 10400mAh combo pack of 3) from askmebazaar.com on 20.03.2015. Order Number is AB1701093. I had called thair customer care help line number 40-50 times but they are not giving proper answer and cut the call before my conservation. I had also mailed to them but there is no reply. I had also complaine about late delivery having number QRC310498. Still I have not received the above Item.

                            I Have order black sneakers shoes on 3rd june, order id AB3348086. So still now there is no response from the team AMB. not even a mail they didn&#039;t send that your order is dissipated or expected delivery date not mentioned. can i know the present status of my order.
                            We have ordered &quot;COMBO PACK OF 5 T-SHIRTS&quot; from Om Shop thru Ask Me Bazaar website. Order ID AB3755152 has been placed on 25/06/2015. I got a message also.
                            I could not able to register in the website to track the order. There is no option to register.
                            I am not able to track the order. Till now i didn&#039;t receive the item. Could you please check &amp; confirm the order status.

                              I had booked a order AB2228948 and received the order confirmation from Askme.com. Later after one week, i received a SMS for a cancellation of order. On checking with supplier, i had been asked to wait for a week, as that may be cancelled due to stock finished. On a final call from me to [protected], Mr. Shamim, i received a answer that order is cancelled due to duplicate order, wherever i had only booked a single and first order on Askmebazaar.com and now that order can be only booked with amended price, which is almost Rs. 1000 or plus extra as on date. Is any one from Askmebazaar.com will address this complaint as Mr. Shamim refused to register my complaint as well. I had the audio recording with Mr. Shamim, Askmebazzar.com over phone regarding this complaint. Let me know, shall i go to consumer court for the same.

                                  set of 2- 5w led bulbs.- Not a good qulity bulbs, KAKS electronic says one give one. and also I have received less 1qty u took price for 2qty. if i complaints u say rise the issue within 48hrs. where it is return tell me.

                                    I have return the faulty mi powerbank on 14th march 2015 but its more than a month i didn't get my refund back whenever i call they say u get ur refund in next 7-10 working days but i didn't get any refund till now my order no.                                       Hi, I ordered a MI power bank 10400mAH on 16th April and it was delivered on 21st April. When I unlocked the packet, product was totally broken & was completely in a bad condition. I can’t believe that at first instance customer get such a bad conditioned product. I filed a complaint on the same day of delivery within 3 minutes of the moment I got product delivered on 21st April & my complaint Id is QRC373784.

                                      Customer care executive told me that they will arrange a pickup of product from my home within 7 days & then when they will receive the product from that date they will proceed for refund but this is completely disgusting. Till how many days customers have to wait to get their money refunded? Is there any protocol or laws that askmebazzar.com adhered to?

                                      On a General note, I can see that there are many such complaints against askmebazzar.com why you guys are not taking the feedback of Customers seriously? I think now its high time to take legal steps towards company like this who keeps on cheating customers on a regular basis.

                                        I ordered a product (Order Num: AB1906071) which was found faulty. I did not get any proper response from the company. They do not replace the product also. They support companies without proper TIN also. I received my product from one such company called CFashionBazaar. 20/5, Indira Vikas Colony, Mukherjee Nagar, New Delhi - 110009.

                                        Hi,
                                        I purchased MI Power Bank 10400mAh in AskmeBazzar on 29 May 2015( Order No: AB3271741). It was delivered on around 10 Jun 2015. I have been in Bangalore and I reached chennai and started using that product but it was not working properly. I wanted to cross check with other mobiles and the same result. It is getting drained out quickly.
                                        I raised a complaint in Askmebazaar. They told me that I have to raise a complaint with 2 days. How come it is possible? At least minimum 30days replacement warranty should be given.
                                        I went to MI Authorised service center to repair. The service person told me that he would not take it for repairing due to duplicate product. This product may not be original and it is being purchased in ASkmebazaar.
                                        I called up MI customer care, they informed me that the warranty will cover only if we buy in flipkart and Amazon. Then, I asked why do allow them to sell your product? The MI customer care person informed me that they already filed a case. [I don't know whether it is true or not].
                                        Now, I am planning to file a case against Askmebazaar how come they can allow the "CFashionBazaar" seller to sell a duplicate product or product which doesn't have minimum warranty for online products.
                                        I bought this product only because of MI 10400mAh.

                                        Askmebazaar to solve this issue otherwise, I will sue Askmebazaar.

                                        One more thing, I ordered one more product of RF remote control helicopter(OrderNo:AB3271790, Seller: Gauba Traders). It was also not working. Luckily, I raised the complaint within few hour of delivery. I am waiting for money to be returned.

                                        It is a good lesson to me from Askmebazaar.

                                        I purchased a MP3 player with 8GB SD card Combo{Order No AB 5374689}Unfortunately that product is faulty{that is not holding electric charge even a single minute}I send lot of e mail and contact through mobile no [protected], they said we will registered a complaint and we will contact you shortly, then I got a SMS on 01 Oct 15 that says your complaint is Eway trading is being processed, but till date I don, t have any replacement.What can I do.
