Sir,
I am fade of your service and disappointed a lot to use you again. Because i have ordered a product on 18th may 2016 and the product had'nt delivered on time as you mentioned. After enquiry i got to know that courier company can't find the address. So this order had cancelled automatically on 29th. But i keep continue to call to your customer care but i don't get my money back, they only give dates to resolve this case. So i am suffering a lot and i have to pay my credit card bill. So would you please give me the correct date to return back my money so that i can trust on you and use you again. Hope you will do me this favour as soon as possible

I ordered for car jack through sbi buddy on20th may.Immediately my wallet debited byRs.2989.Transaction failed money not refunded till now.I sent so many mails but nothing has been done.On16thI contacted your office and was told that money will be refunded within24 working hours.Then on18th I was told towait til21st.On 21st I was told to wait till23rd but still money not refunded.You are the worst company which is keeping my money for more than money without delivering product.My complaint no. isqrc97953564

    After seeing the image in askmebazar.com ad on line i ordered on line for one dr morepen. Gluco one blood glucose monitoring system model bg-03 with 50 testing strips. Vide idab 12397198 p 5946541 dt 16 jun 2016. And delivery of gluco one (Blood sugar monitoring sys was made on dt[protected] with only 25 strip (25 strip short). The complain was made with askmebazar.com complain centre vide np-qrc 25967 on dated 17-06-16 next day i am told to send the image of the product. I received.
    I request you to send me the missing strips at the earliest

        Hi i ordered shoe rack on 25th of may 2016 & paid rs3980/through my debit card, which u guys canceled it. Called multiple times ur cc for refund which proved to be of no use, they just say u will receive call back... Which i never did. Mailed them.. They said money is refunded on10th june 2016, where i don't know... To whose account... I guess askme. These guys don't have my bank details still these guys transferred the amt, where, god knows. Checked with my bank no money is transferred to my account from askmebazaar.

          Hi,
          My order id: ab[protected]Combo of sports watch amp 44 reflector sunglasses amp 44 laptop bag amp 44 wallet amp belt)
          Amount paid: ₹729.00
          But i received
          1. Sports watch,
          2. Amp 44 reflector sunglasses,
          3. Amp 44 laptop bag (Not a laptop bag with scratch),
          4. Amp 44 wallet,
          5. Amp belt: not received

          So i wanted to return this item. I was trying to return this item but no one is responding and just asking labels of this item that i have send more that 5 times with all the images of damage item.

          This is my ticket id: #106387

          That i will be not available after 16th june so i requested then to take back this product but i am not getting any service from them. Just getting useless replay from them with out any return process.

            I ordered one Skyline Electric Cordless Kettle on 28 January, 2016 vide order no. AB9284187 from some other place to my home address, as I was not at home so my family members have received the same without noticing brand name.

            When I came back at Delhi on 21/2/2016 I found you people has delivered wrong brand naming Anmol. When I made complaint to them they ask me for shipping label, which my family misplaced.

            In this regard, I would request you to replace Kettle with ordered brand i.e. Skyline or refund for the same.

The company has told me that the item will be delivered in 8 days of time. I have still not received the product. I have sent mails many times to the company. I have received mails from the company in which is is told that they are trying to deliver my product. But still no receiving. I have demanded my money.               I received product on time, but it was damaged completely. I unable to use that product.So, I called customer care and informed them.                 May 14th, i ordered for an item. I didnt get the item even after weeks. I didnt get proper answer from askme. So i contacted seller. He told me to cancel the order as there is some dispute going on between him and askme. I contacted askme. They cancelled the order. According to their policies, they need to refund money in 7 days of cancellation. Its been weeks again and till now, i didnt get refund. Its truly a fit for nothing site.It wont bother to fulfill the order or refund the customer. Customer has to follow up for everything. Its one month now, i didnt get my money if i spent for keeping the order.

                  Hi ordered a spark white sports shoe against the order # AB12196236P5925324. I ordered on 19th may and I paid 1429/- for that order. On 30th may I was told that the order could not be processed since the product went out of stock it seems. (I wonder how this weird thing will happen). On the same day, I called the customer care people and asked for the reason and agreed cancelling my order. I was asked to told for 7days for getting my amount back. I called again since I dint get refund, I was again asked to wait for another 4days. Again after 4days when I called back for refund, same stories were being told. "I UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM SIR, I WILL TAKE COMPLAINT SIR, I WILL ESCALATE THIS TO THE CONCERNED SIR".
                  I really feel why did I place order in this site. This is my first experience with Askmebazaar. Learnt a good lesson.
                  Request you to refund my money back asap.

                    Then i got found those products are incomplete as well as broke.

                    Again i got a call for your end & they've confirmed my bank a/c number as well as ifsc code because it's a cod case & inform me once our executive collect the parcel, you will get the amount after 10 to 12 working days.

                    Till now nobody has comes to me to collect the product. When i call your customer care numbr ([protected]), they not giving the right solution.

                    So it's a humble request, please arrange a executive to collect the incomplete product and when i'll get the particular amount.

                      Hi placed an order with askmebazaar for a atlanto cooler on the 26th of May 2016. They sent me the cooler the next day. The coolers fan stand was broken and i notified the company the next day. I uploaded snaps as asked by them and i called them numerous times but i have not received a refund or any kind of response from them.When i asked to speak to a supervisor, they said none was available and said that a supervisor will call in 4 working hours. Nobody has called yet and we are sweating it out in the heat. On a closer examination of the product i noticed that it does not have the honeycomb pads as mentioned on it and the product seems used. We are extremely disappointed with askmebazaar. This is my order Number AB12280406 and this is my complaint no 104294

They sms & mail to me the return the damege product & i had return the all product & also they mail to me for my bank account details for return the amount... I had returned the all product to nuvoex person against reverse pickup order amb0110844. Dt-30.06.2016...

                        From dt-30.06.2016 to till date i am sending mail to askmebazaar team & calling phone. But still not recd amt in my bank ac...

                                Through ask me bazar portal i had ordered ro+uv water purifier, your order no:
                                Ab12186853p1489388 dt 19 may 2016. For rs1773.00, on 20 may i get an invoice no os-25522 from sender :good life stating the description
                                Of goods as af 5 stage uv purifier without wa.
                                I called the sender mr deepak, he confirmed that it is ask me bazar mistake that they have listed wrong item, and they dont sell ro +uv purifiers to bangalore and not at this price.

                                I called up ask mr bazaar customer care to xxel this shipment, as i dont want only uv purifier, the lady told me not to accept the shipment and xxxel the shipment and make a notation y u r xxeling the shipment on the invoice.

                                As such the day i got the shipment from blue dart i xxed the shipment although the sender had changed the invoice just reflecting now ro+uv, just to fool me.

                                Ro+uv purifiers are not available as such throw away price, that is the reason i was forced to xxel the shipment, now if you guarantee me sending
                                The correct ordered shipment at the same price i am ready to acceo the shipment.

                                  Cheat site hai, fraud hai, plse help karo ki ye site hamesha ke liye band ho jaye, maine 9th of may ko samsung lef 32fh4003 order liya tha, product muje 25 ko mila.2 dino take achha chala useke bad power button on hi nhi ho raha hai.1 year ka samsung warranty tha, maine samsung service centre ko call karke bulaya, unhone kaha ye duplicate hai ye china ka product hai, circuit leakage ho raha hai aisa model ka led samsung company me hai hi nhi.Invoice bill me model. No 32fh4003 likha tha aur is fraud company ne muje model diya tha jo koi model. No hi nhi hai. L need help plse mail [protected]@gmail.com, plse help me to refund my money. M y order id-abf12052817

                                  Now a days it's not easy to earn money, bcz of this site my 15000 is totally wasted.i m the poor person not earning too much, how they do like this.agar Askmebazar.com ko nhi hota hai to kyo 50% discount dete hai aur customer purchase karte hai to use duplicate product dete hai air remote Dekho total duplicate hai, samsung ka sticker chipkaya hai

                                    Dear concern...It's very disappointing...that even after reading -ve comments abt ur company, products, deliveries etc nd etc...i trusted u people nd placed a order on 29-5-16 for bride slim fit for 699rs nd my order no was [protected]...today at 7:45 i received my parcel.After opening it i found that it was not d product which i demanded.The product sent to me was smart bra nd which i didnt ordered and was not even of my size too.dear concern pls replace my order or refumd my amt as soon as possible.

                                    Pls people don't buy anything for askmebazaar...This company makes fool o[censored]s.They don't deliver the product which we demand for.Making u aware with my own personnel and recent experence.I demanded slim fit nd they sent me smart bra 3 piece pkt.pls don't get urself cheated.I had a very bitter experience.pic is been attached.

                                      sir maine 15th April 2016 ko askmebazzar.com ki website se ek (samsung galaxy grand 16gb white) order kiya tha sir meri order id NDD11571099 hai aur iske confirmation mujhe apni registration Email id par mil gaya tha, , sir maine customer care se baat bhi ki wo bole ki order ke liye approval mil gaya hai aapka product bicker ko delivery ke liye de diya hai...aap ko 2 ya 3 din me item deliver ho jayega ... kai baar sir mujhe mere registered phone no. par confirm bhi kiya gaya ki aaj aap ko item deliver ho jayega aur fir 10 din ke baad aapke customer care wale bol rahe hai ki aap ka order cancel kar diya gaya hai...sir can u help me ...please resolve my complete

                                        My Name is Shilpa Kiran, my order number is AB12182458

                                        I had placed an order at Askmebazaar for a bigsmile shoe rack on 18th May through net banking, Product was not delivered by ask me bazaar for stock unavailable, but till now i have not received my refund money.
                                        I have already complained it regarding this matter and my complain no is QRC97650203, QRC97650767 & QRC96872582. but still no refund.
                                        Next time they asked me to log a ticket through online and they have closed the ticket #104778 saying speak to your Bank. When I spoke to the bank, they confirmed that amount was credited to Askmebazaar.
                                        Now, I am not sure, what to do. Please look this matter & resolved it as soon as possible.
