I have buy a product from askmebazar.com. first is receive the order after waiting 15 day. and there is not the correct product what actually they show on website. after next day i put request for return. next day person come to recive the packet and give me the slip. not it's 6 months left i did not get back my amount. i have put the 4-5 time online request and also call so many times but they did not reply properly. that are always doing fraude

            I ordered askme grocery on satuday night at 9:42 pm dated 25 june 2016. But there is no delivery to my address. And you people are not providing any option to cancel the order. Remember you have lost your customer. I have ranged phone 10 times to customer support still no positive response. Please either deliver the order or provide me the option to cancel it. I will never order from askmegrocery in future. This is my last order to you people and last attempt to have grocery.

                          The 5 led bulbs supplied vide order no. Ab12392198p5904351 were supposed to be of 12 watt each. But the light is equivalent to 5 watts. On none of the bulbs the specifications about the bulb is mentioned. On use one of the bulbs fused within 24 hours. I have not used the other 4 bulbs. Kindly take back your stock and refund my amount immediately.
                          The order was placed by me on 11.06.2016 and was executed by quickdel logistics pvt. Ltd., khasra no. 17, bamnoli village, sector 28, dwarka, new delhi 110077.

                          Even after making a complaint regarding supply of sub standard products for order no..AB12392198P5904351dt.11.06.2016 supplied through Quickdel Logistics Pvt.Ltd, Khasra No.17, Bamnoli Village, Sector 28, Dwarka New Delhi 110077, till date you have made no effort to collect the goods and refund my payment although more than a month has passed. Kindly arrange urgently to take back the goods and refund the amount.

                            I am purchased the trimmer in askme bazaar.purchasing dater november -2015. 2 years warranty on the product. but charger not working from few days.here locally i approached service center.they told me that it was irreparable so you approach seller.they can help you.

                                I had booked product (Inverter & Battery) on 15th May 2016 wih order no. AB12133458P4557330 of Rs 12993.
                                but partial cancellation was done at there end, reason unknown; then full cancellation was also done on 17th may 2016.
                                Rs.8444 refund was recieved on 24th may 2016.
                                Talked several times on consumer forum of Askmebazar but every time the executive or public dealing person declines and ask for 4-7 days of refund and complaint no. was generated on 2nd of June 2016 i.e., QRC97493981 and asked us to wait for 4-7 business working days fo clearance.
                                since than many calls and complains are done byut no action is taken till now.
                                Finance department of the forum too lingering on every time which is becoming intolerableas the remaining amount is still not recieved.
                                i just want my Rs. 4549 amount my back, as water is up the limit.

And return on 4 may 2016 in a dispach room at indian institute of science education and research bhopa iti campus (Gas rahat) building govindpura and my complaint request qrc[protected] and delivery boy from ask me bazaar pick up my order from there and not give for me any type receipt and my parcel missing from there..                                       My order is Microtek inverter pure sine wave 900 VA and order id is
                                      AB12219185P4592463 (ordered on[protected]. Order is not showing in my askme account and i did not get any mail or message.It is next day delivery item as mention by askmebazaar.com but after 7 days gone i did not get any message or information about product and order cancel without any intimation.

                                      Today is 20 jun 2016 no refund is come to my account. My credit card statement is generated with emi+14% interest charges.

                                        Iam rizwana. My order no ab 12349754 p 2837797, i have ordered on 31 may and received on 6 june for unnati double bed sheet with 2 pillow cover but i received single bed sheet, so i have registered a complaint and the team has informed that reverse pickup will be done and refundable amount will be reaching within 13 days but still i has not reached, again i called to the team they are informing at last moment they dnt have reverse pick up and telling me to send the product through courier, pl do refund and take up the product back by your team itself as soon as possible. Its very difficult to customer to send the product back, please do at earliest
