This is to inform that my brother had purchased a mi power bank from as me bazaar using COD payment mode but when opened the box the box was damaged, the product was defective and fake one as well.
When talked to their customer care officials multiple times (Yogesh sharma, Hassan, Azmad, Manik, Akhilesh, Saumya), everyone told that operation team will get in touch with us but no one get in touch with us for the same.
My return request is "QRC132568".
We had been told that within 7 days operation team will get in touch with us BUT NO ONE GET IN TOUCH US FOR THE SAME.
WE EXPERIENCED A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAKE PROMISES.
PLEASE HELP US IN GETTING OUR REFUND FOR THE SAME
Ask Me Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They are openly cheating customers. Indian government should ban such websites.
No body called up to resolve, its been 2 months and my order has neither got delivered nor refund is made.
