Order Id: AB4212440 I paid the amount for the product through online whereas they again collected the amount at the time of delivery, when I contact them they promise to refund the amount. since july 22, 2015 to dec 28' 2015 no refund is cleared from their end. kindly you are request to take action on them as they are looting innocent people all over India.

You had sent me nearly expiry date product i.e March 2016.I had called your customer care number [protected] and asked for replacement but got no response .My trainer and many friends have tasted the product and all of them have said that the product is duplicate.             I had ordered 5 pieces combo pants in ask me bazar.com which was delivered to me on 24 th December.however I find that these pants fits my size and I had called it customer care number today but they said that a complaint can't be registered as it it passed 48 hour I just need a solution now as I can't use the cloth i instead I can just throw it as a trash is any body there to give me a solution.

              Hello,

              My order no AB9968794. I have placed the order of combo pack (5 Shirts) but the quality and the size was so cheap. I called the same for return and the product had picked up. But still they have not refunded my amount. The my experience by the ask me bazaar was totally bad. It's refund service are also so nasty. I am still awaiting their reply. No one has reply yet.

                Galti se bhi galti na karna aur askmebazar se kuch bhi order nahi karna nahi to product bhi nahi milega aur paisa bhi nahi. customer care name ki koi cheez nahi hai sirf symbolic hai. koi response nahi milta. maine mobile phone order kiya tha aur credit card se payment. na to phone aaya na hi paisa. complaint kiya hua hai par abhi tak koi solution nahi mila.

                Dear Sir, Askmebazaar- on line cheating site:BEWARE

                I ordered for 5-in-1 Air sofa from Ask me bazaar and received the item for which I paid Rs.2500/- Cash(COD).   On filling the sofa with Air I found that the  sofa is damaged and air leaks out of the Air Sofa-cum-bed and the product is not usable.  Immediately on the same day I raised the complaint in the askmebazaarcom/ support/ticket and I was issued the ticket no. 31456 on[protected] to my E-mail.   After this to review the progress of my complaint I was constantly logging in to the ticket area of askmebazaar/support/ticket/31456  and view for further updates.  The site was showing  "Processing"  even after 2 weeks.  Then I became anxious and contacted their customer care no.[protected].   I was  told that they don't know anything about the complaint ticket since the ticket serving team and the customer support team is different.  When I requested for the ticket team's phone number they could n't provide it. They  told me to wait for 10 working days and assured me not to worry. Then I was checking in the ticket site for updates.    Then all of a sudden they closed the complaint "stating whether I am happy with the resolution of the complaint" . I was shocked to read this since they have not done anything to solve the complaint nor refunded
                my money.  When I contacted them again they told me to raise another ticket by filling all mandatory columns.   I couldn't understand the reason for this since my earlier ticket contained all the details including my Bank details.   So as per their direction a new ticket was done in their support site and I am provided with ticket no. 38454.  Every day I use to check the status. The status  was showing "Processing"   all these days."  Then  there was a mail stating that my Bank IFSC Code is to be updated.   For that I E-mailed to them my Pass Book Front Page with Photo ID which contained all details regarding my Bank A/c.  After that their site shows that "Awaiting my response.".  I am unable to understand what response they require from me since I have provided all the details including my Bank a/c. details.  So I mailed to them regarding their site error. Then I understood that they are simply prolonging  the case instead of solving my genuine grievance. However I was checking the ticket site for further updates. On day surprisingly I noticed that these unscrupulous people have closed the 2nd ticket also without redressing my complaint. I protested against these closure of tickets and raised a series of tickets in their support with ticket Nos. 38461, 38462, 41836, 41835, 41833, 41832, 41828, 41827,[protected], 42900, 42899, 42863, 44121, 44191, 43713... These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue.

                I reviewed this cheating site highlighing my bad experience with Askmebazaar in mouthshut and consumercomplaints. It is surprising to note that this unscrupulous askmebazaar has responded to my review apologing for the delay and stating that the refund is in process. This is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers and again an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat viewers. On scrutiny of various complaint against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have responded similarly without solving their issues by pretending &responding in a positve manner. Dear buyers and product viewers. Pl. understand that askmebazaar is a customer cheating site. They have dump of spurious and damaged products, which they want to sell by colourful advertisements and offering huge discounts etc. I appeal to all not to fall prey to these ads. Once you pay, your money is lost. The customer support team consist of a team of cheaters who know pretty well how to cheat and how to earn profit at the cost of others. My experience with  on-line purchase from on line stores  like shopclues,   amazon,   flipcart,   Lot of stock and other TV ad sites like telebuys   is that the customer support team is very friendly,   very quick in response and the TAT(Turn around Time) to solve grievances is within a maximum of 7 days. The experience in  askmebazaar is very much indifferent,   we would be anxious, with much tension, no TAT, no response from the given support phone number and we are wasting much of our precious time in follow up action and finally we would realise that they have cheated us.   Pl. don't go by their resolution wording such as "To have better insight to your complaint raise another ticket in our support...", "we apologise for the delay and have taken up your case seriously", "your refund is in process and soon you would receive.." all these are false responses given by this cheating team. If anybody has received one paise back from this cheating site pl. respond for my information and noting for my records.

                In my experience they have closed the First Main ticket 31456 dt.[protected] and subsequent tickets raised with nos. 38454, 38461, 462... and so on without solving the issue and refunding the money.   Now God only knows whether I would get back the hard earned money lost more than a month back.

                        This is the worst website and Fraud company to cheat peoples I am dealing with. I had ordered a Luxir Men Accessories Combo Rs.549 I still took the order but when i had a look at the order it was in damage condition and rest of the stuffs were like footpath product. it was full waist. I had complained for the same( Complaint ID[protected] and asked for the refund but there is no response and i also send massage on tweeter to Mr Kiran Murthy but there is no response i am very surprised I have complaint to senior management of askmebazzaar but nobody provide any response. It means company is totally FAKE so please blacklist this company in Indian market because they all are cheaters and cheat Indian peoples.

                        I have already registered complaint 2 or three times but nobody provide me any update for the same and i check the ticket no # 30140 and (33193) is not updated. every time(last 4 days) you people says you are working on it please confirm how much time you will take.

                                Dear sir, I have purchased Kitchen Combo (Juicer + Apple Cutter + Slicer + Chilly Cutter) - KIT_0097 order id no:AB8172809 and Paris Polo Combo of 3 Fashion Stretch Jeans - 3 jeans order id: AB8007873 here there two product is cash on delivery basis but the product defective quality so i return the above product and the company says your refunded comes 13 working days but till it goes above 20 days we have not received any kind of money. so we request to refund my money.

                                  they will not.../
                                  they have delivered a fake product to me, i returned it..
                                  its 2 months, more than 15 complains, spended more than Rs.500 on calls, 4 times refund has been processed to me by askmebazaar, but the refund is not reached me yet.. :P

                                  So don't be in dream that you will get back your money.
                                  dont ever return the product.. use what eva you got.. or else, money is already lost, you will also lost what you have.

                                    Hi, I did an online shopping on 13thDec, 2015 of amt. Rs 9365/- that was charged from my credit card but never got the order. After payment was made a reference no 636218 generated but not got the order no. which was unusual. The customer care told me to wait as it was their website problem.I called the credit card company to know that payment was charged from the merchant gateway but goods never delivered.                                       Order was placed on Nov 2, 2015. It got cancelled on Nov 22, 2015. As per helpdesk of askme bazar, money will be refunded in 5-7 working days, however till today Dec 24 2015, no money was refunded in my account (credit card)
