I have ordered a samsung2600mAH power bank from ask me bazaar on 13/mar/2015 and the order no.isAB1586043. I have not recieved the product or any info about the product that I have ordered.I have been told by the executive that you will get a confirmation call from our side but not recieved yet...so I am very pissed off .This is the first time I placed an order with You.I am not happy with your services ...its better i[censored] delivered it to my address ASAP or give it a assurance confirmation

    I have ordered a Reebok watch. on 9th March(order no AB1451216), and today 18th March, I have not received either the product nor any info about when it will be delivered or what is the status. I also called the customer care no... but it was on waiting and I lost around 10 RS waiting for someone to answer but no body answered. Worst service ever I have experienced. Will never purchase any product here.

        I bought a watches from askmebazaar. When I saw the courier what I found was it was defected. It has something like paint or similar over it. Though it is in working condition but looks have gone ugly. I don't want it. I want my refund. I have baought watches after that as well but, never had this experience.           I have ordered a samsung 2600MAH power bank from ask me bazaar on 11/Feb/2015 and the order no. is AB1114439. And they said that the order will be delivered by 12 to 15 working days. But I didn't received it so I called on customer care on 10/March/2015, and the person registered my complaint (no. QRC168408) and said that, I will receive a call within 7 days, and now on 18/March/2015 I called up again and the Girl who received the call she said, that yet no call has been made from our side so you will get a call in next seven days but my product is not been delivered and its been more than a month. So please take a serious action against this.

          I had placed the order AB1593126 on 15-Mar-2015 and it has been 15 days and am yet to receive the product. I called up the customer care on 27-Mar-2015 and was told that the product has been dispatched on 20-Mar-2015 but they could not provide me any courier details for that

          I've already send them an email & posted on their FB fanpage as well but there is no response.Can anyone help me to nab these culprits?
          I've order a beats earphones on 17th march 2015 and till this date i have no information about my order.I haven't received it yet nor i can know the order status about where it is when could I recieve.Can i have any hope in getting that thing(my order)?My order number isDGA1632374.

                    Hi, I had to buy one product (Order no: AB1029692) from askmebazaar.com web site, but they send the faulty product. After complaints (complaint date: 11 Feb 2015 / Complaint NUM: QRC-101478), they say we will refund your money. Then I send mail to [protected]@askmebazaar.com for bank details as per they suggest. After collecting faulty product (after 15 days), they are not refunding my money still (date: 17 Mar 2015) on my account. I have followed up from last 1 & half month, but every time they say call back from our back end team, but no any call from them. Please help or how to resolve my problem.                       I had ordered two Samsung power bank (2600 Mah) ... I got them very late... I had sent many emails to anyone of them i didnt got replied... the product i got were faulty, i registered complaint against it and got call back after 7 days... to which after 2 days they picked up the product and said money will be refunded in 5-7 days... i didnt got any call or anything... today i called them and they said your money will not be refunded as you had registered complaint after two days... i said "ok then why did you registered my complaint and why picked up the product " they were having no answer... and also calling them costs a lot really *ucking online store... order no. -AB1113526 Pick up id[protected] email - [protected]@gmail.com mob no. -[protected]

                              i had ordered samsung 2600mAh power bank on 07/03/2015 and got delivery on 14/03/2015 since it was weekend i was out of station my parents received the order i opened it on Monday n found it is not working i called customer care many a times but my call was not connecting then today luckily it got connected but they said complaint can not be registered as its more than 48hrs.so i request u to find a solution for this at the earliest either change the product or let me buy some other product worth of 299rs.                                     Ask mebazaar ki service really bad hain. 1 week ho gaya lekin kuch bhi respons nahi. Customer care number pe kitni baar call kiya lekin koi bhi call receive nahi karta. receive karne ke baad kehte hain aapki complaint ragister ki hain lekin uske baad no reply. Maine first time kuch order kiya tha ask me bazaar se. such a bad service...
                                    Ask me bazaar ki service really bad hain. Meine 1 week pehle complaint ki thi about damage product receive. lekin koi bhi reply nahi. Customer care number bhi koi receive nahi karta. Everytime i call ask me bazaar customer care they ask aapki complaint registered ki hain. Lekin koi action nahi le raha hain. First time shopping ki thi ask me bazaar pe aur first time hi product damaged. Such a bad service...

But your system Generate three order Orders is AB1287243, AB1287275 & AB1287821. I book only one order How to book remaining order. On 6-Mar-15 I received Order AB127243 but delivery boy tell me pay 399. So that i your Customer care and complaint it. Your people told me Order AB1287275 Only the me Payable order remain two are not payable. So they told Order AB1287275 only received and balance two orders return. On 10-Mar-15 I received Order AB127275 but delivery boy tell me pay 399. So that i your Customer care and complaint it. On 14-Mar-15 I received Order AB127275 but delivery boy tell me pay 399. So that i your Customer care and complaint it. Your Executive told Monday my order will conform to received. But On 16-Mar-15 Also I received Order AB127275 delivery boy tell me pay 399. So that i your Customer care and complaint it. Again Your end i will Faceing same problem so Conform me, my order delivery or not otherwise repay the amount .

                                      I am paranidharan i have booked order on 27- Feb-15 i paid amount by my sbi Credit card. But Askme company system Generate three order Orders is AB1287243, AB1287275 & AB1287821. I book only one order How to book remaining order. On 6-Mar-15 I received Order AB127243 but delivery boy tell me pay 399. So that i Askme company Staff Customer care and complaint it. Askme company Staff people told me Order AB1287275 Only the me Payable order remain two are not payable. So they told Order AB1287275 only received and balance two orders return. On 10-Mar-15 I received Order AB127275 but delivery boy tell me pay 399. So that i Askme company Staff Customer care and complaint it. On 14-Mar-15 I received Order AB127275 but delivery boy tell me pay 399. So that i Askme company Staff Customer care and complaint it. Askme company Staff Executive told Monday my order will conform to received. But On 16-Mar-15 Also I received Order AB127275 delivery boy tell me pay 399. So that i Askme company Staff Customer care and complaint it. Again Askme company Staff end i will Faceing same problem so Conform me, my order delivery or not otherwise repay the amount .
