      I have booked Oder No # DGA9914173 for trousers and got wrong size trousers and quality and stiching is also very poor and it is not of my use. When I tried to complaint the same, most of the time their customer complaint no. busy. After lot of tries, I got connected with them but I didn't get any satisfactory answer from their EXECUTIVES. i was totally fedup with the company and decided in future I never purchase from them. At that time I also placed an order no. # ABF2720828 with them by making online payment. Immediately after placing order I need to modify the size of Jeans and I called the centre and registered my complaint but they informed me that It is not possible to modify the order, you can cancelled the same and we will returned back your amount and again you can place correct order. they have given me the Request no. QRC81585783. After few days when i enquired about refund of payment, their executive shown unability to do the same as the order was not cancelled and it will be delivered.
      This type of fraud they are making with the customer. Quality of the Products is very very poor.

        Dear Sir/madam,
        I have purchased a wireless CCTV camera of Rs.1499.00 for security purpose of my home through online in askmebazzar.com online shoping site. but i am sorry to say that the item is faulty and not working as per commitment given by the seller. i have contacted and requested the costumer care to replace and refund my money. They have given advise to register a complaint through www.support.askmebazaar.com by generating a complaint ticket and i have do the same. after so much conversation they agreed to refund my money by return the product. And they have given a address to sent the item by courier. I have also done the same by spending Rs. 200.00 by DTDC courier (Proof of courier attached) but the item has returned back to my address due to the receiver refuse to receive the same.
        Therefore i am again contacted the costumer care throgh contact no [protected] and this time they have provided a different address to sent the item again. Due to this i feel that i am cheated by the company. So sir i am seriously harassed by the seller. I have attached the entire story in this complaint details. So kindly go through this for more details and requesting you to kindly do the needful to solve my problem and help me to refund my money against the item and courier charges as soon as possible then i will be ever grateful to you..

                I had ordered the product on 25th Jan under order ID: AB9200370 and if we will go by your 10 days delivery policy then it was supposed to be delivered to me on 5th Feb. I had raised many tickets complaining delay in delivery but all went in vain and at last I lost the hope the product will ever get delivered to me. Suddenly on 11th Feb someone came with the package to my office and handed over the product to my office staff without any prior notification. I was out of town and came to know about the delivery from my colleges who had paid for the product on my behalf. No one called me to verify if they should handover the document to someone else in my absence or not.
                I received message from your office for the delivery at 04:44 pm in the evening whereas it was delivered in the morning only, where is the coordination?
                I came back on Monday and collected the package from my office and found the product delivered was of very bad quality and was totally different from what was mentioned in product details reflecting on ask me bazaar website.I have raised many tickets on their website and every time they close my ticket saying sorry we only entertain complaints made within 48 hours. Please look into all above facts and help refunding my money back.

                      I'm from Chennai. Order ID: AB9696443, Order placed on Feb 15 2016. NO tracking details were provide till 24th Feb. Promised delivery date was 29th Feb. But the Product is still in Hyderabad. Customer care personnel SUJITH says, If I dont receive the product by today, they will take another 7 WORKING DAYS to solve this issue. Most Horrible & atrocious response. I don;t think this issue will properly be escalated & handled by them. I wanted to file a complaint against ASK ME BAZAAR.com If you guys could provide me some higher officials contact number, it would b helpful. I'm tired of contacting[protected].
                      Let me also know the procedure to launch an official complaint against them.

                        The double bed sheet and pillow covers delivered to me is totally different from the one shown on the website ..the colour of the bed sheet shown was attractive dark blue and the one which was delivered is a dull skin colour ... I m also very much disappointed with your quality of product and I assume that the product delivered is not even worth 200 RS for which I have paid 450 rs...

                            It is to inform i have placed my order with askme bazzar with order id AB7762016 on 21/11/2015
                            i have received a order conformation and was also provided with tracking no.
                            when i did not received the product i tried contacting the customer care of the site
                            by both email and calls and also tracked my product info which was not available
                            during our email and calls i was informed that the product might have got delayed and
                            will reach you in next 7 days ...months passed by waiting and calling to receive the same answer
                            :. It is to note i wasted my time and money tracking the article ...
                            after 2 months (11/1/16) in a inquire i was told that my order was cancelled on further inquire i was shocked to
                            hear that my order was cancelled because the product was out of stock
                            ... it was such a cheating i had been tracking for the ordered product for day and
                            ultimately come to know it was out of stock the day i ordered which lead to my loss of
                            time and enthusiasm to buy online products..
                            i recently got a mail stating cancellation of my order 3 months after ...which is horrible...plz help me

                                DO NOT buy from this website www.chupchaplelo.com this is a purely scam website which they deliver dirty packed stuffs to gain weight and size of ordered product. When you open it, you will find some dirty stuffs.

                                  I had ordered for fan from askmebazaar.com on 2nd February 2016 and it was not delivered till 16th February 2016 inspite of my several phone calls inquiring about delivery. Finally it was cancelled by the website on 16th February 2016 and money was refunded after 14 days. Thus they are doing malpractices by keeping customers money in their account without providing product.

                                    I ordered this product on Feb 20, 2016 via askmebazaar.com. My order ID is Then I check my order status which was not showed in my account in the site. Then I customer care and inquired about this later I came to know that, "After 4 hours from the payment made time only that product will reflect in our askmebazaar.com account" I was shocked but I have no idea that I already made the payment so I waited till it reflects in my askmebazaar.com account.

                                    After 4 days I found that the address which i was given by me wrong. So, I immediately called up ASKME and asked for the address change then i got the information that my product was moved to Courier company which is "Delhivery".

                                    So which is not at all possible to change the address.Also they dint care about that as well. Then I have requested for the alternate mob no. register with them as there is no coverage in my registered mobile no. but they ignored for that too Due to these confusions I was unable to avail the product on the first day(25th Feb 2016) where the delhivery courier boy went to that wrong address and he returned. Second day I called up the Courier company and I asked for the alternate no. update to call me they accepted my request and they followed up and delivered the product on second day(26th Feb 2016).

                                    After receiving the product with 30 mnts I got a call from askmebazaar.com and one of the lady was informed me that " the courier boy was unable to deliver your product and it will take maximum 5 working days to deliver that product(PLS NOTE I GOT A ABOVE INFORMATION AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT). Which shows the miscommunication b/w the askmebazaar.com and Delhivery.

                                    Coming to the product which i bought" Quality of this fan is too bad and the cup which used to cover the Mounting Bracket was broken. Also the wings are like blade and bent, which is very very thin. I would strongly recommend to not buy this product.

                                    This is my FIRST AND LAST visit on askmebazaar.com.
