hello. I have orders Samsung power bank at 298 and I igOt I delivered with following defects. The pack inside is opened and the power bank have marks on that n even on the cable and no warranty card inside the pack . I request you to return my money n make arrangements to pick up the product

    i have Ordered ray ban sunglasses ordered id is ab680510 on december and the order was confirmed on jan 2i think, then after i reaceaved the product on 9jan.i have opened the pakage and sawed it its was broken glass and the product is also not the original one, it can be brought on local roads for rs-100 not more than that...i have called them and requested them for returns and refund they told me that our concerned team will call u within 2days they called me and told within 10days ur amunt will be refunded and the product will be picked up in 6days, he took all the acc details of mine..after 10days I didn't receaved refund or a return call from them.i called them more than 10 times about that and they told our concern department will call u and adress u with in 48-72 hrs at last i got call on 28 and told within 5days the amount will be refunded but they is no refund done, and again i started again call about this issue of refund and return.then after i receaved one more call on fed 9 snd they told within 5days they will insiate the amut but today is 20 fed and didn't receaved amount and i called them they are telling that u ordered cash on delivery no so ur amount will be debited within 10-12working days!!!kindlly return my money asap!!this is a very fraud site showing fraud products and refund is also not done!!! pls dont buy anything from this site!!!

        I Rajesh N N, have ordered two numbers of Samsung 2600mAh power Bank on 14-Feb-2015. and i have received the same on 19-Feb-2015. I Have noticed the following points in the power bank i have received. 1. The Power Bank's manufacture date in the cover pack is mentioned as MARCH-2015. But i have received the power bank on 19th February 2015 itself. how could it be possible? 2.The Second Power Bank is not working properly. 3. I Have attached the Photos of the power Bank, the colour is faded and doesn't seems to be the original. Please note that i have attached the photos for the proof also. Regards, Rajesh N N

          Hello All, I have ordered my product on 11th January 2015, with the product number AB809094 and i have a list of complaint number as will, My last complaint # is QRC90072.i have speak to so many person from customer executive to TEAM MANAGER(SUJITH C, SIVA ..ETC.).Each time they will provide us with the complaint # and time period to wait...i am waiting for last one and half month for my product. After these frustrated service i have inform them to cancel my request and refund my money...they inform me they cannot Cancel the product as they have already delivered and they are burdening the logistic. I think they are the biggest fraud by keeping the public money in their hand and rolling our money for their one uses. Please me informed how can i get my money back... Regards Saneesh [protected]

          Have you got your money back...I have the same issue and i think i have lost my money.Since last 2 months i am waiting for my refund...i have called up these guys so many times and i have lost another bulk of amount by calling up these guyzz...Can we gather together aganist "ASK ME BAZAAR.COM" BY Creating a group in FB.and can come up with the ideas to stop their FRAUDS.I think this Fraud company has to be shut down...

          Because I have seen so many compliments...

            i order a summer wear shoes on ur website last month but still in did'nt get d product i call to custmer care o[censored]r website [protected] to this number there said my order was cancel due to out of stock . But still i didn't get my money back to my account i cal many times to ur custmoer care but there say my order cancel u get back soon ur money i wait frm one month it nt fair . any webstie get money back i one week ur custmr care said u get back money on feb 18 stil i didnt get money back & my order was cancel on feb 4 . & other custmer care say tht within 24-72 hr ther me but there didnt ther was no respond frm ur custmr & website so i rqst to get back my money in 24 hrs & my order id num : :AB852940 complaint num also ther give : QRC 72582

              Purchased power bank online from ask me bazaar for 748rs recived on 9th feb 2015 a faulty damaged piece had complaint to the agent Samson on phone on 12th feb 2015, he gave me a complaint number QRC109432 and told me it wil be replaced but I wil get a call from them within 48 hrs so after 48 hrs I had to cal back and the another agent told me it takes 48 to 72 hours and for sure it wil b resolved and wil get a cal, I waited and again after more than 72 hours I had to cal back that is 20th feb 2015, around 12pm and the Agent Whise name is Akaash he told me now it wil take 7 days they have changed the procedure, I asked him to transfer the cal to his superior or TEam leader he directly said no in an arrogant way, and the way he spoke was just very unprofessional, not helpful at al and just wanted to keep the phone and didn't care about my complaint so I told him that he has to b more professional and helpful cause I'm a customer and he is into customer service and he needs to solve my problem he is getting paid for it but he was being more arrogant, I also informed him that I wil b taking action for this thing cause I'm very unhappy with the response from him he also didn't disclose his last name and ID number, he said he has sent a mail and I wil only recive a cal after 7 days and he was speaking and wasn't listening to me much as if he didn't care about customer service, and I told him to hold the line cause I'm caling the consumer court on the other line he just didn't care and Cut the cal ... Immediately I gave a cal back on ask me bazaar number and spoke to another agent name Manoj and I gave him all details about the cal that happens he did apologise, but I told him to make sure he writes it down the Agents name and take an action and I need to speak to a TL or any superior he too refused saying they r busy then he said they are in meeting which I was not convinced about ... But I kept repeating for the action on the previous agent Aakash he said he wil take it as a feedback, and about my complaint for the product I wil get a cal by 21st that is tomorrow but not sure and doesn't promise, I told him this was my first time to buy a product from this site and it wil be the last, and my complaint should get resolved my product has to b replaced and action against Aakash the previous agent has to be taken he said he wil see to it ... So now I'm waiting for them to Replace my damaged MI Xiaomi power bank, as told and take an action against the Arrogant Agent akash ... And I'm also writing this complaint and sending it on consumer complaints.in

                    AB1122704 and you can see in the attached snapshot. And same is informed to customer care on the same day (20 Feb) this is the complaint number provided by the executive QRC123847 and no action has been taken.
                    Many complaints i have seen about the askmebaazar.com . Is this the fraud website.

                            I purchased online MI Power bank on 27 jan 2015, Delivered on 5 feb 2015 - order number -AB929352. I used it but it not working properly. I called customer care on 7 feb 2015 with complaint id - qrc82959. After this complaint no response. The executive told to get a call between 48 hours to 72 hours for return of product or exchange of product, but no call till 10 feb 2015. On 10 feb 2015 I again called customer care for complaint, I got a call on 11/02/2015 at 11:05 AM I told executive that call me in 30 mins but no call from back office of ask me bazaar. They called on next day at 5:30 PM I supposed that 30 mins over in more than 24 hours but that called missed. I again called the customer care to get a call back but the executive told that I was not filing any complaint but my senior call in evening and you will definitely get the call but no response. Then next day I again call customer care to get the call from back office then the executive gives the assurety that on 14/02/2015 I got the call between 10 am -12 noon but no call . On 15 feb 2015 again call attempt made at askme bazaar but no response and lossing the paitence I called on 17/02/2015 then the complaint id generated - qrc116115 again the executive told i will get call between 48 hours - 72 hours . But till now I haven't received the call. This is the way the company responding I REALLY WANT TO CHANGE THIS PRODUCT I SPEND MONEY ON IT AND WON'T ABLE TO USE IT, IT'S BEEN ABOUT TO MONTH THAT I AM WAITING FOR COMPANY RESPONSE.

                                I had placed an order to buy floaters (order no. DGA889801) about a month ago. However the order was cancelled by AskMeBazaar stating that the item is out of stock. I have been following up for refund of Rs. 695 (online paymend done by credit card) but the customer care executives each time give fake assurance that I will get a refund in 3-4 days. Please help me in getting refund. This company is a cheat and I would strongly recommend not to deal with such crooks.

                                  I have order one product (Princeware storage box 32 pieces) from Ask me Bazaar on 17th Jan. 2015 and that product was defected so I called in customer care for returned & refund for the product and they have provided me the coupon code of Rs.400 against that defected product. But when I was trying to use that coupon code, that is invalid. So I again called in customer care on 10th Feb. 2015 related to that issue and they have provided me the complaint number QRC97421 and according to them this complaint should be resolved max by 13th Feb 2015 but no resolution I have received till date. Not even call back received. Now I am calling daily in customer care and everybody is saying that you will receive a call at end of day. Recently talked with Mr. Manoj (Team Leader), Vibhor on 19th Feb. 2015 but still no response. Kindly do the needful and get money or voucher refunded to me. But after few day I got 4 order message for the same product. It is not acceptable. I am not ready to get all order sent it to me. Either upgrade your website or hold the website.                                       I ordered an item on Dec 12 2014. As per the order mail AMB sent, the item was supposed to be delivered to me within 8 to 10 working days. Item was not delivered even after 1 month. After a lot of patient wait, I called them and told enough! Cancel the order and give the money back to me. They took cancel request and said I will get back money in 3 to 5 days. They have been saying this now for more than 10 times. 2 and a half months have past, no item no money. This company looks like a scam; a bunch of thugs poaching customer money. If you like peace of mind, avoid this shopping site. They don't have any concept called customer support, will just keep giving false promises.

                                        I order TATA Swach Filter from Ask Me BAzaar on the 25 jan as per them the dispatch time is 10 days, its almost 25 days I have not received it yet evry time I called them they said that someone call you back which they didnt they dont have any clue where the item is i called them no of times. Next day on 26 jan I ordered Eureka Fobs Vaccume cleaner it was prepaid order as well When I called them regarding the status they said its being cancelled and I will get my money back with in 5 to 10 day which I dint as if now, again they dnt have any clue all they are saying some body will call me back but no body is bother . I am calling them since then no body helping me when I asked for manager or supervisor they are hanging the calles

                                        Same experience with me. I placed order on Dec 12 2014. Still no item no money return. It looks like a scam company.
