I purchased a jacket form askmebazaar.com having order id AB8696590, when i received that product that product was the wrong one, which i have ordered for, the i raised a compaint against to return, after launching compain i got a message after 5 days that the palce which i belong is coming under theie irrevesible pick up, so i have to courier the product from my side to Mr Amit kumar, Askmebazaar.com, Nuvo Logistics, Newdelhi (provided adress). i courier that product on 9th feb and raised a ticket and uploaded the courier receipt as per told to me by the Custmore care on [protected]. the after uploading the courier receipt the company e mailed me that they need proof of delivery, i tried to get it and finally uploaded the proof of Delivery that Amit kumar from askmebazaar.com recived my product on 22feb. since i have raised multiple tickets and ticket nos are66555, 57875, 57833 and 62511 and still no rply from askmebazzar.com and only single answer i am getting is we will resolve your issue, and tried to issue multi compaints over phone by there helpline no [protected], the concern team is not calling and have a word me and they are closing the compaints every day which i raise over the phone and tried to ask the customer cares also dunt have relevant answer to my problem.
