I placed an Order on 14th Mar. Order number AB1571335. Till date i have not received the product. When i gave a call to them on 22nd, i was put on hold to track my order details i was asked, whats my profession. Based on my demand, again i was put on hold and after 3 mins, i came to know that, i will get my ordered Product by 24th Mar. Hope i wont get that Product. They have paid the amount to Ranvir Kapoor as his add fee.

    Hi All, I have ordered samsung 9000mah Powerbank from this site, they charged me 584 rupees. They have sent me duplicate product and it is only giving me 30% of charging even though i charge the powerbank for whole night.my order number AB2554809. Very bad customer service. I am frustrated with the service from these people. Please avoid purchasing from them.

      Hi Sir, On 25 March, I have ordered 5 set of chudis and I got a Delivery Message as the product will be delivered Within one week. Still I didn't get any message from them so I called to tat customer care number and asked about the product. But now they are telling tat its out of Stock and we cant deliver that product. It is unbelievable and I am thinking it is a FAKE ONE. Don't Believe any askme products.

      Hi All,
      After complaining about askme products, next day they contacted me and asked about the Order ID and I too replied to them before 3 days before. But still I didn't get reply from them. Surely it is a Fake Online products.
      Don't Believe any products of ASKME Bazaar.

            I have bought product Power Bank Mi 10400ahm on 10 Mar 2015 from Ask me bazaar and received the product on 18 Mar 2015. I discovered the product is faulty and damaged and Lodge complaint on 20 Mar 2015 QRC199750. Representative told me their back end team will call me and received on call in very early morning while I was driving on 21 Mar 2015. I didn't answered call as I was driving instead I call back them after my journey but no response received. I called up multiple times on helpline to ask for call back and status and every time they made me to wait for next day but never received response. No response, No refund or faulty product exchange has been done. Now when ever I called up they always state their system is in up-gradation and need to call back in Half an hour. This is really pathetic and worst service I have seen.

              Dear sir / madam I had purchased Xiaomi 10400 Mah Power Bank -Mi, from Askme Bazaar online portal 19 feb(Order IDAB1207202: and was said that I would be receiving the order in a week time. It has been more than 45 days since i placed the order online. Every time i call them up for the status of delivery of the product they come up with a new story each time. Once they told I would be getting the product in 48hrs., after that a customer representative i spoke to over phone @[protected] told that the product had been dispatched which on checking online with DELHIVERY seems to be an invalid one. On calling them again regarding this they said, my order ID could not be tracked and the back-end team would be calling me shortly. Today they give a new excuse saying the server’s down.I am writing to you with the hope of finding a solution to my problem. Thank you R.CHANDRAN

                    I bought MI power bank, however the product I received was damaged and even fake. I applied for refund and the product was picked up from me but I never got my money back. Every time I try to contact them they just ask me to wait for a week more. Its been a month since the product was picked up from me.
                    I returned the product 1 month ago and registered a complain.
                    They are not responding, more than 8 times I contacted on their helpline but no respond.
                    They don't have any toll free no.
                    I had placed a complaint two weeks ago on this website, regarding the delivered product being fake( complaint ID: 1058975). I received a call from askmebazaar's representative on the 8th of may which was over 10 days ago that my money shall be refunded within 7 days.However, I have not received my money. Nor have they cared to ask for any further assistance or given me a transaction ID or complaint number to refer to for my complaint. All I have is my order ID: AB2605547. Kindly fix this at the earliest or I shall be forced to raise this in consumer forums. The amount may not be huge but your company clearly doesn't care a dime about it's customers and you guys need to be taught how to work.
                    I ordered a Power Bank 10400mAh (order no- AB2639075). The item was damaged, so i returned it back to the ask me courier service.
                    But till noe i haven't recieved my refund.
                    Kindly see into this matter asap.

                                    I ordered sony powerbank 10000mah but i received wrong product from your company that is samsung powerbank 9000 mah that a fake one. Sir my order no. is AB 2852772. Sir i made so many complaints to your company via phone regarding wrong product and told them to refund my money but everytime your executives give me the new complaint no.. My recent complaint no. is QRC 28715387. Sir your executives says that our executive will come to your house within 1-2 working days but this was not done at all. Sir I received the product on 24 th may 2015 and i complained on 25 th may 2015. But the action is still not taken. Sir I request you to take action as soon as possible. Your action will be highly appreciated. Please send your executive to my house to take the product and refund my money as soon as possible.
