With ref to the complaint below done earlier, today (March 19, 2015) I received a call form the customer care executive asking for my bank details regarding the refund of money I paid, but I refused to give my bank details as many bank frauds are going on. Thus, they suggested me to refund thro’ cheque, before that they will collect the product back and provide me acknowledgement and after that they will refund.
After going through the previews here, I find many complaints regarding non payment of money from company after collecting the defective product. Hence kindly suggest me the better way to get refund?? What is the guaranty I will get the refund after my product is collected back?
Complaint done, 16 march 2015: Sir, I had placed an order for Men's Loafers dated 03 march 2015, w.r.t Order No: AB 1335069, but I received the parcel on 13 march 2015 paying Rs. 499 only. The product I received is different from the product I ordered and found to be other shoe. (attaching pictures with this). I request you to change the product delivered to me an provide me the original product as soon as possible, i.e Men's Loafers. Oral complaint Ref.No: QRC 175981 Reply soon...
