    I ordered SONY 10000mah powerbank against order number AB1598754.i got that product 3-4 days before. but it is useless bcz it charge my nokia lumia 520's battery which is 1500mah only once...then it discharges i that case it is useless for me if it can't charge 3-4 times so i request u to replace it or refund me my amount.       Dear Sir, I ordered Samsung 9000mAh Power Bank against order Number AB1123045 on 12th Feb 2015.I received the product on 22nd Feb 2015 but it is not working properly i raised a complaint on 24th Feb 2015 for the same against C.No. QRC134859, QRC175515.Your executive assure me that i received a call from your cornered department with a week but i not received any call from your hand.hand. Again I call on 8th Mar 2015 for the same & again i get a assurance from your executive that i get the resolution within 42 hours.But still i not received any call from your concerned department. After that i again call your customer care on 11th Mar 2015 Mr Ankur pick the call & drop it in between the conversation, again i call on the number your executive named Akash pick the call he listen my problem but he cant satisfied with there comments & i request Mr akash that i want to talk with your seniors.One of your senior named Ridhi Walia talk me & after this long process pick up is arranged for the refund of my product & they assured me that i got my refund i got a call from your concerned department on 13th Mar they want my bank details i mail them my bank details on the same day from same id from which i righting this mail.But the problem is still not resolvd. On 19/3/15 i again call on your coustomer care Mr Wakar talk to me & said that there is not Bank details are mentioned against this complaint number i.e.QRC134859, QRC175515 I aginst provide the bank details over the phone to Mr Wakar for the same & he assure me that my refund will be credited in my account soon. Again today on 24/3/15 i call on your customer care Miss Priyanka pick the call i again ask the status of my refund then she said ther is no bank details updated so please provide me bank details again.I request your executive that i want to talk to your seniors but she is not ready to connect my call with seniors again& again i req your executive to connect with your seniors after that she put my call on 15 min hold & after that she inform me that your senior is not available on the floor & drop my call with resolving my problem. Sir, May i know what is the problem for the same, why you play with customers emotions.Is this is your customer service that customer is again & again get disappointment from your side & your executives give wrong commitment to the customers An early action is highly appreciated form your side.         That is useless power bank & duplicate also. i am unable to charge my ph one time.

        i hate this type of cheep online marketing techniques

        plz send original power bank or return my money otherwise i processed legally.

                  after 1 month of ordering i recieved the order pure passion vibrator fleshlight in seal packed but inside of it the wire cable is missing(a thin wire which connect between the vibrator and the small remote like device)so how can i use the device, i want the wire as soon as possible plz other wise ill file a consumer case.

                    One month back(23-FEB-2015), i have order one power bank(Xiaomi 10400 Mah Power Bank -Mi). Order number is :AB1241123. I did not receive this product till now . I have also register my complaint, complaint number is (QRC168095) I called to customer care many times, every time customer representative said we have dispatch your product, it will deliver with in 2 days or few days. When i say to customer representative please check with your courier company they said we will check and call you back. But i did not get call back from Ask me bazaar team. Also i drop a mail but did not get any reply on mail.I have done payment through online. AskMeBazaar is not providing a quality services and they are also not returning my money back. Please help to return my money back.

                      Within short span of time, after posting a complaint here, I received a phone call from +91 [protected] (unknown number), asking my debit/credit card details to refund the amount.

                      i asked then, how do i know you are from askmebazaar.com? Please send a mail to mail _id, then only I will give me my card details. Immediately they disconnected the phone.

                              I ordered a Samsung power bank 2 weeks back. I was delivered a damaged product. I called them the same day it was delivered. They took my complaint, gave me a complaint ID QRC182327 & told me that the damaged product will be picked up in 3 days. But they never came as of yet for pick up. When I am calling them they are saying that their senior will call me back in 15 mins. But they never called.                               Product was picked up on 25th March. They told me that my refund will be processed in 7 days. It's been 13 days & still I haven't receieved my refund.
                              They told me they they will process my refund in 7 days after pickup. It's been more than 30 days & still they did not refund me. Whenever I call them they say we will process refund in 7 days. I have called them after every 7 days & everytime they are lying.

                                I purchased Reebok Polo Tshirt for men on 6 March .I received them late but i didn't complain. But after seeing the size is not the one i asked i requested for refund but didn't received any call nor any help from their side.I called them in their helpline no. but didn't received any proper info & keep on saying pls wait for another 10 working days. This still goes on but no idea when will it get sorted out. Such a pathetic service. The persons in helpline would say to be on hold but they will hang up the call. This is what happened to me.                                   Sir /madam, I order 3 poloclub black dial unisex watch (order no. –AB1497044) from askmebazaar.com before 14 days later .(dt-12/3/2015).But I received only one watch which is defused .i also complain (complain no.-qrc190034) askmebazzaar complain customer care.But I didn’t get satisfied response.They told me that I got a call from higher authority for choosing cash back or product within 7 days .But I havn’t get any call.its totally harassment .please cheak this fraud case.                                       I purchased two Samsung power banks on 6 March due to my urgent requirement . I received them late but i didn't complain. But after seeing the condition of the power bank i requested for refund but didn't received any call nor any help from their side.One of the power bank was in used condition with scratches and is not working.I called them in their helpline no. but didn't received any help.I also wrote them mail but no reply was received.                                         I ordered a powerorder AB1301344bank via seeing the ad on facebook page of askmebazar. received it on 11th day of the order when i checked it the color of the power bank was diffrent i didnt complaint forbthat because i needed it at that time but when i attached it with my phone it was not working only. i would say please please guys dont even think to buy product fron ASKMEBAZAR its non other then a fake site. PATHETIC SERVICE. my order number was
