I had bought one phone (order id ABF2455202) from askmebazaar.com website that turned out to be defective. The reverse picked was done by Mr Mahendra Reddy on 26th Oct, 2015 (PFA the scanned copy of the receipt). But I have still not got the payment back.
I had called customer care so many times, was assured of proper response within 24 hours from concerned department, but no response even after more than 24 hour.

Complaint marked as Resolved Company asked me through your portal to raise a ticket on "http://support.askmebazaar.com/". I raised the ticket with supporting documents (receipt given by courier company for reverse pick-up, and email conversation that previously happened with their customer care and courier company, in which courier company had acknowledged me that they have collected the item) and also I kept on calling them daily on 04444444444. After a few days, they called me and asked for my bank details told that my refund will be initiated. After 5 days of that, I have got my refund. They delayed a lot but finally I got it. Thanks a lot to this forum :)
