I had ordered power bank on 06.03.2015, I had nor received any mail or message about the status of my order whether it is in shipping stage or delivery stage.Order reference is AB1400148. I had contacted Customer Care No [protected] it never work & I had communicated twice to mail id given my them ([protected]@askmebazaar.com) no replay from them.

This is regard to inform you that I have placed an order for one rebook watch for which I have been charge two time. My account has been debited for two rebook watch instead only one. I just request you to redeem my one amount which is being charged without any reason. I have attached you my amount charges message.Please request you to just go thorough this issue and fetch my money back as soon as possible.

      sir, my order for powr bank on ask me bazar for MI XIOMI power bank is delivered Today on the adress provided by me but when i opened it its an empety box no product is recieved, ihad paid Rs 600 for the product to courier man please send my product or refund my payment done

          I purchase a Power Bank through AskmeBazar, order dated 28/02/2015 at 11:35:15 being order no. - AB1295191 Rs.145/- + delivery charge. After receiving my order as on 12/03/2015 and open the box I watched that I could not charge my mobile properly. It is my first time I purchase a things from AskmeBazar and my many friend interested to purchase the same. What I should tell to my friends and relatives if I get wrong things & default things?               I had ordered for a Xiaomi power bank from ASKMEBAZAAR, but due to the delay in product delivery I cancelled it. One fine day I saw a person standing in front of my door with this product, I though to take it and paid him. Later the next day I realised this is a fake product as it could not even charge 40% of a phone. I called and registered a complaint on 11/2/15 and they agreed for refund. There was no action from there end and so I called customer care again on 18/2/15 and what they did is closed the old complaint and registered a new complaint (QRC118175) on 18/2/15. After this until today 12/3/15 I am calling customer care every time and they say within 2 working days our concerned team will contact you and we will refund the money to your bank account. So far no one had called and am really getting frustrated. I just paid 740 and I don't bother if they cannot refund but I do worry about their service and how they fool us. I suggest never buy a product from ask me bazar instead get it from flipkart or snap deal.

              Product return pick up was done on March 16 but money not yet refunded. Please advise.

                Hai this is Kumar ( sonsumer cour advocate) ( [protected]), ordered product AB859357 on Jan 19, I already paid to that Product 3459/- till now i did not received the Product nor cash back i got a call 1 week back states that because of out of stock we have not able to deliver ur product now it is in stock we are going to deliver ur product with in 7 working now 15 days passed but nothing delivered, plz make sure that my amount will be credited back to my account or product to deliver, or else by compalint will be filed against this as Right to information act 2005 and charged around 3, 54, 166 with the Product

                  I had purchased one Samsung 2600mAh Power Bank from ask mebazaar and had made the payment via my net banking.But even after making repeated calls to their customer support they are unable to give me any status of my order.No track Id nor any details.I demanded that my order be cancelled, but they are refusing to do that as well.Kindly make arrangements to cancel my order and refund the amount to me at the earliest.

                    I have oder 2 itemes AB 1209803 and AB1209931 on 20feb and i waited till 3rd march . And i canclled it on 3rd calling ur help line and they said i will get my money credited in 5 working days and on today 11 march i didt get my money back and so called again now they are saying the oder is not cancelled and i have to wait more days to get my money, ur shoppinng site and ur coustamar site is very bad and in ur helpline a bung of are sitting there .this is worst experiance from a shopping site

                        @ Nandan : Did you received your product yet ? I did purchased one product one month back, but yet not received my product, even complained several times to their customer care regarding this..This site is a fraud site, they only grab money from people and dont deliver them the products.

                          Hello sir/madam, This is the third product I've bought from askmebazaar.com. The first one was the SAMSUNG 2600 mah power bank and the second one was BLACK AVIATOR. This time I bought a ladies wrist watch and when I got it, it was damaged. Its band was broken.                           In regards of above complaint, I got instant call from a person being a customer care executive and introduced himself as Harvindsingh ([protected]). Not only he asked my Debit Card number but also insisting me to furnish him the secret code of mine which I use while making transaction. He seemed totally a fraud as after continuous denial, he disconnect the call and didn't answer what to do further. When I called him back, he insisted for that security code and after my denial, he disconnected again.

                          I'm totally disappointed with the customer service provided by askmebazaar.com and the person who are communicating in regards to complaint and support.

                          Waiting to get my product's refund or replacement at earliest.

                          I'm also attaching the proofs of my damaged product.

                          somebody might have gone through your complaint and got your number here and got an idea to trap you.

We complained on toll free customer care no. Two n half month have passed. No action has been taken by this "askmebazar" company. Neither changing the article nor refunding the money.                                   written complaint against fake product delivered on 2nd Feb 2015 which was bought online on 26th January 2015 from askmebazaar.com Just to give a brief; • I had ordered two MI-Xiaomi 10400 MAH Power Bank @ Rs 750/- each vide order no. AB884640• delivered to me on 1nd February 2015. • On checking the product it was found to be fake and not in working condition. • Immediately I lodged a complaint for return of the product with complaint log no. QRC110307• Simultaneously owing to the experience of my order delivered I also cancelled the other order for which delivery was not taken and I got the product delivery cancelled through askemebazaar.com call centre for which the service request no. was QRC110307 In this connection would like to state that though was promised for a person will come to collect the fake product collected from me, but till date nobody has visited nor I have received any call to this effect. Kindly arrange for collecting the fake product delivered to me along with the refund of cash paid amount of Rs. 750/- immediately. Would appreciate an acknowledgement of this email and ensuring the needful at earliest to avoid any legal recourse to be taken at my end.

                                      Hi, I have ordered Indian cricket team jersey with a cap combo. When i received the order i got only the jersey but not the cap. I have registered the complaint and i was being told that someone from ask me bazar will call me within 7 working days of my complaint and send a new product and I need to return the old product. I have registered the complaint on 25th February, 2015 (immediately after I got the delivery). After registering the complaint i have called them twice but they are saying only one thing that i will receive a call within 7 working days but i did not get any call from them till now. The order ID is AB1195087. This is really very bad. They are not answering to my emails. Sometimes there call is also not getting connected. I hope this forum would help me to raise my complaint.

I booked XIOMI 10400mAh power bank from the siya international on 20th feb & still not get product. whenever i call to customer care they only reply your order is confirmed & dispatched already. When i asking for courier detail than they told me to wait for some days we can't give courier detail. Worst website i ever seen.
