    I have ordered a pair of sunglasses from ask me bazaar.com in online in feb 5th 2015, but the product which delivered to me is found to be used & defective also, , immediately I called the customer care no of ask me [protected] they lodged a complaint- but even after 15days there is no response to my money & my products also not even replaced.       Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have ordered online on Askmebazaar.com for an electronic device after delivery I found that it was a defected one. I faced a same situation 2 months back when I ordered a headphone it was also a defected one. Askmebazaar is taking a leverage of offering less price attracting the people to buy a defect product. later people are in trouble not all the people will raise the voice so people will let it go as the offer price is very less.

      So people do not buy the products on this website and Concerned people please take action.

      I had ordered 'MI XIOMI 10400 mAh PowerBank'. When tried to use, it came to notice, that the product is defective & does not perform event 5% of its actual capacity. Hence I had sent a mail to the company, for which there has been no revert.

                  Sir my order no. is AB1140273 & with this order i purchased a samsung 2600mah power bank & it has delaivered on 20.02.2015 on my address & when i open it so it is not working & totaly dead & duplicate product then when i call to ask me bazaar complain no so the did not responce me properly they gave me 72 hours time call me & within 7 days to replays it now still i am waiting to phone call & replacing my product so kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible thanks & sent me original product

                      I am reddy from bangalore. recieved wrist watch against order number: AB919617. After recieving the item, it was found faulty and registered the request to take back the item againt ref number: QRC89825. Even after one month of my request to take back the item, no action was initiated so far. This is very bad on your part. when ever i called, customer care people taking details and telling another 2 days, somebody will come and take the item. But not happened so.

                        ORDER NO AB988269 i have book 1 samsung power bank on 2 feb ... after 10 days i call the customer care she says your order under process and same will be recived 10 to 12 days please wait... on 14 feb i received the sms your address incompleate please call the customer care ..after call to CC he says address is update so please wait again 10 to 12 days .. on 16 feb received the call from customer care address upadated order will send 10 to 12 days on 21 feb again receive one sms your address incompleate your order wil cancel next 24 hour WHY if i already updated the adddress so why order cancel poor customer care staff talk me very roodly MR Saurav and disconnect my phone

The address of delivery was my site office and I was sick . So 11.03.215 we opened it and used it. But Power Bank is not charging my mobile and power bank discharge.

                            Respected Sir, These are some my complaint numbers :- [protected] [protected] [protected] I have place an order on 3rd Jan 2015, and received on 7th Jan, 2015. Order no#... AB757261.After receiving the order I checked the accessory and found that is not working.. I complained on the very same day on 7th of Jan for the refund. In the beginning the Customer care agent told me to wait as I will get contacted by the accounting team for my bank detail to transfer the money. Then after I wait for more then 2 weeks but never get the call. Finally I called them and asked for the status, Lady on the other side assured me that I will get the call from accounting team within 48 hrs and raised the complaint. After 2 weeks when I did not received the call I called myself and request to speak with the manager. Executive told me that no manager available right and even no floor supervisor have to speak. Executive again assured me that he will arrange a call back and within Half an hour I will get the call. Yet I keep following Askmebazaar to get the manager but failed to do so.. Requesting you to please take the appropriate action so that these people learn to deal with the customer..

                              I purchased power bank from askme bazaar (Order: AB1319989), payment mode was Cash on delivery.
                              i received badly damaged product, so i returned it to ask me bazaar, Product is delivered back to askme bazaar on 23rd march.
                              but till today i haven't received refund. if i call customer care they keep on saying it will take more 7-10 days. two three times they
                              just disconnected the call, same response after taking to floor manager as well .

                              I think this is fraud company !! they are just looting the customers.

                              I have ordered one Xiomi powerbank dated 13th Feb, 2015 with order number AB1133163. I recieved this order on 22nd Feb, 2015. After using it for one day i found that it was not in good working condition. So i registered the complaint to AskMeBazaar executive on same day. As discussed with them they picked up the order from me. Now they are not giving me money back of Rs699. Please do the needful.

                                        I have received a faulty MI power bank from askmebazaar.com & when I am asking for refund, they are delaying their call back time since last 9 days. They are not at all taking care of customer & not even taking product back. the product is not at all working, WORST EVER EXPERIENCE & NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED WEBSITE.

                                        Still I have not received call from your back end team. What is the status? It's been a long time & still you guys are not able to solve it.
                                        I purchased the power bank samsung from askmebazaar.com. My order no My order No.AB1028109. the product can not work more than 10-15 min. ( no charging and discharging takes place) and termendous heat up mobile.
                                        i send the mail 2 time but no response from from askmebazaar.com side.

                                        I had ordered for the Samsung powerbank, order no 30472239, It has been delivered to me on 22 jun 2015... But the product is not in working condition...
                                        The Powerbank wont charge phone at all...

                                        on 16th june 2015, I had placed an order for CK Blue Watch For Men with order id :AB3594830 . Name of the seller : aayushman Watch & Glasses

                                        I received the product through DTDC. When i opened the parcel, i was shocked to see the watch with very cheap and pretty ordinary rubber strap. More to my surprise the the hour needle and the minute needle of the watch were loosely fixed and were revolving all around the axis, with every movement of the watch. A cheap quality faulty product was delivered to me.
                                        What do we do now?
