    I ordered for Nikon D3300 (KIT WITH 18-55MM VRII LENS) DSLR Camera Rs.21599 /- Discount Rs.600/- Total Rs. 20, 999/- to Askmebazaar.Com on 12.11.2015. order ID DGA7479994. I paid the full amount Rs. 20, 999/- .But now they are saying your order is going to be cancelled due to unavailability of product and your money will be refunded. But till now nothing is happened. Moreover still now they are giving advertisement of same product with same price in their web site (till today 18/11/201). I cant understand what is going on. Lots of telephonic discussion was happened, neither they refund money or supply the product. Please do the needful Sudipta ray, [protected]

      i have been delivered PRODUCT VACUM CLEANER vide cod order DGA6835051 WHICH HAS BEEN FOUND DEFECTIVE. I HAVE MADE REQUEST ON HELPLINE NUMBER[protected] WHERE I WAS TOLD TO SEND IFSC CODE AND ACCOUNT NO AS THE AMOUNT I.E. RS. 325/ so as to credit the amount iN MY ACCOUNT.
      but the same has not been credited as yet.

      KIND CREDIT THE AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST.

        I got a call for my following order Id NDD2551835 in the morning from one of your executive they told me that the product you had ordered is 1 ton ac whereas I explained and told her the item is Hitachi 1.5 tons model name rav518hud which is for 1.5 tons only which had a mrp of 37090 for which I paid 28901; to which you executive said she will come back on the same and revert by day end. But I haven\'t received any call from her side also in evening I received a msg stating that my next day delivery would be effected since I was not reachable on phone for confirmation of order, What kind of service you all are providing I beleive you are here for cheating customers. I have all the required proof to support my claim to them.Really pathetic in dealing with you guys !!!

          Ordered sony10000mah power bank from askmebazaar.com order no. AB2510560 5 month ago. I was sent wrong product. I returned the delivered product to askmebazaar.Com .they said to wait few day.I waited and them after no response from them. I called their support then. They confirmed and then told me to wait for another other call it may take few day after again no response from then. I called them again then told me same thing again every time a different agent in support came and tell me same instructions. After calling serval time the refund your bank a/c has been created but did not have any money in my a/c created. I the legall proceeding should be in the I p c 420. Plz do something don't go for any purchage from this site.

            On 15th november ie on sunday 3 pm i have ordered one mobile in Ask me Bazaar in next day delivery, for card on delivery, my friends so many of them are against to me and told not to order wit ask me bazaar but i scold them and ordered for that you have given me a good responce till I not got my product from past 2 days am following your call centre guys am not getting proper answer also from them today morning again i called your customer care one lady is telling your order is not there kindly order once again .. if my order is not there means how from past 2 days your guys calling me and telling that today u ll get your product ..               I have ordered AUTOFURNISH car vaccum cleaner from askmebazzar on line on 6th October.I got message that it would be delivered 7-10 working day.On 23 October I got message on my mobile that It was delivered today but I did not get.On same day I complain to askmebazzar.They told me that with in 24 hour I will get call.I wait up to 3rd November .but no phone call from them.I again complain on 3rd November.they called wait for 24 hour.i called them on 4th November they told me the product was delivered at wrong address, the product will delivered 7-10 working day.i complain on 16 th November that I still not get product.They told me that by evening I will be got it.I did not get.I complain on 18th November that the product has not been delivered.They told with in 24 hour I will get phone call.Now I do not want product I want refund.

                I have booked above captioned order with askmebazzar.com and paid the requisite amount through my credit card on 11.11.15. On the same date i recived a confirmation mail from the on line shopping comapany. And till 15.11.15 there is no communication from them. The order was not also appearing in my account wiht the company and was unable to track the order. On 15 nov i called them to their customer service no. [protected] and one m/s jeyanthi and then sri md. Basil talked to me and told that the order was cancelled due to some techinical error. I told since the same material is still available at the same rate in the site, they can immediately despatch the material and mr basil
                Agreed to look into it. As requested by me i sent a confirmation mail requesting for supply of the goods. The mails was auto acknowledged. They have sent to no confirmation regarding shipping till date. When i contacted today they told they have initiated the process of refund and will take 10 days to get my money. I request that i may be ordered to be supplied with the material immediately and pay suitable damages for the undue delay.

                already i have sent 5 mails through your customer support system but there is no response from your end. you are cheating the public by holding their money to ransom. the booking made and credited to your on 11 nov. and without and reason whatsoever you have cancelled my booking. but you failed to refund the amount paid by me . your official mr basil promises daily 4 days for credit since 14 nov and has not refunded my amount. kindly arrange to refund the amount with interest and charges for the pressure and agony caused to me to the tune of rs..4299/= being the original cost of the goods ordered by me. will your good sense prevail and look in to the plight of the customer. do not run such cheating business in the name of on line trading . the site shows your fraudulent nature and holding the customer to ransom. the govt . of India should take cognizance of the matter and prevent these firms from laundering the public funds at least in future.

                    To day I have received my Product Order No. AB7442091 (Levis Mens Mid Blue Denim) of size 36 . But the ordered size was 30 size. For the wrong delivery of the product I have informed Ask me Bazar to replace the item with the desired size, but the assistant on duty told me that the item can not be exchanged as the booked item shows in their computer as 36. I do not know how the product size has changed at the sellers end although I have booked my desired size as 30. As such Ask me Bazar should find out the technical mistake of booking the product by default of higher size. And should also initiate replacement of the item

                      I had order 2 times in askmebazar.com and i got confirmation from then both time but they didn't send products anytime. My order number was NDD2536567 Dated 08.11.2015 and NDD2548707 Dated 14.11.2105.

                      I am a Genuine buyer and had to give these Products which i ordered and Both the time askmebazar.com had EMBARRASSED.

                      Now i am certain that this website askmebazar.com is a FAKE site and they don't have products and waste people time..

                      I request people not to waste time on such kind of website and stop ordering on this website askmebazar.com...

                        Hi My name is PARIN from A'bad Gujarat. I have bought Oster Tower Fan from Askmebazaar. Order No. DGA6876654, OT16RG MODEL NO., Blowing fan of this tower fan is too slow and meaningless for all. This is big fault in this product. I called askmebazaar to register this complain for return or replace, but they told we register complain within 48hours of date of delivery. This is too short time and now they don't took my complaint. And Company Engineer says This is model fault, we can not do anything for this model. I'm requesting all people ' do not buy anything from askmebazaar ' because askmebazaar don't took their responsibility and they don't work like genuine online websites amazon, snapdeal, flipkart. my email id : sp.[protected]@ymail.com

                          Sir, On 14 Nov2015 at 09 :25 PM purchased a camera Nikon P610 Shot Camera from online site-http://www.askmebazaar.com, with full payment of Rs 16, 399/-. Order Id: DGA7559704 Further I got conformation from the site via SMS and email. Till Monday (16 Nov 2015)I could not get any shipping detail of my consignment, even I was unable to check details from online. When I called to customer care they informed me that the shipping details will be informed soon. On Tuesday (17 Nov 2015) when I called to customer care they are telling that they cannot provide the Item as they do not have it in stock and they will return the money within 10 working days. when I requested for their manager or senior authorities they are telling they cannot connect my call to them.                               First of all that I got my Order no AB6966620 on 16th Nov15 which was
                              ordered on 02 Nov15, that is 14 days later.

                              This is the second time I am facing the problem of items not in good condition and in tampered condition. I ordered Combo of Sweatshirts for Men set of 03 and the size was ordered as XXL.
                              Not surprisingly I got 01 sweatshirt of XL and rest 02 of Large(L) only. Secondly 01 is torned and the material is not good of 02 sweatshirt.

                              I also has ordered for No. AB6961569 but before receiving I have to open it and check. Please note that your credibility is getting lost I also not going to trust this. Immediately exchange my order no. AB6966620. And this time I need it fast as in past I waited for 06 months.
                              If it remains same attitude then I have to go legal. Hope you and your team understand the meaning of this.

                              You have to take serious action against the products getting tampered by your delivery personal's.

                                I ordered on askemebazaar approx one month back 3 jeans combo. Order no. is AB6696074. Supplier called me many time to deliver shipment but did not deliver it. Finally they deliver on Saturday 14th november 2015 and the size of jeans i mention in order was 36. But there is 34 and 28 jeans size. And jeans quality is 3rd class that we can purchase from thela and patriwala. When i called to return my shipment to your call center they said that shipment has been delivered on 8th of November. That is why they can not log in complain. But I received shipment Saturday 14th November. Supplier has done some fishy work here. It has been done knowingly. It is fraud. Please look in to the matter as soon as possible. And arrange to return my money back.

                                  The product casing's seal was broken. No basic instructions to operate the product. The charger light is not lighting up when connected to the mains supply. I feel cheated. I don't know how to operate the product in the absence of any operational manual.

                                    I ordered for a Combo offer for one Nokia 105 mobile and 8 Gb Memory Card & T shirt.

                                    I received the parcel on[protected].

                                    After i was open the parcel. I came to know that, the Mobile phone package has been opened by side cover and mobile phone found in used condition.


                                    I ordered for only new mobile phone.

                                    But i received used mobile phone. And the mobile box was opened in the side.


                                    I don't want to retain this used mobile.


                                    Kindly refund my money. I am ready to send back your mobile and
                                    T shirt.


                                    I need refund of my money.

Sir...i am Mo Rehan Khan From BANDA U.P. humne ask me bazar.com se 19 oct 2015 ko PARIS POLO COMBO of 3 fashion stretch jeans (SIZE 32) order kia tha...jiski ORDER ID-AB6293530 jo mujhe 27 OCT. ko recieve hua... sir humne jo prodct order kia tha... usme local brand (ARISTOCRAT) ki jeans hai...aur humne 32 size ki order ki thi.. .usme 28 size ki jeans hai.. jisko lekar ..humne complaint ki... 1st time complaint ki to kaha gaya ke ke company se apka product return mangwa lia jayega.. uske baad apka paisa refund hoga... jiski process 5-7 days me hogi...jiski complaint id-QRP55483063 hai... 15 days guzarne ke baad na koi banda aya... na koi call... dubara complaint ki to... unhone fir se new complaint id de di...aur fir se wahi process... new complaint id-QRP64240081 ...aur sir jab bhi call karo... 10-15 rupees se kam nahi lagte...aur mujhse meri bank detail mang rahe the... sir wo mere naam se cheque bhi issue kar sakte hai... bank detail mangne ka matlab tha...mera debit card no. aur PIN bhi mang rahe the...apse request hai ke humari problem ko samajhte hue... koi solution kare.. aur mujhe mera ek ek paisa... refund chahiye...THANK YOU

                                        My order was mobile holder and I got wrong product. Even in bill its mentioned as mobile holder.I had raised a complaint in portal. Its been more than one week i raised complaint in askmebazaar webiste and the only update i got was that the issue will be resolved, but nothing is done till date Date of incident :[protected]
