I have placed an order on 21st october 2015.
The order is still not delivered to me.
I couldn't even cancel the item.
I will file a case against them if they don't deliver the correct product.
Their customer care is the worst I have seen, saying the same dialogues repeatedly.
How come such a eCommerce cheating company is still running with out any government intervention???. What the government is doing???.

Got the product as described, but after 1 month I placed the order. If they want to earn people's trust then they have to speed up the delivery, 1 month delay is not at all acceptable and there should be a online tracking system in their site.

    Product name: Sony SA-D10 speaker - Total Rs. 5192 Placed on Tuesday, 27 October, 2015 Order Id: AB6648986 I contact with ask me customer care ([protected] - not toll free, thet charge), they confirm my order but 15 days are over and they not send a single sms or mail about product delivery. When I call them 10 times they say your product is out of stock but when call to SELLER they say product is available but ask be bazaar not payment for this product. Please don't visit askme website and waste your most valuable time. Because product is available in seller store but askme not payment them. Refer Snapdeal, Flipkart, Amazon they are provided good services. Please don't purchase any product from askme. Very bad service - online shopping website.

      We ordered a Branded Car Vacuum Cleaner - DT32 with the registered seller of ask me bazaar at 2 nov 2015. but we received broken product at dated 8 Nov 201 and also merchant not send branded product. we raised a complaint against the order dated 9 Nov 2015 by their help Email "[protected]@askmebazaar.com". after four days they are not replied. call their customer care no. [protected] they are not resolved the complaint and says " we are not received your complaint, why you are not lodge the complaint one the phone.


      Kindly resolve the complaint

          Online shoppers beware of Askmebazaar.com All those expensive ads and promotions to play 'spin the wheel' to avail of massive discounts is BOGUS!! They take your order and do not give you a tracking ID and a week later send a regret mail saying they cannot fulfil the order requirements due to issues with seller. I was lucky enough to choose the COD payment option on check out, so no harm done but wonder if there are others who weren't so fortunate. Regulatory authorities need to fine such companies that are taking advantage of India's growing market for online shopping ORDER DETAILS: My order was placed on the 4th of November, my product was discounted from Rs 825 to Rs 428 after applying a discount code( obtained by playing the ridiculous daily jackpot)i received a confirmation mail and sms( Order ID DGA7094988) but NO TRACKING ID! A week later they sent an SMS cancelling my order. Ditto for my next order which was discounted from Rs 1530 to Rs 1117 ( Order ID DGA7179572)

            I am chartered accountant from sriganganagar Rajasthan.
            I have ordered for Transcend StoreJet 25M3 2.5-inch 1TB Portable External Hard Drive - TS1TSJ25M3 for Rs 2580 on 29/10/2015 VIA ORDER NO AB6788910.
            On 05/11/2015 I received the order form Ecom courier. I paid the amount of Rs 2580 to the courier boy and then i opened the parcel which was perfectly sealed as per my knowledge in front of the courier boy. To my surprise the box was empty and there was a stone instead of the product.
            I asked the courier boy to return my money. But he told that he cannot do so and i have to call to askmebazaar for this.
            I immediately called the askmebazaar on [protected]. The customer care executive Anita ji picked the details form me and told that i will be provided the refund and the reverse pickup will take place in 4-5 days.
            I was provided with the case no QRC59879835. But till now nothing has been done from askmebazaar side.
            I have made many calls but all in vain.
            Finally i have decided to email to the awaaz of all the consumers in India i.e. [protected]@moneycontrol.com
            with the hope that you will do the needful.
            I am attaching herewith the snapshot of the parcel received
            waiting for your reply.

              I placed a prepaid order ( AB6934121)on askmebazaar.com on 01st Nov, 2015 for a 2 gm Gold coin . After multiple mails to [protected]@askmebazaar.com and phone calls to the customer care number, I did not receive any update and status of my order . The surprising part is that this online shopping portal even does not have any option to track the order status online, for update every time the customer needs to call up a paid STD number . Please do not shop from this site .

                I have placed an order for Appliance to Ask me Bazar on 30th October on COD vide Order Id AB6833240 and as per their SMS/mail, it was supposed to deliver within 4/5 days but I have received the item on 12th Nov. On receipt I have found the box was broken, completely dirty and one item is also broken and most of the items are dirty and unuseable condition. If required I can provide snaps of the same.

                  Sir, I had ordered my product on 30th October and it was supposed to be delivered in 10 working days. First of all they had not mentioned there that the product will be delivered in 10 working days. Secondly, it was supposed to be delivered today i.e 13/11/15 but they still haven't dispatched my order and moreover they have no reason for the non dispatching.

                    Sir i am ashish valecha.i have placed an order ab6491138 on askmebazaar.com on 20 october 2015.this product was mobile handset.i had paid for this order via payumoney..the company assured me to deliver the product with in 13 working days.but till now i have not received any product.the company had given me only tracking number of the courrier partner ecom express.but the company had not given product to courier partner..only details uploaded..i had complaint for this on 4 november 2015 but there was no response from customer care.the response that was given to.ame was fake assurance only..kindly help me in receivikng this product.

                      Sir, i placed a order with askmebazaar vide order no. AB4283794 dated 26 july 15 and paid online but item received as COD. Customer care suggested to pay again to courier agent on delivery and assured me that excess amount will be refunded within 7 working days. accordingly, bank details and invoice was shared with company. Since then several call were made to customer care but no response and amount has not yet refunded...invoice is attached herewith..pls do needful ...regards

                        I have ordered power bank on 7/11/2015 my order id is AB7280904. but the delivery boy given me a opened cover and the item also changed. so i called to ask me bazar and raised complaint but they are saying please order another one in ask me bazaar. how can i agree that .                             I had ordered a Samsung microwave oven from Askmebazaar.com on 9th Nov and paid the entire amount.

                            Today is 12th Nov and I have still not recd the product. On calling their customer care I am told that someone from the backend has been trying to reach me, the ordered samsung microwave is unavailable & that they can arrange a Kenstar microwave . The said backend has called me 4-5 times, but on answering the call no one speaks & they update that customers phone is unreachable .

                            The worst part is that the customer care does not have any rights for accepting cancellation & the solution they give is that when the product is delivered to you, refuse to accept it .

                            Is this some kind of a joke . I have been struggling since 2 days now to get the order cancelled & have my money refunded .

                            I recommend that no one should shop from this website & get defrauded .

                                  Hi,

                                  i have ordered M size black color and what they have sent me in return. Infact on upper side of packet you mentioned the correct size and color but inside the packet sent the wrong and default product which is not at all acceptable.


                                  what is this non sense I have ordered M size track suit and you have sent me XXL size track suit and a different a color which i have never ordered. I have been shopping on jabong myntra flipkart from so many years but have not seen such a big mistake. I have all in writing what i have been paid for but what i am getting in return is just not at all acceptable. I want the justification for this mess in written. I recommended askmebazaar tomost of my friends and now i think its time to tell all not to shop on askmebazaar any more because this is sick. Now send me an email with the explanation for this mess otherwise would be complaining this on social network and other platforms

                                  Hi, i have ordered 9 size shoes and what they have sent me in return. Infact on upper side of packet you mentioned the correct size and color but inside the packet sent the wrong and default product which is not at all acceptable. what is this non sense I have never ordered. I have been shopping on jabong myntra flipkart from so many years but have not seen such a big mistake. I have all in writing what i have been paid for but what i am getting in return is just not at all acceptable. I want the justification for this mess in written. I recommended askmebazaar tomost of my friends and now i think its time to tell all not to shop on askmebazaar any more because this is sick. Now send me an email with the explanation for this mess otherwise would be complaining this on social network and other platforms I want explanation in writing and my money back immediately.

                                    Dear sir, There is an problem that which the company ASK ME BAAZAR did it to me. I just put an order on september id: ab3997366. I get this order in the form of COD but actually i paid the money thro online then also i paid the COD amount also. I called the customer services so many times but they didn't did it properly to me.                                       Sir today i ordered a Morphy Richards Aero New Mixer Grinder on ASKMEBAZAR.COM through online with order no:AB7461499 at 09:27am on 12/11/2015. i tried to pay the amount through online as offer is there(net banking)but due to long processing time it was unsuccessful, but it is automatically ordered as COD(cash on delivery). so i want to cancel the COD order as it is not my intention.

                                        Sir I have online order some bedsheets from ask me bazaar it was combo zara bed sheets but which I have shown on screen on that time of order now that have sent me those bedsheets is all change and low grade ...or cheap ...today Jud when I have call there customer care and complaning about it thay said Thay are not bother about it and thay have not taken my complaint ..and I have said to take back these bedsheets and refund my 1500 so thay have dynied ...please help me up
