Hello My order no. was 'DGN013709' for a Rayban sunglass for men.Order was cancelled by Deal Guru.on 27th Dec14.I was not refund my money.I raised complain againt it & complain no. is[protected] Take immediate action to refund. It is more than 26 days pased still I am not getting my refund amount.I want to know why money is not back still yet? Need act as soon as possible. I called them several time but they cann't refund the money.They are fake & frud in nature.

    Dear sir, I have placed the order for Combo Pack (Shoes, Belt, wallet, aviator sun glasses) vide order no. AB680322 dt 13/12/14 for Rs 749/- due to non delivery of the above item, the order has been canceled by ask me bazaar on dt 29/12/14 . After that we did not received refund amount . We launched the complaints many times for non refund of my money vide dt. 3/01/15, 06/01/15, 09/01/15 & 16/01/15, but i have still not received my money till date. We request you to kindly take corrective action on the above subject.

      Dear Sir, I had ordered a Combo offer (Belt, Sunglass, Watch and Moneybag @ Rs. 299.00) on 05.01.2015 from ‘askmebazaar’ online shopping site. I paid online for this offer (on 05.01.15). They tell me (via sms) that the product will delivered within 8 to 10 working days, when it was late I called the help line no ‘[protected]’ on 19.01.2015 at 10.32 A.M for knowing status of my order, but no tracking system available there. They took a complain and tooled me that our representative contact you (via call or sms) within 12 hours, but till date (20.01.2015) they did not contact me.           Dear All, I bought one product when GOSF offer is there i.e. 12th December 2014 order no ABS655966 and i got the confirmation call after week saying your order is confirmed, but however after somany call & followup till date i have not received any product and they have not refunded my money back. I have never seen these kind of worst customer service in my life, hence request to every one dont do online shopping with askmebzaar its giving a worst service to customers. can anyone help me how to get my money back. rgds, Siva

            I have ordered Apple - Combo of Earphones & Data Cable on Co[protected] on Dec 12 2014. I paid for the product but the product came to my home as Cash On Delivery. I refused to pay and contacted customer care of askmebazzar they also confirmed that i paid for the product. But still now i didn't receive my product. Even i called customer care many times but no proper response and always they are telling "maintenance problem we cant able to take your compliant right now". I still didn't receive my product.

                    My Order Number is AB771287, , I had placed on 3 Jan 2015 of Edifice Watch for 999 Rupees and even their executives told me it will be delivered by this week, , i contacted them twice in last week and every time their executive told me, , that the watch will be delivered in this week.. AND TODAY Surprisingly their Executive calls me and tell that the Watch is out of stock and he feels sorry for that, , , , , , IS THIS HOW """ASKME""" PROVIDES SERVICE TO IT'S CUSTOMERS??????? I had also applied a coupon of Rs 300, which i received through mail from Coupon Dunia... But even though i did not got any discount... Even after this i Placed my Order, , but surprisingly the service is simply amazing they tell after 10 days that the ITEM is OUT OF STOCK... Very CHEAP SERVICE BY ASKME

                    I just checked whether any reply is given from your side, , , , but no reply for my complaint neither askme has given any clarification.

                    I opened your site to lodge a new complaint, , but seeing your past response, i dont want to use your site anymore for compaints...

                    This is also the same site like other, , just to receive complaints from all over INDIA, , and doing nothing

                          I have ordered Eureka forbus vacuum cleaner from AskmeBazaar through there online services on 11th Dec-2014, Order No is DGA627178, but even after completing one month my order has been not delivered by Askmebazar I have launched the complaint twice on their call center but no replay received fromthem so I have cancelled my order on 29th Dec’14 & ask them to refund my money at earliest But yet they have not refunded my money also when I have called on their call center they said they don’t have any information regarding my refund. I am really irate & frustrated because of services received from Askmebazar, I want my money back with Interest at earliest Also I have called Askmebazzar 35 to 40 time on there STD no [protected], for that my mobile service provider has charge me almost Rs150+ for calling Askmebazzar so I also want my mobil charges back. Since last one month Askmebazar used my money & cheated with me, I want compensation from Askmebazar for frustration & irritation I have suffered from Askmebazar. Request you to help me in this regard. Thanks in Advance.

                              Sir/Ma'am, I had ordered a black Reebok Core Watch worth Rs.2599.00 from askmebazar.com during GOSF 2014.I received it on 27th of december, 2014.Its order number is AB669349 and Article number RKC101. When i opened the pack i got a feeling that the product is not original so i took it to my nearest Reebok store and after checking it properly they told me that the product is not authentic and the belt is of poor quality and i also agree to this because i have used Reebok watches before as well as the machine inside the watch had been replaced.Also when the back panel was opened a piece of cardboard was found behind the machine which is actually not found in original Reebok Watches. So, now i want it to be exchanged with the original product ASAP or else i would take immediate action regarding this such as consumer case.I hope you shall look into this matter as you do not want to have any kind of issues or bad names for your company.                                   But till date i have not received any call from askme i cancel my order on 24/12/2014 because they not responding me what exject my order status, and till date no one call receive form askme even they not provide mail also

                                  Even i talk one of them supervisor Mr Akhilesh in quality service department he promised me that he will process my refund and now one week gone there is no response i have not receive any refund, call, mail, and one single massage i call five time Mr akhilesh but all employ said that mr akhilesh is not available on the floor.

                                  I had ordered for a MI 20800 mAh power bank (order # AB 2243242) COD for 999/- on 15th April 2015 which was delivered to me on 23rd April 2015.. However the unit was a used one and wasn't working properly. I immediately called the customer care and lodged a complaint about the faulty product.

                                  They gave me a complaint number (QRC386030) and set up a reverse pickup. Also they requested my bank details in order to refund my amount back. The guy arrived on 28th April to pick up the faulty item (pick up receipt # ASR124463) from JV Logistics.

                                  I handed over the item to him in the same box as it had arrived. Also I clicked a couple of his pictures as a proof that the items were handed over to the guy..

                                  Till date I haven't received a refund for this. APPRECIATE IF THE CONCERENED AUTHORITHIES LOOK INTO THIS.
                                  I have ordered Nokia 6000 mah Power Bank. AskmeBazaar delivered me the Belkin Power Bank. I returned this 23 weeks back. Lodged complaint and the number is QRC354817. Till now refund not initiated for me. Please let me know the status of my complaint.
                                  Askmebazzar had sent me a faulty power bank on January and I have returned the product. But even after 5 months, I am yet to get the refund money. Raised multiple complaints and called multiple number of times. Even tried reaching them through twitter but no response

                                    Its been almost 1 month to order my product and this is my 7th mail in a row and I did not get any response or feedback or even a courtesy call from you. And every time I call on[protected] guys there are keep telling lies, fooling around & not even forwarding my call to any senior guy who give the exact status of my order. (Even just 10minutes before i call on above number, spoke to Senior Support, He also made false promise to arrange a call from your concern department but as expected & as usual i did not get.. It is very disappointing that a big brand portal has these kind of poor unprofessional service.

                                    I book my order on 13th Mar 2015 but till yet I din't received my product its be 15 days my order no is AB1551623 Xiaomi 10400 mAh Power Bank -Mi. I called so many times in askme bazaar customer care last 10 days they telling same thing with in 2 days it will delivered, one more thing the customer care also don't have product tracking details, In askme bazaar web site they mentioned seller details i send a mail aksme baxaar and the seller but no responds, seller call also not reachable .

                                    I asked product or refund the money that also they are telling it will take 5 more day, this last 10 days they are telling same thing, I send lot of mail but not received any responds from ask me bazaar.

                                    Friends : This is my first and last order from Ask Me Bazzar. My personal experience If your planning to buy smiting don't suggest this.

                                      Good evening, I am here to share my experience with ASK ME BAZAAR. As i had ordered a branded FOSSIL watch worth rupees 6999/- & after discount i got it at 1695/-. I was impressed with the rates but when i received the order (Fossil watch) i was shocked after what i saw... improper packaging, no warranty card was in there, looks like painted, fake dial, loose time needles.. It was a complete joke. Even if got the chance to see the watch first & then to pay for it. I would never bought that watch. But this was the complete shame on ASK ME BAZAAR that they really deal with these kind dealers or wholesalers. I just want to ask one question from ASK ME BAZAAR..that what kind of reputation they have in market today & what it would be after few months if they keep doing business like this.. Aren't they responsible for what i am going through today. I am harassed today not because i have got faulty product but because i not getting my solution of refund after calling/complaining three times for the same problem. After 10 days of complaining i've got a call from them & asking me for my account/personal details for the refund and then again in 10 to 12 days and said to me that if you want refund then you have to give us bank details or else we will not refund your money & then (shweta & manger) just disconnected the call. I mean what about customer respect, how can they disconnect the call without informing the customer. Seriously do i deserve this kind of disrespect after doing shopping on ASK ME BAZAAR. Why I am not getting my money in the way. I've given to them. (COD). I am totally disturbed. This is a complete harassment to me. If you cannot do anything from your end. Then i think i've to go to the consumer court for disrespecting customer self respect & cheating.                                         I have trusted u ppl and order a laptop bag through ur portal. After confirmation of my order i didnt not go to other portal. Now After many days i get a bull message that order is cancelled and money will be refunded which not done till now. If you ppl are cheaters and could not deliver then y such fake advertisements. I could have purchased same bag through any other portal on that day. Now I have to buy it for more price. And I will never visit ur portal and i would not recommend this to anyone. And for everyone i will share my story.
