No reverse pickup and refund

I recieved a wrong product 2 weeks ago, i raise a complaint for return the the product and to get my refund back ticket id QRC8403744 but there is no reverse pickup up to date. I called their customer care for several time they promised me that for the reverse pickup it will take maximum 6 working days and the refund 13 working days but there no pickup! this is embrassing me. So, what am I going to do in order to get my money back please...

Not a trustworthy company

I ordered a Lumia phone (Order # NDD2761186) and didn't get any sort of response on the shipment. After several follow up with their customer care (support ticket # 74884), they finally confirmed that they don't have product to deliver and cancelled the order after 3 days of waiting (I am not sure how they can take order for products which are not in their inventory - surprisingly they claimed they had stock when put the order)....
