I had been ordered online 3 items in Ask Me Bazar after. Out of these 3 1 product I pay online other 2 is cash on delivery. My three order no is- AB1472297 AB1471676 AB1470596 After my many follow up I received the order no AB1472297 in DAMAGED CONDITION, I complaint immediately to the customer care yje assure me that product will be pick up on next day and refund will be process in next 7 days, but till date no communication from Ask Me Bazar. I again complain about this matter but till date no solution made. another Two order canceled by the Ask Me Bazar without any information to me. Out of this two order one is prepaid.When I call to the customare care they informed me that I have to give complain for the refund, so I give complain (No- QRC221463) BUT TILL DATE no refund have been process by them. This is totally disgusting company. I called again and again but the same result that you will get your two refund but i still wait for that.

After my many follow up I received the order no AB1472297 in DAMAGED CONDITION, I complaint immediately to the customer care yje assure me that product will be pick up on next day and refund will be process in next 7 days, but till date no communication from Ask Me Bazar. I again complain about this matter but till date no solution made.

another Two order canceled by the Ask Me Bazar without any information to me. Out of this two order one is prepaid.When I call to the customare care they informed me that I have to give complain for the refund, so I give complain (No- QRC221463)
BUT TILL DATE no refund have been process by them.

This is totally disgusting company. I called again and again but the same result that you will get your two refund but i still wait for that.

Please help me to process

      Respected Sir / Madam, I have purchase Jebbers Sunglass & Belt Combo pack worth Rs. 299 from askmebazaar.com on date 22/12/2014 in January 2015 But the product was completely not acceptable in both quality and size. So i have call the ask me for replace it or give return my money, so in that case ask me re-presentative has give me some coupon code which i have to use for place the order again for any product purchase of Rs.300. But after all this activity the product are not comeing even i have call as well as mail many time to ask me team and also give request in customer care helo of askmebazaar. i really very disapointed in this matter. i strongly hope that you will take some action and surely will support for all such things so that we can save some other peoples who will go for purchase with askmebazaar. I have received the order on 26th March 2015 and found that the seller "CFashionBazaar" has delivered a defective fake Power bank. It is not an originak Xiaomi product without any authentic serial number. Please refund my Rs.699 back.

              i have placed an order for ambrance power bank p 1560 on 12.03.2015. my order no. AB 1517601. Date of delivery was 22.03.2015. Ist all tracking system of ask me bazzar is very very much poor. very much harrashing and the representative of ask me bazzar do not have proper information they keep on saying "Maaf Karna" hum aap ko bata nahi sakte". aap ka product pahunch jayega. but they never told the true fact. any how on 22.03.2015 i spoke to the represntative of ask me bazzar. she said your delivery time is today and wait for evening. but i did not get my order. on 23rd march i again called and got reply that we are forwording your complaint our reprentative will called you very soon. my complaint number is QRC213970. nobody called me till time. and when i contacted the askmebazzar they told me that their reprentative called me but my number was busy. i surprised to listen the wording of the representative. i told him i do not any call from your side. if my number was busy you can call me after some time. but he said me maafi chahunga. me aap ka order yahan se track nhi kar sakta. i forwarded your complaint. you will got call shortly. and calling time i can not tell you. Dear reader of my complaint my experience of askmebazzar is very very much harrashing. i will never order ask me bazzar. kindly update my complaint. and request to askmebazzar to update their system of tracking. And now finally again same question what is status of my order when i will receive my order.

                            Its been 23 days for my order AB1338844, I had made the payment upfront for faster delivery, I had called your customer care (which doesn't care). Copied below are the complain #'s with CC. During my 1st call I was told that product is with delivery guy who was unable to deliver, but from 2nd call onwards for which i have kept the complaint #'s mentioned below they confirmed there is no such provision with them. On asking for cancellation, I am asked to return the product back once the delivery guy comes up 23 days to deliver the product. They have not provided any tracking details, they are not cancelling the order as I no longer need it. It was told to me that there is no way I can talk to any supervisor or manager for my complaint as they do not entertain the calls !!! What are they managing then???? I regret paying in advance for the product in hopes of faster delivery but it is the other way.
