I bought a MI Xiaomi-10400 MAH Power Bank from AskMeBazaar vide Order No. AB869303. The product that was delivered was not working. I have lodged complaint with AskmeBazaar vide Complaint No. QRC 82050 and they have reverse picked up the Product vide Reverse Pickup Receipt No.[protected] of Delhivery Courier. The same were reached to them on 10th March 2015 and Return was Accepted. I have provided my Bank Details several time to them, every time they say that I will receive my Refund within 7 working days but no Refund till date. I have spoken to their Customer Care several times but a standard reply and promise are given but no money is credited to my Bank Account. They have registered my second complaint for Refund vide complaint No QRC220161 but no refund. In nutshell now what they have done is that they have picked up the product and they also have my money! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Below was the reply from AskmeBazaar on 31st March 2015 - even after passage of 11 days, there is no communication from them or Refund of my Money till date. They are not interested in addressing consumer complaint or giving Refund of the money

There has been no Refund or progress from Askmebazaar.com. Only one Phone call from them intimating that Refund is in process. I fail to understand How many days it takes to process Refund in this edge of electronics. It can be processed in no time if they are willing to grant refund. What they seems to be doing is trying to buy more and more time so that consumer does not go for alternate readies or social media forum.
I do not need mere promises and good words but refund of my money I have paid to Askmebazaar. Their customer care executive keeps on calling me and wasting my time but no refund is provided to my bank account till moment. Askmebazaar has no system for tracking customer complaint and all the customer care executive are blank about what is the status of the complaint or what other customer care executive has spoken. They keep on changing and having no back-end system to support them they speaks only stereo type sentences they have been taught in their training.Really hopeless.

    The powerbank which i received is 100%fake product. I bought when i saw the ad mentioning powerbank worth 1499 only for 299. This is very well straight forward cheating. You should have mentioned its a local product and why you want to misuse SAMSUNG brand name and mislead the customers? I have requested for refund of the same and let me see how this is going.

    AB16069988 is my order number. I already have complaint number #QRC244948
    which no one bothered to resolve till now. I have called the customer care moe than 5 times and each time they give false promises telling it will be resolved in these many days and now im fed up. I have even spoken to the supervisors Jayakrishana and Sujith. Next time for followup if i call customer care and ask the executive to connect they will blindly say they are not avaailable. See how clever they are dealing the cases...The only intention of askmebazaar from what i understood till date is cheat people and take complaints from customers and never resolve the issue. Customers themselves become fed up of the folloups...There is something we all need to collectively take up against the so called askmebazaar.com.

      I am madhusudhan rao ordered a apple stereo 3.5mm ear phones. I have confirmed that the ear phones was duplicate so i wanted it to give back. I already given a complaint on ask me bazaar with complaint number QRC247297 so please give a good product or take it back otherwise i will complaint on consumer forum.

        Regarding 10400mah MI POWER BANK RETURN TO YOU. The power bank battery drain only in one time mobile charging. U people are making fool to online customer for selling such a duplicate item. i want to return my order AB1623714. Reply as soon as possible. I also call to your[protected] help line number, your fellow are talking with very rudely with me and told me that " hum paise waise wapas nai dete hai aur ab kuch nai ho sakta hai". And they basted drop my phone without giving me any information regarding return policy. i call 2 times on that your help line number. 1 time pickup a boy and 2 time pickup any a girl. Both r given me the same answer as mention above. pl askmebazzar take care of this and this is very very same on you and your company image.

          My order id was AB1640311 for MI Battery bank and it was delivered on 26-Mar-2015. The power bank not working from the first day itself.On getting the product checked from Xiomi service centre they said that the product was not genuine one.It took me two days to verify the genuinity and when I tried to report the same to customer care on 30-Mar-2015, they do not registered my complain mentioning the excuse that 48 hours expired. When the product is not genuine, which has been verified by service centre, why is the complaint not being registered?? On calling the customer support instead of providing solution for the issue they are hanging up the call, is this the kind of service askmebazaar promises its customers??

              I had ordered 1 Ajanta AJ01 Wrist Watch for Women (Silver ) for Rs. 124 (inc. delivery charges). The order was placed on 27/2/15 whereas it was deliverd on 23/3/14. Such poor service I had never experienced on any e-shopping website !! HORRIBLE !! And moreover, I find the product is defective too--the lock system of watch is not proper ! And to my surprise they tell me that the time for placing replacement complain has expired..it was within 48 hrs of delivery !! Unexpected..when you deliver 1 small watch a month late then where did your rules go !!

                Hi, Iam srikanth, purchased a product name mi mobile powerbank(10400amp). After i purchased it i tested but it is not working properly. After i charged powerbank full it not even charging my mobile(moto-e) 50%, total powerbank getting discharged.                 i have purchase a xiaomi 10400 mah power bank from ur site order nu AB1667440 and i found it defective ..its not working properly..and when i connect my mobile for charging the charger turns off only delivery about 40 % charge to phone .. so i would like to get the product replaced ..

                    Hi, I am Akshay K. Das Adhikari. I ordered Reebok sunglass online ( order no. AB1653772) on 18.03.2015. It was delivered on 27.03.15. I found one side of the glass is broken (a hole like thing). It does not seem to be broken during transport, rather it seems the product was faulty to begin with and they have just packaged and sent. I mailed to [protected]@askmebazaar.com thrice but did not get any reply. I also made a complaint in this forum earlier, but yet to get a response. Regards Akshay

                              I bought a 10000 mAh Sony battery bank from AskMeBazaar. The product that was delivered was a FAKE one. I confirmed with a sony showroom representative. I called them to replace the product. They sent a person who picked up the product in a hurry. He didn't care about the box or the packing of the product. He simply picked the product and gave a receipt. I called to ask about the refund and they simply denied the money on the grounds that the complaint against the product was raised after 54 Hrs (apparently which ideally should be raised within 48 hours). So now what they have done is that they have picked up the product and they also have my money! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

                                    Rs 224 inc delivery so i ordered and i received the product on 27 April with packing

                                      Hi, I ordered Xiaomi Mi PRO20200 XIAOMI MI 16000 MAH POWER BANK from Askmebazaar.com order# AB1459900 on 09/03/2015 (dd/mm/yyyy). Order was fulfilled by : Concord Enterprises, 5, Rekha Park, oppo. aquarium, adajan Hazira Road, Surat, Gujarat 395009 Ph#[protected] Package was delivered to my house and collected by wife(she was not aware what i've ordered. She paid Rs.600 and collected the package. When i returned home and opened the package there was empty box with instructions to use powerbank. Even the packing slip mentions the weight of shipment as 0.5 grams. It was a pure fraud and when i try to reach out to Askmebazaar for my product they took 7 days to say that they will refund me my money in another 15-20 days. It was devastating to hear it. Also none of the supervisor came on call and tried to talk this thru. Please take the strictest action for fraud and harassment. i am attaching the scan copy of packing slip.
