I have ordered 2 bedsheets from Askme Bazaar order IDs are AB7404998 & AB7402115. The product description showed double bed cotton bedsheets. When I received the product firstly they were not the ones which I have ordered. They have sent altogether different colour, design, single bed sheet and absolutely poor quality.I want to return the bedsheets and want my refund.

I have received a call from Ask me Bazaar from a private mobile number and the executive was asking my bank account details. How can I provide my bank accout details to someone who not even told me his name and callig from private mobile number.

Please provide a resolution to my complait and do not just close it.

      Hello, askmebazaar I hav ordered Gifts By Meeta Message Bottles - GIFTS6160 on NOV 14 it has been delivered today and the product is very good at its quality as shown in the picture I was very happy with the deliver but the disgusting part is when I was ordering something went wrong and the order is placed twice for one of I t I payed through debit card. And today when the delivery came it came up with 2 products which are same and they took the payment of cash on delivery for the product which I have not paid on card but I placed the order only once how can u deliver it twice and take the money I want my amount to be refunded and take back the product asap.I thought okay as me bazaar has improved its services but at the next moment itself I felt disgusting for delivering the product twice and collect the money.Just refund my money asap I will be very happy if you do that thank you so much order id is AB7557510. Refund the amount asap.Thank you

          Dear sir, I purchased badminton racket on 11 nov 2015 and online done the payment. I was waiting for the delivery call. But today i called to customer care for the status. They are telling me that sold item is out of stock and you will get your money back. This is very irritating. They took my money and playing with the customers on site with play casino. Strict action should be taken for these froud site. Its pathetic. I ordered also on flipkart they r very honest and loyal for customers. These temporary shops like askmebazar will not survive in market. I will never recommend anybody to go for this worst site. They attract customers anyhow and waste the money and time. Goverenment should take action againat them. I called on customer care .do you know their attitude. Way of talkilng like they r customer and i am shopkeeper. Find below my order details.           But It should be checked before payment done. I am very surprised that I have not received any Intimation that my order has cancelled. Today I called at customer care after 7 days and now you Inform that stock out.
          This is very disappointing, I have already done planning. I never suggest anybody to purchase from your shop.
          Its your responsibility to check your stock before order confirmation. Once you confirmed to the customer, then there is no meaning to say stock out. Why you have not sent me mail.
          If you have stock out why still same racket are selling from the same shop keeper still now. It means your only business to cheat customers.
          Such kind of your above reply is not expected. You are suggesting me again me to go for your new app.

          I request you to the readers don't mislead by such fraud sites.

                  I ordered Power-bank from askmebazaar.com months ago. I returned the defective product to askmebazaar, they said to wait for some few days i waited and then after no response from them.I called their support they said if i returned the product i said i did then they confirmed and then told me to wait for another call it may take few days . after again no response from them i called them again then they told me same thing again and again .Every time a different agent on support came and tell me the same instruction again and again . its been 6 months now no response from them they fraud me .

                    All sort of fraud at askmebazzar.com no delivery service on time n no customer service provided properly bcoz call centre people only dnt have the proper knowledge about product i purchased a moblie phone and no delivery given on time they state that delivery will be on next day but not the next i still havnt recieved the delivery to day i ordered the product on 12/11/2015and today is 16/11/2015 pls do something dont go for any purchase from this site no proper service provided by people on call they dnt even knw any thng bout the delivery people ...this sought of nonsence happen at this site so pls request others to pls dont become fool and go for this site

                        I got a fault product of mini portable refrigerator .I lodge a complaint on 23rd October . They said me to refund amount within 13 working days. I received the sms the amount has been reflected in my bank account. I did not find any amount credit to my bank. Again i am been asking them continually to refund my amount but i am just getting answer it has been credited to my bank account. I send my bank statement also still there is no reply from their side. They r just playing with people .I ask them to provide the transaction id so that i can check in bank about that . They will nt provide i know because they didn't transferred the amount i am sure. Can u please look into the matter

                                I have booked product of AB6522124 5 WAT 5LED BULB COMBO PACK from KAKS Electronics on 24/10/2015 through online but this items not working properly and three bulb has been fused till 05/11/2015 and I have sent a mail on 05/11/2015 on your email id [protected]@askmebazaar.com but not respond by you and I have received a call on 13/11/2015 regarding this complaint and your executive tell me you have not raided your complaint within 24 hours If the product show the problem after 24 hour why I raised the complaint before without problem. Please arrange these items for returned and reverse my money in my credit card a/c immediately. This is cheating with me. I have lot of product purchase online other website like as flipkart and others but not raised any problem same. This not fair for you because I an not recommended any person and friend for askmebazaar.com to purchase online product.

                                      I had ordered a product before 6 months and immeditely i recieved the product i filed a complaint wih askmebazaar bt they did not give me a proper reply and i forgot about the issue but now after these 6 months i found the product and realised i did nt recieve my refund yet so again i started complaining to them but the same problem continues i have spent more than 100 rs of my balance to get back my 350 rupees i think that this company functions only by fooling people and supllying duplicate products to people

                                        Askmebazaar is like a fraud company. They don't give any information about the products we purchase. They don't give information about tracking the orders we place. Even they don't clarify on calling them. And no massages about the product that when they are going to deliver that product. Customer keeps on waiting for there product to be delivered.
