I purchased a product from wipro LED bulb set 22Sept2015 and the company inform me that product was delivered to me 28th Sept2015. Then I complain to the company and they suggested to me as soon as possible a resolution provided to me.

But after a month I contact to the company several times but no any responds provided to me.

Details here I mention below---

2) Courier name - DTDC and tracking shipment is AWB.[protected].

Thanks to all of you members of Askme Bazaar.com and I am inform you that your company member was called to me on the day of 23th November2015 and said to me that your Order ID-ABF2419298p2 has been processing under the Concern Team and the amount of Rs.866.00 which was refunded to me in my bank account and it will be reflect in bank account 4-5 working days. But sill I am waiting to refund my money against the product. So, Please as soon as possible to refund the money and resolve my complain.

      NEVER GOING TO USE ASK ME BAZAAR. i have asked all my friends to boycott askme bazaar and most of them agreed to do so. The worse e-commerce website in india. Ordered a branded bag worth 500 and a wrist watch worth 450, and got a bag hardly worth 100..which was torn and the watch looked like it came out of a cereal box. Has this ever happened on amazon or flipkart?...NO it hasn't.. will this ever happen on amazon or flipkart?..No it wont.. Thank you and i hope you guys go bankrupt :)

          Hi, i tried to purchase on http://www.askmebazaar.com a few days before and there was an offer "daily jackpot", i was not able to buy with size 10. whenever i click buy now with size 10 pre selected. it shows size 6 in cart list. Today i tried again to purchase a shoe with size, now iam able to add the product with size 10 to my cart and i got 50% off in "daily jackpot" but i just can t checkout the item, the page keeps refreshing when i submit the shipping details . once it get refreshed it automatically remove my offer price the shows original price.then i applied my coupon code and now it shows price as 0. anyway i submitted it and same page again refreshed.. what an irritating system, iam sure i know the process of buying. i have purchased from the same site before and have lot experience from other sites too.

                      I orderd a sennheiser hd201 head phone. i received the product some days back but .when i opened the package it was a mobile inside. i was shocked and i talked to the delivery guy he rejectted to take it back as the address and the billling was correct the billing was on the headphones . i complained it to the customer care service and they told me someone will come to collect it and my money will be refunded . i received a msg in mobile that someone will be coming for the return pick up of the product . i waited no one came the second day also the same msg came but no one came or contactted me. this is the complient number they gave me, qrc57708431 i have attached 2 images that shows the billing and the product i have received!. if its possible plz give me the product i orderd replace with the wrong product i recieved . or give me a refund and take back the mobile

I called up to customer care on 4th Nov, 2015 and asked about the status. the customer care executive informed me that due to limited stock availability the order has been cancelled. If so, then why didn't anyone from askmebazaar.com took the pain to inform me once, while I had ordered the product on 21st October, 2015. Moreover it was a prepaid order, then why didn't the order was processed after receiving the amount.                                 Dear Sir/Mam I had placed a order(Asus Zenfone Power Bank) on askmebazar on 06.11.05 around 09:45 a.m. and also advanced paid to them. After half n hour I called askmebazar customer care to cancel my product and refund my payment there executive said product will cancel and cancellation intimation email and sms will provide within 4 hours and your payment will reversed within 7 working days. Still now i haven't received any email and sms from their site. When i called today about my cancellation now there executive said you had not request any cancellation now product will not canceled, also they reply you will only cancel your product after our courier reached to you then you can cancel (it also takes 10 working days to reach the product), when i requested (2 times on 07.11.15) them talk to their senior executive (both time) they had not available . Today also i had emailed them about this they only reply(on 07.11.15 @ 12.52 p.m) we will contact you soon. Please cancelled my product and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                    Complete bunch of mad working for this company.

                                    CASE not resolving since 10 months

                                    Called more than 50 times on[protected] call charges more than Rs.600 )

                                    Send too many emails at your email ID and as well as send messages from your website.

                                    Got many calls in the last 9 months from supervisors, managers, escalation desk

                                    All just played with me.

                                    Earlier there as no account system for them. Now they have even account login system and providing ticket numbers.


                                    And fraud closing tickets saying closed.
                                    On the other hand every 15 days I get calls from escalation desk and many times they took my account number saying we will refund the amount as well as call charges.


                                    And many times even said, we have sent money

                                    But, again same story.

                                    You just cannot imagine this kind of can exists in this world.

                                    Too much fraud.
                                    Too much mad

                                    Imagine a customer issue not resolve since 10 months. That too educated and well computer knowledge customer.

                                    They are doing day robbery in India.

                                    I need to file a case against CEO and owner of this fraud askmebazaar.com
                                    And I will ask the court to provide at least Rs.10 lakhs as compensation for 10 months old case.

                                      I get 10 to 20 sms from askmebazaar.com .though I had complained to customer care both by calling n by email but I didnt get any response. Its really annoying. My number is +91-[protected] .Its almost six months .I request you to look into matter and unsubscribe me from these sms.
