    I book tem through online shopng 4 days before till now i didn.T recve any parcel from ask me bazar...When i contact to customer care they sad the product what i booked is deliverd on 23rd of this month...I dont know y itz sooo late to dispatch to the customer from askmebazer...Itz really late compare to other online booking and am not satisfied with this askmebazer.com

      I had purchased samsung 2600 m ah power bank on feb 1st and made online payment rs299 through sbi internet banking..And i received the goods on 10th feb and the delivery boy again bought cash from my parents rs.299..I made complaint on 10/2/15 ..Ticket no...Qrc96726..Still their is no call from ur end or refund to my account.Please refund at the earliest to avoid further complaints..I had already made complaint twice and mail .

              Hello, In GOSF(Great online shopping festival by Google) deal, I ordered a Kitchen Combo Product on http://www.askmebazaar.com/ on 12/12/14. I paid INR 299.00 for this order by using my credit card. When I didn't receive any mail or message from askmebazaar then I called to customer care on[protected] and they told me that my product is delayed by seller due to not available in stock and when I called again after few days then customer care guys told me that your product has been packed and very soon it will reach to my shipping address but till today (9 Feb, 2015) I didn't get my product so I again called to [protected] and[protected] but they all were busy for last one weeks. As I tried regular 6-7 days on these numbers but not connected to any customer care guy. And after tired I called on[protected] and talked to a care person and she told me that my order has been cancelled by me. I shocked here this that I couldn't talk to customer care, then how did I cancel my order? Askmebazaar cheated me. I never trust on Askmebazaar because after 3 months of my order, I didn't receive my order and when I called them, they are saying that I canceled my order...very disgusting that they are liar also. I really very disappointed by Askmebazaar. I will tell to everyone that not trust on Askmebazaar.                   I had ordered a set of two sun glasses bearing order no:AB1730600. After it got delivered on 30th March, 2015, I found the product is a damaged one.                   I had problem with my product, which recently ordered on "askmeBazaar.com".
                  Product was delivered to me unexpectedly without any message or call. Next day i Called there CCE(CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE) number - [protected]. They said me server is down they cant help. I Called them again after 3 hrs, again the same reply. After sometime i called them they said to call tomorrow.
                  At Morning I wake up again I called them, This time all my calls were getting abandoned. My Balance was around 40rs/- all was spend, then i called from friends mobile then someone pick call and cut, this thing was repeating continuous. Then Finally at afternoon time someone responded my call from askmebazaar and they again took my all details like name, email ID, etc . Then there was new problem now, They say that they cannot register my complaint due to system up gradation. "O God who would help me with this" then they told to call me after 1hrs, then again, I call them - Replied same answer. Whole day, I called them each time after 1 hrs but till now same reply. My Product was worth 224rs/- and my balance gone was above 200 till now no help no refund nothing. AskmeBazaar this was my first and last time I took stuffs from you and will suggest all my friends not to trust ASKMEBAZAAR.
                  I have ordered one MI Power Bank with Order ID - AB1583638, on 15th of March with AskmeBazar assurence that my product will reach me on or before 25th of March, I received product on 28th March with lot of follow up with Helpdesk, once i opend and check i came to the product which I received a damaged product,

                  I raised refund complaint next day that is 30th of March with Complaint ID QRC228410, then helpdesk said they will refund my cash with in 3 working days, still I have not received my refund now they has stopped the conversation they are not replying any of my emails as well as calls.

                        I have not received the product till now. It was ordered on 29th Jan-2015 and till now I have called your customer care more than 4 times. Every time I call, they say that the case has been escalated and I will get a call back, but till now I have not got a single call from Askmebazaar team. The complaint number is : QRC107086 They say the product will be delivered in 10-12 days and its been more than 3 weeks and no one knows the status... what a shame being in the digital age, you people still can't trace out if a package has been dispatched by the seller ??? On top of it, there is no one to escalate the issue to. Its always the front line team and no escalation path. This shows how bad your services are (In other words, they accept their services are bad and hence they are afraid to give out the escalations details... what a shame)

                        I have purchased my product on ASMEBAZAAR on March 12, 2015 with order no. AB1507649 and after that no one responded and i tried to get the status of the product, even i called the customer care about the product more than 3 times then same excuse they used to give each and every time that there is some issue in their system and to call after 2 hrs, i tried a lot but no one is responding even i raised the complaint through mail on 20th March 2015 also and no response till now. Please help me to get through it as it is more than 3weeks and no response from their side till now.

And after that there was no reply from the customer care team all they know is 72 hours and a lot of talk time is wasted calling them. My friends I sincerely request you not to buy anything From this website otherwise you will find yourself at my place.                                   Hi All, I am writing this feedback as i did not get the proper response of my complain against wrong order which got delivered to me ... I complaint about this immediately after receiving the order.. And your customer care executive told me that they will get back to me in 24 to 78 hours and now it 5 days passed but no one bothered about it.. The concern of writing this feedback was the wrong/ cheap quality order which i received from your end.. I placed the order for Reebok Bag and Watch, , But I received a bad quality bag, , and Loto Watch . The quality of watch was like a watch which we can buy from Friday or Saturday Market, , so kindly response for this feedback over mail or call.                                     I gave the order of Mi Power bank on 19th January 2015 (ORDER NO. AB 866779) on askmebazaar.com and product was delivered to me on 31st January 15 and mode of payment was cash on Delivery (COD) On opening I found that product was damaged and had lodge complaint on same day and till now Its more than 15 days, since I lodge my first complaint and had complained about six times but didn't received even a single reply from them. Below is detail of complaints Date Complaint no. 31/1/15 QRC75231 04/2/15 Same number 6/2/15 QRC87739 9/2/15 QRC95369 12/2/15 QRC95369 complaint lodge on same complaint number 15/2/15 QRC95369 Again same complaint number 16/2/15 Have called them about 3-4 times but didn't get any proper reply. Even forwarded them mail 4 times at [protected]@askmebazaar.com but to no avail After so many complaint I haven't received any single message or call. they people are just harassing me unnecessarily. Kindly help...

                                        I have order 2 headset, , but you deliver only one head set You mention grand total is Rs.99/- and in Collectable amount Rs.223/- its totally unfare i didn't expect from your online shopping plz send one more headset as soon as possible
