I ordered medium tees but got small. so im going to return product. I request you please take your product back and refund my money back

    Hi.
    This is truly disappointing to write to you explaining all my problems again after giving many calls.
    I bought a collar leash blue color on 31 jan 2015. The order number is ab9376169.
    On receiving the order i paid rs 125 again as the packet was marked with cod. The guy who delivered the order informed me to call on customer care number for refund.
    I called on the number and they asked me to wait for 15 days for refund taking bank account number and all the details. It was probably on 4th feb that i had called them.
    Then the next call was made on 25th feb (Qrc[protected] and they asked me to wait fo another week.
    I did not receive any call or message or any refund. So, i fumingly called to the executive on 10th march. They provided me a reference code qrc85575134 and vishal, the executive whom i talked to, ensured me that a manager will call me for solving this issue. No call received till now. Disappointingly i called again and talked to anant (Qrc[protected] this time. He provided me some details where i was supposed to send the pics of reference code number generated by bank while making online payment and the packet with all the details esp the word cod.
    Today is 4th june and my issue is still not resolved. I made last effort to call again (Qrc[protected]. She put me on hold for half an hour and asked me to wait as she was transferring the call to her manager. I disconnected with utter hate and disgust regarding service. Now i am uploading pics with details to get this problem solved.
    Please look after this matter as soon as possible and give me the refund.
    It is not the money i am concerned with but all i am looking is for the service which is too bad.

        I bought an lg refridgerator for rs. 17924 from askmebazaar.com, paid for it online and was promised delivery within 24 hours we did not received the product so we called again and was told again and again that it been shipped. After 4 days of these lame excuses, i was told very flatly that my order has been cancelled because the refrigerator was out of stock! Order was placed on 22 may and they have not refunded my money yet! They are just lying again and again.

The product was sending by pathways marketing & consulting group, khasra no-136/2, nearshivwala mandir & sbi rithala road, village - badli - delhi-110042.. I am doing complaint continuation ly against it, my complaint no. Qrc24616 on dated 23/5/16, to mr, shibendu, qrc-24476, 24686, 24681, 25118 on dated 26, 27, 30/5/16 to mr, mahender, ms shristi, prem, mr, sri nissan and also talked with mr, puneet supervisor today, after 13-14 days there is no results, and they saying complaint is under process and our team will contact you with in 24 working hours. I already submitted complaints at consumer complaint site with image of product... And i have received mail, complaint i'd no.- 1298123 on dated 30/5/2016... I again request you plz do needful action immediately ana refund my money... Either i will complaint against you in consumer court.In legally process... For fake id and looting the janta (Public) in thi site, and given to media also... So plz necessary action pls. This is last warning...

                I informed this immediately on ur customer number but they informed that they can do nothing.

                But this is fraud my mobile phone number is not even registered at your site.

                Do the needful this kind of fraud will not be tolerated. In future also plz dont take any order on my name and address as i will never gonna buy frm your site anything.

                  I had purchased maharaja cooler Thunder plus on dated 23/5/2016. But It was damaged/ broken product...I have do many complaints in ask me bazaar.com customer care. But they told me that their team early contact to with me. But today one week is over, no team fm their website not contacting with me, perhaps it is a fraud website...They are not giving a good response, so I request you, please do needful action and returned my refund immediately...I shall be thankful to you for this..

                    I have made an order form http://www.askmebazaar.com/ and after 8-9 days they send me a damaged product. Product order no. Ab12087247 of samsung guru music 2 mobile - white & green and this one is my complain no. Qrc95670109.
                    They send me a damage product. And when i call him to complain they told me give the money to our executive and after few days we will refund you. After 10-11 days they are saying complain is still under process.
                    And after a long time they are saying this product is not belongs to him that mean who gave me this product he is not authorized person according to him.
                    That means they are giving our personal details to other (Fraud) persons. I want to take strict action against him.

But i received this item on dated 23/5/2016 at approximately 20:00hrs in evening. When i open this product, and checked it was damaged/ broken fm the down corner of the water tank, which was leaking water. Then i complained customer care same time tat day, i continually contacting the customer care person, what they told me your problems will be solved wiwitin 4-5 working days, but still my problem is not solve.                             3 days back i ordered an air conditioner for the next day delivery and i paid upfront with my credit card and being rest assured that the product will be delivered next day as it's the case with all the online sellers. I just received an order confirmation and nothing else for a whole day after that. The third day after raising a ticket and talking to tons of people in your customer care team i'm being assured to wait for some time for the product to be delivered. All this while i kept asking for the supplier name or atleast a confirmation on mail so that i can track my package.
                            Since it was an ac and had to be installed i took a day off from my work. So last night another senior member told that i'll receive it by 10 pm at max. I agreed and i said fine if that's the case otherwise i'll cancel the order and have it from the market.

                            So the day passes and now it's the third day and again i speak to one of the senior executives named pranil and again i'm told to wait till evening and no other information is given.
                            What i fail to understand that is it so difficult to connect me to the back end team and let me know the status. Why it has to be so tedious for a customer and he has to go through all this?
                            Even the customer support team seems to be baffled about the issue and tells me to call back after half an hour cause their superiors are busy.

                            Additionally, i would have cancelled the order by now but unfortunately i can't see no orders on my askmebazaar account, so you guys need to work on that too.

                            It's my sincere request to have the product delivered it today or have it cancelled and i swear to god this will be my last interaction with your company.

                              To whom so ever it may concern.

                              I would like to draw your attention towards the order mentioned below. And the pathetic experience i have gone through.

                              I had ordered czar elite smart pink flower 16 pcs dinner set on 21st may 2016, order no: ab12217728.
                              After much waiting of 7 days where it was from net day delivery category i have got to know that the order has been cancelled as per request!!

                              Now i want to understand who has cancelled the order, i got a call 2 days back from a person who said that he is from askmebazaar and has a delivery, he was standing on the gate no 1 of the address and was asked to come to the gate no 2 as mentioned in my address. After 20 mins i called him again and he said that he is coming. However after that nobody came, we kept waiting and tried connecting but could not connect.

                              Today i have tried to connect to your askmebazzar customer care, i spoke to neha who said that the order has been cancelled as per request, on showing my dissatisfaction and my request to speak to the manager i got connected to ms neelam gupta, floor supervisor who also read the same status from the system and told me the same. I know she is the floor manager and will not be able to do anything however i wanted to speak to someone who can take some action and my order could be delivered at the earliest. Now my problem is that she said that there is no one who can speak to you nor there is anyone who can take any action. Now i am wondering the kind of customer relation you have and what customer values you have. She said even the manager will tell you the same and no one can do anything, then she said the manager is not available.

                              I am hopeless now that anything would happen, i also would like to tell you that i am a person who have done ample of online shopping exp. And i must share this is the worst and the first time such negative experience i have got specially from customer care.

But till date they were not send the money to my account.

                                    I have order an jacket. As shown in website the product is different from it & product quality is different from it. I need to refund the product i want my money back.

                                      I am mohammad rehan from patna, i order for toofan ceiling fan order no. - ab12183410p4701134 from askmebazaar on[protected], i received order parcel from blue dart courier on[protected]. I pay rupees 664=00 for this parcel.
                                      When i open parcel i shocked, it is not toofan, it is some chetak co. Very small size, wings and hanging rod is damaged. Today when i use this fan, just after 15 min. Smoke comes and its machine burn. Now i want to return this and want to return my money.

                                        Sir before some days I order combo of 4 alligator printed shirts but I have got incomplete product I got only 2 plain shirts yello and green then on 11th may I complaint this matter to our customer care he said in 13 working day this product pick and refund your amount also I gave my bank details but no any action take from u and today I call customer care they said u have got complete product now I am sending photos of order and how can this possible I haven't complete order plz tack correct action otherwise i will complaint in JAGO GRHAK KENDRA my no is [protected]
