    Dear:Ask me bazaar I am Ravindra, I ordered Samsung 50J5100 50”Full HD LED TV on offer price Rs. 35992/- payment paid through Debit card and payment received but not delivered the product due to Some problem said by ASKMEBAZAAR.com I placed an order on 13th October 2015. order id is ABF2462147 whenever i called them simply told me that it will solve.i have not received refund mount almost 26 days when the order has placed. Till today as & when I phone them they simply answer that please wait for more 5 days. please solve my issue and ensure they refund my money to bank. i m wating your answer my amount refund i m wating for the same if your are not answering me I will go to consumer form & sestion cort.       Sir mera naam ankur gupta hai meine kuch din pehle ask me bazar se shopping ki thi. sir meine polo ki pent order ki thi but unho ne pta ki koun si beekar company ki bhej di. sir meine fir unke customer care mein phone bi kiya unho ne kaha ki 13 days tak humhara banda aap ke ghar aayega aur aap ko paise aap ke account mein aa jayenge but abhi tak aisa kuch nhi hua aur sir jab customercare mein phone karo to 15 mint tak call nhi uthate hai aur iss se humhara kaffi balance bi cut ho jata hai. sir yeh sab aise hi karte hai kar kisi kre sath. next time i will go to consumer court.sir yeh product mujhe eway trading plot no 49, office no 202 hasanpur ip extension delhi se aaya hai.

        I had bought one phone (order id ABF2455202) from askmebazaar.com website that turned out to be defective. The reverse picked was done by Mr Mahendra Reddy on 26th Oct, 2015 (PFA the scanned copy of the receipt). But I have still not got the payment back.

        I had called customer care so many times, was assured of proper response within 24 hours from concerned department, but no response even after more than 24 hour.

        Company asked me through your portal to raise a ticket on "http://support.askmebazaar.com/". I raised the ticket with supporting documents (receipt given by courier company for reverse pick-up, and email conversation that previously happened with their customer care and courier company, in which courier company had acknowledged me that they have collected the item) and also I kept on calling them daily on 04444444444. After a few days, they called me and asked for my bank details told that my refund will be initiated. After 5 days of that, I have got my refund. They delayed a lot but finally I got it. Thanks a lot to this forum :)

        I have registered the complaint on the link you provided. I have also attached the scanned copy of receipt given to me by courier company for the reverse pickup of the product. Also attached the email conversation of me with AskmeBazaar and Courier company, in which courier company has acknowledged collecting the item back. In whole communication, only courier company responded, askmeBazaar never responded. So please respond and refund my money back for the faulty product that I have already returned on 26th Oct, 2015.
        I had bought Paris combo of 2 fashion stretchjeans amp 45 2 jeans blue 2401363 (order id AB6064649R) from askmebazaar.com website that turned out to be defective. I had called customer care so many times & reply your complain no qrc64797587, qrc66233218 . bank details (account no & ifsc code) take me.but not respond.
        Then I had called customer care so many times, was assured of proper response within 24 hours from concerned department, but no response even after more than 24 hour.

        Today Icall (30/11/2015) rep me your cod order order id AB6064649 is cancelled & new po is order id AB6064649R .but your totally complain aginst order id AB6064649. why this reason .
        please do need full & still got the payment back.

            Order not delivered yet, AB6492898, wrong dispatch details. ordered on 23rd Oct15 I called several times to customer care support about my shipment which I paid through credit card but they are providing me wrong AWB number. They claimed it was generated on 27th oct15 but today on 2nd of nov15, I called Delhivery courier service and they said the given awb no is invalid. When I asked "ask me bazar", they said its against their company policy to give us awb number. Really ??? If yes why I was given earlier with an invalid awb number. When I insisted they checked and said I'll receive the product on 6th nov15. Is it?? and its not shipped yet. Can someone tell me what is going on? I am 100% sure I am not going to receive it on 6th if it is not shipped yet. Now today on 6th nov15 called them up (Mukesh Patil) and they said it is already cancelled. There are even limits of online shopping fraud but yeah ask me bazar on top. It was my first order and biggest mistake was I paid them already. Now they are saying it will get refunded within 5 to 7 working days, really?? I asked them where does they sit, I meant some office but they said its against their company policy. Great policy to keep customers money. I purchased NOTHING in EMI through credit card. I have to pay that though on time. Can anyone help me how to shut their company as soon as possible? And I feel people are still lucky who received broken products. Trust me its a totally scam company like timtara.com. They are closed now and they were in jail too. I don't know when I will get refund, I will update here if I see any positive response

            Above is automated notification, No one from ask me bazar actually notified.
            same thing happen with me.. 23rd oct purchase product.. same answer received.. cancel without notification.. no reply to any mail.. so many calls for shipment details.. same ans u will receive on 6th.. no other details against our policy.. and after 15 days saying your product is cancelled.. and they will take more 7-8 working days for refund.. a big scam, a fraud company.. some one has to take action against them.. and also government has to make some strict rule against such fraud online shop..

              Hi, I order Mac Mini product but i did not receive it.When i Called customer service they informed me the order is in process, after few days they called me and said it will be delivered in 5 days, after 5 days they are sms me that has been cancelled due to shortage of stock.                 I have received the defective product on 3rd Nov 2015 evening. After checking the product immediately called customer care for return. But even after being on hold for 5 minutes did not get any respond. Then very next day morning again called and filed a complaint for product return as the product is defective and not functioning at all. As I paid by cash so they asked me my Bank detas and I provided all details for refund. Complaint ID is QRC59277394. But it is already past 2 days but neither I received any call after that for return nor the product got picked. Kindly look into this and do the needful.

                      I called up to customer care on 4th Nov, 2015 and asked about the status. the customer care executive informed me that due to limited stock availability the order has been cancelled. If so, then why didn't anyone from askmebazaar.com took the pain to inform me once, while I had ordered the product on 21st October, 2015. Moreover it was a prepaid order, then why didn't the order was processed after receiving the amount.

                        I have ordered PUMA shoes with model no 18877301 size 8 from http://www.askmebazaar.com/ online. But I received product 18877208. On calling customer care, they said that they do not have exchange policy and refund will take 15-20 days and they will correct product before reversal. It is really waste of time as I lost many good deals on other site. Service is also poor.

                                        Sir i have a order on 15 October peacher curl bench price Rs.1, 444 on ask me bazar but they not delever my product as on 29 cotober as 10 working day and say your order were cancelled they said to refund my money 7 day but not refund my money . MY ORDER ID : DGA6143541 TRANSACTION ID : 264369 SIR please help to refund my money fast by ask me bazar.

                                        I had placed a order on 24th October 2015 for Baba antique wall clock for an amount of Rs.1, 680 on ask me bazaar but till date they not delivered my product.Today when I called them after 10 day.I was informed my order is been cancelled without any intimation & my refund will be processed after 7 working days.Please help me to refund my money ASAP.
