Purchased power bank online from ask me bazaar for 748rs recived on 9th feb 2015 a faulty damaged piece had complaint to the agent Samson on phone on 12th feb 2015, he gave me a complaint number QRC109432 and told me it wil be replaced but I wil get a call from them within 48 hrs so after 48 hrs I had to cal back and the another agent told me it takes 48 to 72 hours and for sure it wil b resolved and wil get a cal, I waited and again after more than 72 hours I had to cal back that is 20th feb 2015, around 12pm and the Agent Whise name is Akaash he told me now it wil take 7 days they have changed the procedure, I asked him to transfer the cal to his superior or TEam leader he directly said no in an arrogant way, and the way he spoke was just very unprofessional, not helpful at al and just wanted to keep the phone and didn't care about my complaint so I told him that he has to b more professional and helpful cause I'm a customer and he is into customer service and he needs to solve my problem he is getting paid for it but he was being more arrogant, I also informed him that I wil b taking action for this thing cause I'm very unhappy with the response from him he also didn't disclose his last name and ID number, he said he has sent a mail and I wil only recive a cal after 7 days and he was speaking and wasn't listening to me much as if he didn't care about customer service, and I told him to hold the line cause I'm caling the consumer court on the other line he just didn't care and Cut the cal ...
Immediately I gave a cal back on ask me bazaar number and spoke to another agent name Manoj and I gave him all details about the cal that happens he did apologise, but I told him to make sure he writes it down the Agents name and take an action and I need to speak to a TL or any superior he too refused saying they r busy then he said they are in meeting which I was not convinced about ... But I kept repeating for the action on the previous agent Aakash he said he wil take it as a feedback, and about my complaint for the product I wil get a cal by 21st that is tomorrow but not sure and doesn't promise, I told him this was my first time to buy a product from this site and it wil be the last, and my complaint should get resolved my product has to b replaced and action against Aakash the previous agent has to be taken he said he wil see to it ...
So now I'm waiting for them to Replace my damaged MI Xiaomi power bank, as told and take an action against the Arrogant Agent akash ...
And I'm also writing this complaint and sending it on consumer complaints.in
