I have ordered my product on 4th march, Friday at 9 pm in the night. In the website it was stated that it is a one day delivery and so I have ordered it and had paid the money through mobikwik wallet. Then I have waited the whole saturday but delivery was not done then I made a call to them enquiring about the delivery then they told that as I have ordered after 12pm it could not delivery on saturday then i have waited to see if the delivery happens on sunday but it was not happened then I again called them then they told that sunday was a holiday so it could not be delivered but monday it will be delivered for sure. Then I have even waited for the monday but that did not happen. Then I again called them then they told to wait for one more day and it will be surely delivered and then I have waited for one more day also i.e tuesday but even on that day the delivery was not made. When I called them they told that they were having something so they could not delivery so they asked me to wait for delivery on wednesday i.e today. But today also they did not deliver then i have called them then they told that the stock was over so the order was cancelled. They did not even inform the cancellation of order before I could reach them and they told that the money will be refunded. But on the website now even it is taking the order for the same item for which they told stock was completed.

        Hi,
        This is to bring to your notice, that I have placed the product, one week ago. The worst part is this, I am not getting any update that where my product is. Even, I am not able to track my product. Calling everyday on customer care and people are so, rude, that if you ask them questions, they will disconnect your phone in between. they are providing the option of refund also. I want refund . I dont want to continue with askmebazar. It has a horrible experience for me.

                  With reference to the previous complaint about the ask me bazaar, i want to inform you that still i'm not getting a good reply.this is 4th complaint it.Even though i have informed to them about the delivery of the product ( i was not available at the time of delivery and so i have opened it later and also i complained about it later ).they repeating the same saying" your complaint is late, we cannot take your complaint".i have a warranty card of 1 year warranty with this product in which there is no source of contact about the dealer.Then how can i exchange the product.There is no proper bill (contains no bill no, TIN no, Email ID, contact no), but they have collected tax amount from me.i am so vexed of buying this product here.i am unable to concentrate in my work because of this.i want to replace or refund my product definitely. i have said them that i'm going to consumer court, but they didn't reply to me.this shows their response to consumers.i have giving this complaint with all hope in you.please do the need for me as soon as possible.

                  how many times do you repeat this so far? i have already said that i'm not available at the time of delivery and so i've opened on 20th feb, 2016.i have already informed this so many times to you and also i have registered a complaint on consumer complaint through online. after that you only have asked to raise a ticket and i also have done. but you are starting again the same story from the first. the provided warranty card contains no source of contact .i.e. E-mail ID, contact no, TIN no, serial no, address.so, i can't contact the seller. From the beginning of yours, i have been purchasing products through your website and also i have recommended everyone to buy here.this is first time, i've complaining about a product to you and you have also delaying me for response. this act of yours made me so disappointed and also i'm confusion of buying anymore products here.so, please do the need for me soon.

                    Askmebazaar.com ek chor company hai.maine ek led fan 24 feb ko order kia tha. order ke bad jab maine askmebazaar ke customer care se bat ki to unhone bola ki product 8 march se pahle deliver kar dia jayega.maine 7 march ko phir phone kia unke custmer care alag alag bate kar rahe the koi bol raha ki mere pass product n hone ke karan apka order 6 march ko cancel kar dia gya hai.phir maine dubara 7 march ko phone kia to customer care wale bolo ki aap 8 march ko product deliver ho jayega apka order cancel nahi hua hai.

                    phir maine 8 march ko phone kia to ye bol rahe hai ki mere pass product nahi hai.isliye aap ko product deliver nahi ho payega.aur aapka paisa 7 din ander refund ho jayega.

                    customer ka paisa ye 20 se 25 din tak askmebazaar interest khata hai.customer kai bar inko phone kare apne paise ke liye to ye refund karte hai.

                    askmebazaar se order karne ke bad customer ko n hi ye phone, sms aur mail nahi karte hai. customer bar bar phone kare to ye apke order ke bare me batate hai.

                          I have ordered 2 Jacket black and Brown and received the item on friday 04/03/16 and I was out of station and more over I informed the courier person not to deliver the item until I come back but he has given to my neighborhood. I came back on 07/03/16 and check the item and the quality was really bad and called customer care to return the product and they denied saying it is more than 48 hrs and the product is like a paper and how will I use it and more over I got a bad customer service from one of your team leader who keep on saying the same thing and do not understand what I am going through, Kindly do the needfull and refund the amount and take the product back.

                          Also I need someone from Consumer complaint Team to take it further on these kind of issues with these Online companies who make money by giving faulty products and they ignore customers issues and do not refund the money even though if it is a genuine reason.There are so many people who purchase things from online and do not have enough support from these online companies to get their money back for any faulty products and worst products.

                          Request you to address these kind of issues to help people who are not aware of how to handle the issues.

                          As per the request I have raised the Ticket ( Ticket # : 75794) and when I spoke to customer care of Ask me Bazaar, they informed that they do not have any info about this ticket number and the best part is worst customer service and I do not know whether I will receive my refund or not.

                          Can some one help me in this as this company is trying to not to consider my request and just playing around me and I never seen such a fraud company in my life and when I spoke to customer care got annoyed and did not get any resolution.

                          Can we proceed these things legally as they have taken the product back and no update after that.

                            I had booked IFB 25BC4 25 L Convection Oven dated 18 February, 2016 with order number "AB9775137" generated from your side. The same was booked via Gati with docket number "[protected]" for which I was receiving the messages from time to time. Now while I was checking the status of my order on Gati it was showing that the item has "Arrived at destination city". Today it is on the delivery day i.e., yesterday it showed Undelivered due to "REDIRECTED TO NEW DESTINATION at destination city' for which I needed the reason. For that I called your customer care number [protected] and the lady at your end suggested me to book a new order. So while calling the customer care, I smelled a rat, because I had ordered the oven before Budged and now the rates have been changed.

                            I have already raised the ticket with Ticket No. 73595 in which the executive told me to book a new item which will have the revised rates. Why should I book a new product when I have already booked the one and that also when the product reached the destination city and was recalled back to the company due to change in rates because of budget.

                                    I ordered Combo of 5 slim Fit shirts (XL size) from L N Enterprises, but out of 5 only 2 shirts are comfortable to me rest 3 shirts are very uncomfortable & I'm unable to wear those & also as per my ordered I suppose to received Black, Blue, Red, Light Pink & White, But i have received Black, Blue, Red, Light Blue & Sky Blue color shirts which was unexpected for me. I'm very disappointed with your service.
