      i have order one combo product from you on 28th of feb Order no is AB10123886, so it is supposed to delivered on or before 11th March, but today also it has not received, i check this thing on tracking ID UNIASKC504551, and they told that it hasn't reached in my area so another 4 to 5 days will take. So this very pathetic service from you, this was my and last order from ask me bazar.com, and i want to cancel this order, i does not want this product, i will go for another shopping site.Please improve yourself for better service.

              This is happening for the 2nd time with me and i do not know how are you running a company like this.Coming to the complaint i ordered an American Tourister Voyager first on 20th feb 2016 and than on 1st March, 2016 and both the time my product got cancelled about which i did not receive any intimation neither on my number nor on my email id and when i called to know the status of my order your associates tell me that sir it is cancelled as it is out of stock so i told him that how is this possible as it was showing in stock when i ordered it online so he is like sir you order again and this time no issues you will face so i ordered again on 1st march and the same story you all repeated again and this time also your associate is like sir you order and no issues you will face, I mean what the hell is wrong with askmebazaar?Do you all treat your customers this way?I am taking this issue to social media because that is the best way to aware and stop people from buying products from your website.This is not the way to do business.I hope you all change your policies for the betterment of the your company.

                    I recieved a wrong product 2 weeks ago, i raise a complaint for return the the product and to get my refund back ticket id QRC8403744 but there is no reverse pickup up to date. I called their customer care for several time they promised me that for the reverse pickup it will take maximum 6 working days and the refund 13 working days but there no pickup! this is embrassing me. So, what am I going to do in order to get my money back please help me ask me bazaar customer care ????

                                    have ordered on 29 Feb.2016, my order ID is AB10177887. No update till 9 mar.2016. Today about 6 pm I called care then person said that your order is cancelled. What service you people are providing to your customer as your care executive said that you will not get any massage about your order cancellation.your money will be refunded with in a week.
                                    I want to ask you is this your businious??? Keeping customer money for 15 days without any reason. If you have stock problem then cancel order with in 2-3 days. I raised ticket & ticket no. Is 71931. Here I got only system generated reply. Till 9th your executive said sir stock is available product will be delivered you with in 10 days. And today you have no stock. How can you people cancelled any order with out any information to buyer???                                       I ordered a Lumia phone (Order # NDD2761186) and didn't get any sort of response on the shipment. After several follow up with their customer care (support ticket # 74884), they finally confirmed that they don't have product to deliver and cancelled the order after 3 days of waiting (I am not sure how they can take order for products which are not in their inventory - surprisingly they claimed they had stock when put the order). Now, by giving reasons of their processes, they promised to return back the money in next 7 days, hope they do keep their promise and I don’t have to go through another hassle. :(

                                      Now I can understand why they have so many un-happy customers (these videos of delighted customers seem to be fake).

                                      Friends, avoid askmebazaar if you don’t want to live in uncertainty and don’t want your money to get blocked for 2 weeks for no reason.

                                      Do not order any thing on ask me bazaar it is the fraud company they take the payment without having the product in their stock. No tracking system, no confirmation by email, no customer care service, no responsible person comes on phone for any query.All customer are requested not to give any advance payment to this company only pay after verification .
