Return my Amount on 6- 2-2015 askme Bazaar Two sales executives approach us they committed to increase my business. That if you register with the listing search process. you can increase the sales over 30 to 50 % than sales what your on existing. Stated as they will get thousands of calls in the categories which you deal in. & we will provide the lead to you through SMS, Plus in addition to this we will send an executive who will took photos of the products you sell and post it on the ASKme bazaar online site & make free delivery with no commission in this way you loose no customer being far & distant Customer too. And requested us to pay the Amount 7350.00 through cheque, I made the payment of Rs 7350/- through cheque, They assure the Guaranteed Returns on it in the form of profit after all expenses Rs 1000/- a month, /or if sales are more then you will get Rs 1000/- as cash back on the paid amount that is nothing but equal to 6350/- Over a months passed till today no customer care can help me in this regard or any executive approach had approach me till today. & more surprisingly the regional office land phone no also wont work ie:[protected], Executive who promises me to meet me with in one hour on my every call never met me till yet I had already made 20 to 30 call to the customer care [protected] the to promise me that they will send executive but still they to fail every time when I call them they say technical problem was there call me after 24 hours they 24 hours has turned to a month but thay had provided me with only with somid ACC No acc32319 My talk with amit jain complaint no 56890 on customer care [protected] My talk with Sahil complaint no 56520 on customer care [protected] An many other staff but no result It is of total time wasting process proceeding with ….     I have placed the order for Samsung Power Bank and got the product after 1 month and it was already broken seal box and also damaged product so I have contacted customer care for replacement and they have registered my complaint and given surety that I will get replacement within 10 days and again after one month their person came and told me they hadn't got the complaint of replacement but he has got the order to pick up of my product so I told him to prove that thing because I have registered the complaint for replacement so he told me he don't know anything that's why I call to customer care but I have got it as usual 15 minute busy line so I have taken paper from that person found their Ahmedabad office number and contact concern person but he was talking very rudely with me without manners and even not ready to listen my problem and without listen my problem told me give back product to our person after some days you will get refund in your account. I think askmebazar service is worst example of worst services. They are playing with customers with planning like firstly they give money from us and give us damaged product and take back the damaged product but never give back money Please never buy any product from this website. askmebazar.com = team of cheaters and

      Dear Customers, Just wanted to share my experience about askmebazaar. I had purchased a Samsung power bank (order no: AB1051387) on 5th Feb from this site. It is looking like a duplicate one and can charge my phone upto 20-30%. Raised complaint many times both on Customer care call center as well as on email support. But addressed yet. Pathetic service. It was my first and last purchase from askmebazaar. I am damn sure this site will not be able to survive with this kind of customer support service. I had used many other sites like flipkart, amazon, snapdeal etc never faced any CC related issue. Beware to purchase anything from aksmebazaar. Once you purchase you would be not able to replace or get refund. Best.

          I ordered Glaze I Wear Golden and Green Aviator Sunglasses but received totally different product. And I tried to contact them but the call was on waiting for more than 10 mins. Their customer care number is a std number costing 2 rs/mins so they should not keep us on waiting. For 99rs product I have to waste 20rs each time for calling their customer care.So If I call them 5 times, I have to waste as much money as a price of new sunglasses.                 Complaint ref no:QRC135242 DATED: 24/02/15, the problem is the power bank supplied vide order no:AB1062604 IS NOT GENUINE the product doesnt have the capacity to recharge a mobile with 1500 mah battery it drains out completely in 10 min, in spite of this I had to call the helpline no:[protected] and requested them to take the product back at least 5 times, till date no action has been taken, to be frank i havent faced this this type of problem with any other online shopping, Please solve my problem by refunding the amount at the earliest and oblige.                     Hi, I am venkata Ramjee. Gadde, I have done the transaction 699/- (Order ID: AB1053096) for buying power bank on Ask Me Bazaar. After completing all money transactions it's shown error message shown (Attached). I had raised a complaint and the complaint number is "QRC110542". Last 40 days i am calling and mailing as a daily basis to the customer support, but not giving back my money. They are simply telling that the support team will call back to you but no one is calling, not giving back my money. If i am asking them for escalating to the higher management also they are not transferring the call. Kindly help me on this. Regards

                      They are openly cheating customers. Indian government should ban such websites.

                        This is to inform that my brother had purchased a mi power bank from as me bazaar using COD payment mode but when opened the box the box was damaged, the product was defective and fake one as well. When talked to their customer care officials multiple times (Yogesh sharma, Hassan, Azmad, Manik, Akhilesh, Saumya), everyone told that operation team will get in touch with us but no one get in touch with us for the same. My return request is "QRC132568". We had been told that within 7 days operation team will get in touch with us BUT NO ONE GET IN TOUCH US FOR THE SAME. WE EXPERIENCED A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAKE PROMISES. PLEASE HELP US IN GETTING OUR REFUND FOR THE SAME

                            The above Power Bank was purchased by me vied your Order no :AB1398199. After receiving the same at hand I found out that the same is a fake/ duplicate product. I want an immediate replacement of my order with an Original product, if the same is not done, I will be left with no other alternative but to register my complain at the Consumer Forum against your Company and for which all costs and compensations will have to be borne by you. REPLACE THE DUPLICATE / FAKE Mi Power Bank 10400mAh immediately.

                                  HI, I have bought one Mi 10400Mah powerbank from askmebazaar. Initially i tried to purchase using onl;ine payment. But the online payment process was not successful due to some issues in their website. Then i got a mail confirmation that, the product is ordered by me using COD (Cash On Delivery) Mode. I called their Customercare and they took request for cancellation. But they didnt process that. I was forced to buy it using COD mode and i bought it 20 days before. After that, i tried to use the powerbank. It is getting charged for more than 8 hours. But charging is not completed. I tried to charge my mobile using this powerbank. I cant able to get the power from the powerbank. Then only i found that the product is defective. I raised a complaint on the same day and waited for 20 days. The Customercare executives & their Team Leader gave assurance for call back. But they didnt gave callback. Finally i was forced by myself to return the product. My Sincere advise for you all is "Dont buy products from AskmeBazaar" or Try to check the product, whether it is working completely, before the delivery person leaves your place.

                                      with lots of conversation with customer care I not get support from askmebazar.com regarding mi power bank 10400 mah.this product recharges battery of 1500 mah once time and its discharge.they told to talk with the supplier my limo trading I called them but they not responding.Realy never faith this type of fraud or fake company its supplier are also fake.i want my money back.

                                        I have ordered (order number - AB935717) for Canvas Shoes in ASK ME BAZAR website on 28th Jan 2015. Till date (12th Mar 2015) it is not yet delivered. I did a mistake by doing ONLINE payment, now they are not ready to cancel the order as well. I have lodged the complaint twice (qrc117090 / qrc142434) with their customer support, but no proper response. The common update is "product will deliver in next 7 working days". End of the day it won't happen. I'm fed up calling their Customer care and there is no response via email "[protected]@askmebazar.com". This is one of worst ever online shopping website ever seen. Can anyone help how to lodge a compliant against them in CONSUMER COURT. Thanks in advance.
