I ordered Amaron 150AH tall Tublar battery from this site and paid through credit Aprox 12, 000 INR on 3rd February after the order there was no communication not even a message or mail later I received a confirmation message on 7th February that the order has been confirmed, after to know the status of the order I called on 11th February to the customer care and they informed that the order has been cancelled on 5th February and they initiated Refund and said I will be getting a call from separate team about my refund and will be refunded on 5 to 8 working days. More than one month over, so far I have not even received a single message. They not even communicated about the cancellation until I call on 11th February and telling that it as been cancelled due to unavailability of stock, if the order is cancelled on 5th February than why did I received confirmation message on 7th, Here I can still see the stock available in website, till it shows in the site and spoke to the vendor as well he said the stock is available, bat the order is purposely cancelled from Ask me bazar even the item is still available in the site. So far I was awaiting for my refund till this date, I spoke to your customer care representatives for several times and there was no proper response. Whenever I spoke I get the same answer that your refund was initiated and you will receive a call back from concerned team and you will be getting refund in 24 hours, almos since 1 month I'm listening the same words, Worst service ever had before, these people are fooling the customers. I want immediate refund covering befits for my losses (phone calls, days, time) I will be waiting for your reply.
