Hi, I did an online shopping on 13thDec, 2015 of amt. Rs 9365/- that was charged from my credit card but never got the order. After payment was made a reference no 636218 generated but not got the order no. which was unusual. The customer care told me to wait as it was their website problem.I called the credit card company to know that payment was charged from the merchant gateway but goods never delivered.
