    i will never shop from askmebazaar .and tell other too taht please dont buy anything from askmebazaar .i ordered blue sofa they gave me orange . my second order was zebronics speaker which were cancelled with out any reason . very bad website i will never buy any thing from askmebazaar not let others to buy

      I had placed a order in askme bazar order no- AB9901478 on[protected] at pay amount in advance for the same product from the same day I was in touch with askme bazaar and on 3-3-2016, Company directly cancelled my product without coustmer approval or selfly without any justification(13 days) while on the same day I launched two complains in their helpline.Now they saying after 5-7 days you got your amount.They make us fool.!!!Please help!!!

        Hi,

        This is Madhu, purchased product through ASKMEBAZAR, product order id is AB8278403. I returned product on 8-January-2016 through BLUE DART courier.

        The product cost is 900 and courier charges were 1150. While returning a product, executives told refund total amount including courier charges. But they refund 1040 only instead of 2050. I called to customer care 26 times and raised ticket 6 times, they simply answered courier charges were 140 rupees only and its company policy. Is any courier can transport 2 KG's of weight product from BANGALORE to NEW DELHI? Can any one tell with 100 rupees to send 2 KG's product from BANGALORE TO NEW DELHI? In Blue Dart site they clearly mentioned charges for weights?
        I enclosed all BLUE DART courier receipts.

        I am asking from last 2 months...

        Can you please refund amount as soon as possible. Is it good to organization.

                        I had Paid for two kajals 11 days back. Order received after so long, and that is one kajal in place of 2 and that also used one and unsealed package. First shopping experience with ask me bazaar and worst one. A matter of humiliation and embarrassment as it was a gift order.
                        E commerce is struggling for a marketplace and for loyal customers and these people are taking money in advance and delivering fake products.

                            i placed an order of MILTON THERMOSTEEL FLIP of 1 ltr on February 21, 2016 on askmebazaar.com with an amount of Rs.411/-. which has been cancelled by the askmebazaar.com on February 29, 2016. when I customer care center of them they replied that your order has been cancelled as the stock is not available with seller.

                            in between when i called the askmebazaar.com customer care center on february 24, 2016 at 11:05 PM and February 26, 2016 at 06:39 PM, the executive replied that the stock is available with seller and it shall be dispatched within 10 days from the date of order.

                            now I want to state that I had put the order on February 21, 2016 when the stock was available. and the stock was also available on February 24 & 26, 2016, then why they did not dispatched the product. if the sufficient stock was not available with the seller then why they had taken the order.

                                I have received the Kitchen King Roti maker on 27th Feb but at that time I was not at home so unable to check the product. Now on 1st Mar when I checked and found that roti is prepared like a papad here and the product is faulty then i called customer care and they are saying that it is against their terms and condition and all my 999Rs got wasted. This is ridiculuous terms and condition of a company. I would recommend everyone to ban this site and never purchase anything from this site. They cheat and dont even support.

                                  I purchased a jacket form askmebazaar.com having order id AB8696590, when i received that product that product was the wrong one, which i have ordered for, the i raised a compaint against to return, after launching compain i got a message after 5 days that the palce which i belong is coming under theie irrevesible pick up, so i have to courier the product from my side to Mr Amit kumar, Askmebazaar.com, Nuvo Logistics, Newdelhi (provided adress). i courier that product on 9th feb and raised a ticket and uploaded the courier receipt as per told to me by the Custmore care on [protected]. the after uploading the courier receipt the company e mailed me that they need proof of delivery, i tried to get it and finally uploaded the proof of Delivery that Amit kumar from askmebazaar.com recived my product on 22feb. since i have raised multiple tickets and ticket nos are66555, 57875, 57833 and 62511 and still no rply from askmebazzar.com and only single answer i am getting is we will resolve your issue, and tried to issue multi compaints over phone by there helpline no [protected], the concern team is not calling and have a word me and they are closing the compaints every day which i raise over the phone and tried to ask the customer cares also dunt have relevant answer to my problem.

                                        I looked for amway protein powder in askmebazaar and try to order one 200g pack but unfortunately multiple orders of two 200g packs and one 5oog pack had been placed.
