    Hi All, Order No. AB1542419. I had placed an order on[protected] but till now not got any updates regarding the order. Also the customer service representative are not at all supportive they just disconnect the call before given the information asked. Kindly confirm by when I will receive my product. First time had ordered something from your website and my experience is very bad as no updation about the product. You should give updates like other online website does. They are very good as compare to you. Also my suggestion is to improve your CSR and provide updated of the products on regular basis by sending SMS or email. Regards, Romila Pillai.

          I have ordered samsung 2600mAh power bank, but I recieved JDL power bank and its not working.my orderID is AB1623958.Please return my money back ASAP and take the product.
          I bought Samsung 2600mAh Power Bank from askmebazaar @ Rs 299 thinking it was a great deal having a samsung power bank at very reasonable price. It worked well for a few days. But it went out of order after some days. It had been merely a month and it was of no use for me. I want it to be replaced or refunded. This is the second product, a faulty product I can say I got from askmebazaar. I'm not gonna recommended anyone to buy anything from this site. I'm also not going to even visit this fraud site.
          I have received order no. is AB1869287 of the Samsung 2600mAh Power Bank.

          I have full charged Power bank and when i connect it to my mobile, and after 30 minutes, its charged my mobile on 1 percent.

          I have checked with other phones but problem is not resolve.

          You are requested to replace the above product, or retum mine amount on priority basis in order to enable me to get rid of this frustating situation.

              MI Power bank 10400mah has been [protected]@Rs599/-, Order No-AB1241973 from ask me bazaar and has been delivered on 16-march-15. After charging i came to know that power bank is defective and not working properly. I call to customer care on [protected], but they refused to accept my complain, giving reason that after 24 hrs of delevery they will not accept any complain.

                I purchased the product in Jan'2015 black sunglasses for women of rupees 499/-, Order # AB910985, While receiving itself it was broken.I opened the product in front of your delivery boy Mr.Hrishad, Contact # +91 [protected].He insisted me to log complaint through website & logged the complaint & the complaint # QRC 76941 on the same day.Still no response from any body & i made many calls. finally they said me to send my account details to www.[protected]@askmebazaar.com. My Bank account details is mentioned below. NAME:- EDWIN NESARAJAN ICICI BANK:[protected] IFSC Code:- ICIC0000269 Branch:- Langford road State:- Bangalore-560027 Note:- From ASKMEBAZAAR No phone call, no reply, No refund, No coupon, No Exchange, , What shall i do & where shall i complain... Almost i spent almost more than 100rs for phone calls because its a STD call for me.

                  I have purchased a power bank vide AB939160 since the product was defective, the same was picked up up vide receipt no.[protected] on 3.4.2015 and was promised that the amount will be refunded back in 7 days even after repeated reminders the amount is yet to be refunded. Which leaves me with no other choice than to complain the same to the consumer forum. I once again request to kindly refund the amount due to me immediately.
                  I purchased One power bank online. The article not working condition, then return on 4th of May 2015. My order Number is AB1989062. But till today I am not yet received. My Bank details:

                    My order no. is AB1041415, I had placed orders for 1 Xiaomi 10400 mAh power bank and received on 13th of feb 2015, when received it was not working. Observed that its a fake one. The very next day I had called customer care & raised a complaint for return & refund. They took my bank details & did not refund my money till date. Complaint no. (QRC199820). They are simply playing with customer saying that "you will get a call within 24 business hours". But I did not get a call within 24 business hours, its 30 days over now.                     Askmebazaar.com is completely fraud organization.
                    I called them more than 20 times for my refund, spent around Rs.200 on phone calls. Each & every time they are saying that "you will get your refund within 7-10 working days". On 19th march 2015 one of their back-end executive name miss Pooja called me & she promised that I will definitely get my refund within 7-10 working days. But sorry to say 10 days over I did not get my refund yet.

                      I have ordered 2 products on 19/02/2015 (Order no - Mo[protected])(Skyline Electric Cordless Kettle) & 21/02/2015 (Odrer no - AB[protected]Ajanta Wrist Watch for Women). Out of which I have not received the order no - Mo[protected] till date and when I confirmed the same in Askmebazzar customer care, they said that order has been cancelled on 11/03/2015 for which I have no information. For another order no - AB1220864, I have received some different product instead of the same product which I have ordered. So when I received and checked the product, I called in customer care for reverse pickup for this product which has been reversed. But till date I have not received my amount in my bank account. I have updated my bank account details in customer care of Askmebazaar. For order no - Mo[protected], I have paid Rs. 400. For order no - AB1220864, I have paid Rs. 124. So I expect total of Rs. 524 will be credited in my account which I don't know when it should be credited as the services of Askmebazaar is very bad and not worthy to purchase anything from this site. Please try to get my money refunded asap in my account and confirm.

                      Askmebazaar is simply fraud company and they are making customer fools. I have received the call from askmebazaar and the executive told me that the mount of Rs. 124 will be refunded in my bank account but the amount of Rs. 400, they were not ready to refund as they told me that I have used the coupon and same coupon code will be available for me within 2 working days. Today I have tried to use the same coupon code which they provided to me but I am unable to do so as this is invalid coupon now.

                      So My request to Consumer Complaints forum to take the strict action and resolve my problem permanently. I don't want any voucher, I don't want to purchase anything from askme bazaar anymore as I really don't want to bother anymore. if you can then please try to try to refund my money of Rs. 400 in my bank account.

                      If you will ask for coupon to be activated then they will surely activate the coupon but they will also take 1-2 months to deliver the product or most probably by my experience they will cancel my product without informing me. So please I don't want to order from askmebazaar.

                      All the executive who are calling to customer are like robot they are repeating the same line everytime but not ready to resolve the things. All the uneducated in askmebazaar.

                      Really had a very bad experience and not at all recommend to anybody to shop from this site.

                        AskMeBazaar - Order No: AB 1335069, Oral complaint Ref.No: QRC 175981 With ref to the complaint below done earlier, today (March 19, 2015) I received a call form the customer care executive asking for my bank details regarding the refund of money I paid, but I refused to give my bank details as many bank frauds are going on. Thus, they suggested me to refund thro’ cheque, before that they will collect the product back and provide me acknowledgement and after that they will refund. After going through the previews here, I find many complaints regarding non payment of money from company after collecting the defective product. Hence kindly suggest me the better way to get refund?? What is the guaranty I will get the refund after my product is collected back? Complaint done, 16 march 2015: Sir, I had placed an order for Men's Loafers dated 03 march 2015, w.r.t Order No: AB 1335069, but I received the parcel on 13 march 2015 paying Rs. 499 only. The product I received is different from the product I ordered and found to be other shoe. (attaching pictures with this).                                 I have ordered a samsung2600mAH power bank from ask me bazaar on 19/mar/2015 and the order no.isAB1438542. I have not received the product or any info about the product that I have ordered.I have been told by the executive that you will get a confirmation call from our side but not received yet...so I am very pissed off .This is the first time I placed an order with You.I am not happy with your services ...its better i[censored] delivered it to my address ASAP or give it a assurance confirmation..                                   I have ordered a watch From askMeBazar on 13th March 2015 and make payment by net banking succesfully but when my product is delivered to me then delivery man demand for payment again. i Have already paid the said amount of money by net banking so i refused to make payment.after that delivery man returned with my product.

                                    I had ordered a power bank & made credit card payment. When the product was delivered the invoice had COD mentioned. I immediately called the askme bazaar helpline & the customer care executive told me that they will refund the amount as this is due to some glitch at their end. A complaint was also registered by the executive A few days later when I called them back as the money was not credited in my account, another executive told me that the ticket was closed, so I will open another complaint ticket. & assured me that money will be transferred within 7 days. Till date I haven't received my money and now the customer care is not responding to my calls. Even The product is fake(china product) sold in the name of original. **So, I would suggest do not buy from Askme Bazaar.**

                                      I DID A MISTAKE THAT I HAD ORDERED SOME ITMES ON ASKMEBAZAR.COM, I HAD ORDERED EIGHT PEN DRIVES AND I HAD PAID FOR ALL THE ORDERS. BUT ASKMEBAZAR HAD SENT ME ONLY FOUR PEN DRIVES AND REMINAING ORDERED WERE CANCELLED. THEY HAVE REFUNDED ME ONLY COST OF TWO PEN DRIVES, BUT COST OF TWO PEN DRIVES HAS NOT REFUNDED AS YET, I HAD MORE THAN 50 COMPLAINT SENT TO THEM, THEY HAD ASKED TO SEND BANK STATEMENT, I SENT THE SAME BUT THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY. I WOULD LIKE TO ASK THEM THROUGH YOU THAT HOW CAN CUSTOMER CAN TRUST IN FUTURE. SO THEY HAVE TO SEND MY MONEY,
